The SpaceGulfside Resort is a family owned vacation rental. We have 9 beautiful vacation suites surrounding a pool. Perfect for one person, couples or parties ......Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, laundry rooms). We have five one bedroom suites and four studio cottages which would accommodate a large family or party....perfect to visit and have privacy to go back to your own room. The SpaceRedone 1930's Beach cottage, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4) The house accommodations are ideal up to 3 or 4 occupants with a pullout queen sofa bed. You have one normal sized off street parking spot- best if its not a super-large truck like F250 etc with dual tires.. parking space is about 10 feet long and 8 feet wide. Palm trees abound on this property with your a patio area, grill and outside shower for your use! This is a relaxing place to enjoy the shade of a palm and tons of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Patio porch is equipped with a BBQ & sitting area. Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meat, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack. The SpaceOur charming beach Tri-plex is pink stucco with an arched entryway in the Spanish style surrounded by bright red bougainvillea, pink hibiscus and white jasmine. The beautiful Pass-a-Grille beach is just a block away, down a quiet residential street. The quaint town of Pass-a-Grille is just a 10 minute walk down the beach but there are three waterfront restaurants and a great deli just blocks away. No high rises or busy tourist streets allowed in this town. There are 3 separate apartments, each with a private deck or patio out back. The two story middle unit, 101.5, is the largest with one bright, spacious bedroom on the top floor with views in 2 directions. The two other units flank the middle unit. You'll enjoy waking in our elegant master bedroom of the middle unit after a restful night's sleep on our new top-of-the-line king-sized bed. There is a small alcove with child size bed for a young one. This beautiful room, designed by the owner-architect, has views in all directions, a tiled bath with a shower, balcony and French doors at both ends. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. This spacious addition is only a few years old. The downstairs has a newly remodeled kitchen with tile counters and walls, a living room with a pull-out queen size sofa, a bathroom with shower and dining room. The floors are all Mexican tile with Oriental carpets. French doors lead to a garden patio with a large table and chair set and a gas grill. Two mirror image end units, 101 and 103. each have a living room, fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer, tiled bathroom one with a tub and both with showers, bedroom with queen size bed and private deck with table and chairs and gas grill. All three units have central AC and heat, each has WiFi and flat screen TV. Parking is always available in front of the house with a residents pass. Guest AccessThe guests will have a gas grill and outside table chairs for dining on the deck or patio. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys for a day on the wonderful sands of Pass-a-grille beach. Nearby rentals for bikes, fishing, paddle boards. A block away are 3 restaurants, nightlife, a great deli and a 24 hour C-K store. Down the beach in either direction are more restaurants, entertainment and night life. Interaction with GuestsEither my sister, Alison, or I are there to make sure you get in quickly and to ensure there are no problems and to answer any questions.

It is only a few steps to beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille! - Completely redone, clean and updated historic cozy home that sits above un-used garage and has hardwood floors, modern furnishings with craftsman style charm. Within walking distance: 10 restaurants, tennis & basketball courts, fishing pier, charter fishing, historical museum, shell key shuttle, beach trolley, boutiques on 8th Avenue (designated US Main Street) Palm trees abound on this property with an outside shower for your use, two beach cruiser bikes and tons of peace in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Very clean house with Central Heat and A/C Original 1920's Hardwood floors, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bathroom is made with Marble & pebble and glass tile. Private fenced in side porch/patio equipped with patio chairs, table a BBQ and outside shower. You will get a parking pass for one car to park on the Lane The house has a brand new, and very relaxing, Queen bed in the bedroom with large drawers below for storage. The extra bed is a very comfortable pull-out sleeper Queen in the living room (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch. Awesome restaurants and gourmet deli are just a few walking blocks away and part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack. There is tile flooring throughout the unit, except for the bedroom where it has plush carpeting. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk in shower and a granite vanity. Even though the resort has spectacular views of the intracoastal, it is located in a cove where dolphins and manatees swim and play. Guest AccessThere are two day docks available for residents' use. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Frequently, manatees and dolphins swim in the cove, and there's little boat traffic. Walk 1/2 m south to the world-famous Don CeSar Resort, where DiMaggio and Monroe once strolled and it is rumored Mick Jagger wrote "Sympathy for the Devil." A 1/2 mile north the Dolphin Village Shopping Center has a Publix, CVS Pharmacy and many other shops and boutiques. Getting AroundThe local transit authority has a trolley that takes you from the southern end of PassAGrille to North Clearwater Beach & downtown St. Pete. Also, Island Ferry Boat Tours provides a ferry service to bring you to downtown St. Pete from the beaches for $25 round trip! This new service coordinates their schedule with Free Beach Rides, which is very popular with the locals, to make your sightseeing outing a breeze!
