The house has a brand new, and very relaxing, Queen bed in the bedroom with large drawers below for storage. The extra bed is a very comfortable pull-out sleeper Queen in the living room (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch.
Awesome restaurants and gourmet deli are just a few walking blocks away and part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.

PET POLICY: Must be approved in advance by Lisa Abraham-Charest--Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail- IT has to note that pet is on a flea treatment/heart worm program. You must send a copy of proof of liability insurance (cover sheet for your home owners liability policy) to cover any injury's your pet may inflict on another animal or person at the time you mail in deposit. We will need a copy of your pet's health certificate for our files 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You are responsible for picking up after your animal. There is a cleaning fee of $25 required for pet owners in a one-bedroom house..
