Just 5 mins away from PE National Park beaches, golf courses, water sports, cycling trails, restaurants, stores, fresh seafood and more!​The cottage is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including 47" HD television, air conditioning, and wi-fi.​Linens, towels, dinnerware, glassware etc are all provided. ​Outside enjoy a barbecue, and relax on a lounger. Sit by the fire pit in the evenings and watch the beautiful sunsets! The beach is just a minute's walk away. Ideal for families. Travelers please note we rent from Saturday to Saturday. We will respond to your inquiry right away, we want to insure you have your booking completed asap. Your weekly rental fee includes the PEI Provincial Park Pass. The SpaceDunescape Casa Vista is nestled high on the cliff in a secluded grove just across the Bay from our other Cottages The three bedroom Casa Vista has been newly decorated, furnished and appointed to meet the high standards of quality our guests expect. And did we mention the view? Just spectacular! The dunes are there (of course!), but so is the picturesque fisherman's wharf and surrounding farmland. And you are a five minute walk to "The Swimming Rock", a famous local swimming spot on New London Bay. You are ten minutes from the National Park, and within ten minutes of four excellent 18-hole golf courses. Quiet privacy, great access to amenities, a beautifully appointed luxury cottage. Can it be better than this? Facilities include two bedrooms, plus a spare "bunk" room. Full bath with skylight. Fully equipped kitchen. All linens, towels etc provided.     Vacation on the beautiful North Shore of Prince Edward Island with world renowned golf courses, lobster suppers, Green Gables and deep sea fishing. This two storey cottage, with a Canada Select 4 star rating, has the main living spaces all overlooking an amazing view of the New London Bay. Sit on the upper or lower deck and watch the boats head out to the ocean or take in the spectacular sunsets. Enjoy a campfire around the island stone fire pit. Kayak on the bay, walk along the bay beach or bike a short distance to the Cavendish National Park. It is only 30 minutes to Charlottetown or Summerside from this ideal location. A BBQ and fully loaded kitchen can accommodate meals at home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplaces, living room, family room and laundry room, it will be home away from home. There are plenty of games, movies, puzzles and books to occupy you on a day spent inside. We have a canoe and three bikes you are welcome to use for some outdoor fun. The rates listed are for 4 guests. Each additional guest will be an additional $70 per week. We accept cash, email interac e-transfers and personal cheques. A $500.00 reservation deposit is required within one week of your booking to reserve your requested week. The refundable security deposit of $200, final payment and a signed rental agreement is required at least 4 weeks before your arrival day. Cancellations made before 2 months of your arrival are fully refunded. Within 1-2 months of your arrival date, 50% of your reservation deposit fee will be refunded ($250). There will be no reservation deposit refund for cancellations made within 1 month of arrival. However in the event we can rebook the week that was cancelled, we will give a full refund minus a $75 booking fee. If you rebook a week with us in the future, I will take $75 off the rental fee. We are centrally located near "Anne's Land" and are less than 45 minutes away from both the Charlottetown airport and the Confederation Bridge . We offer a King bed suite and a Queen bed suite within our century homestead and two cottages (a single bedroom unit with King bed and a two bedroom unit with a Queen bed and two single beds) on our beautiful 5 acre property.
