With freezers , BBQ , smoker ,vacuum sealer to process your fish. horse shoe pit ,fire pit, full kitchen, washer and dryer and all the amenities you need. just 3min to the Kenai river. Or you can rent a canoe and fish and paddle adjoining lakes connected by river and streams located right behind our home . Oh and did I mention fishing salt water, salmon (kings, sockeye, silvers, pinks) trout and dolly varden Beautiful ,quite location just 3min from the world famous Kenai river where you can fish for kings , sockeye ,silvers and trout and yet just 10 min to downtown Soldotna. or fish Homer or Seward for halibut, rockfish and lingcod. Fly-outs for fishing and bear viewing also available. Just 20min. from Kenai airport or 2-1/2hr. drive from anchorage. Or you can just sit on the porch and enjoy your favorite a beverage and watch the wildlife and read a book.

      Pristine view and just steps from fishing right off the bank of the famous Kenai River. This property is very conveniently located in the middle of the Kenai Peninsula. Just minutes away from the small town conveniences such as restaurants, groceries, etc. This property is a great base accommodation for your whole Alaskan vacation. From halibut and salmon fishing to white water rafting to bird watching, bear viewing and hiking, guided or not, this is it! You could be just about any where on the Kenai peninsula and do just about anything you can dream of with very little effort and minimal time frames. You will feel like you are in the wilds of Alaska and yet relaxed with beauty and serenity all around. The 145 feet of our private river bank front to fish off of with plenty of elbow room, view, or just relax and enjoy. It also has picnic table and benches, fire pit, fish cleaning table, and plenty of wild life to see. There is a freezer for your catch, satellite TV with a 55 inch HD flat screen, and wireless internet to stay in touch with. You will also have your own kitchenette for your fresh catch and for times you would rather just stay in. Our one bedroom mother-in-law apartment, (Bear Den), has accommodation for 4 to 5 people. The apartment has queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. There is a very large comfortable couch and a rollout bed if necessary to suit your needs. WE ALSO HAVE OUR WOLF DEN CABIN/BUNK HOUSE JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEAR DEN TO ACCOMMODATE A LARGE FAMILY OR PARTY. These sleeping quarters come with a beautiful Kenai River view and will sleep 2 additional guests. The Wolf Den will not be available with out the use of the Bear Den, or our other apartment, "the Eagles Nest". This is because the Wolf Den is a dry cabin without a bath or sink. It is warm, comfortable,and newly remodeled with knotty pine walls and captains twin beds. It also has its own fire place, fridge and microwave and table and chairs for games and snacking.         Moosekovich Lodge: This newly built contemporary guest apartment attached to a beautiful log home with views of the Kenai River and the Kenai Range is just minutes to prime public fishing. Centrally located in the Kenai Peninsula, it is short drive to (website: hidden) & Kenai and a scenic drive to Seward and Homer. Although famous for it's giant king salmon, the Kenai River is also the home of sockeye or red salmon, silver salmon, pink salmon, dolly varden and trophy rainbow trout in excess of 30 inches. Being located in the approximate middle of the Kenai Peninsula; easy day trips for sightseeing, whale viewing or birdwatching can be made to Kachimak Bay, Homer, Seward, Kenai or elsewhere. Our Harmony Lodge is a wood sided home perched at the top of the bank with picturesque views throughout and can easily accommodate 1 to 8 people based on your desire for privacy. You are required to: •Wash with soap and hot water all dishes, silverware, utensils, glassware, pots & pans and place back in cabinets. •Remove food items from refrigerator and freezer upon departure. •Remove your trash and recycling often during rental period and upon final departure and place it in appropriate Borough dumpsters along Funny River Road. WINDOWS & DOORS & LIGHTS: Upon departure be sure that all windows are in their locked position and doors are securely pulled tight and locked and please turn off all lights to conserve energy. Located in Sterling Alaska, right in the middle of prime fishing and a hop skip and a jump to state parks – centrally located in the Kenai Peninsula, minutes from (URL HIDDEN) and the city of Kenai, and a scenic drive to Cooper Landing, Seward, and Homer. Completed in March 2015, this 820 square feet contemporary yet cozy and clean two bedroom apartment has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds - sleeps 4 comfortably, 1 bathroom with shower, a private entry, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook and a living room with a 50 inch tv, DirecTV, and wifi. Moosekovich Lodge has an amazing view of the Kenai River, the Kenai Mountain Range and our old historical cabin below the bluff – you can relax and soak in the view from the covered patio or the living room/dining nook. Wildlife frequent our property especially moose, eagles and sometimes bears due to salmon spawning area down the river. So come stay with us – we love to share our little piece of heaven. Just minutes away from the small town conveniences such as restaurants, groceries, etc. This property is a great base accommodation for your whole Alaskan vacation. From halibut and salmon fishing to white water rafting to bird watching, guided or not, this is it! You could be just about any where on the peninsula and do just about anything you can dream of with very little effort and minimal time frames. You will feel like you are in the wilds of Alaska and yet relaxed with beauty all around. The 145 feet of our private river bank front to fish off of with plenty of elbow room, view, or just relax and enjoy. It also has picnic table and benches, fire pit, fish cleaning table, and plenty of wild life to see. There is a freezer for your catch, satellite TV with a 55 inch HD flat screen, and wireless internet to stay in touch with. You will also have your own kitchenette for your fresh catch and for times you would rather just stay in. Our one bedroom mother-in-law apartment has accommodation for 4 to 5 people. The apartment has queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. There is a very large comfortable couch and a roll out bed if necessary to suit your needs. We also have a cabin/bunk house with beautiful Kenai River view just 20 feet away from MIL apartment which will sleep 4 additional guests. There is a washer and dryer to use at your convenience in the extra large bathroom. A two headed shower to enjoy after a hard day of fun. The deck has the view that eagles love. You can see forever. The barbecue is there to use and a table to enjoy the fresh air and food & drink. You will be totally amazed about this view space. And of course the inside table has a 8 foot front window to see out of if the weather is not the best. WE ALSO HAVE OUR "WOLF DEN" CABIN/BUNK HOUSE JUST (STEPS) AWAY FROM THE "EAGLE'S NEST" TO ACCOMMODATE A LARGER FAMILY OR PARTY. This "Wolf Den" is just sleeping quarters for those extra beds you may need. It has 2 very comfortable twin size captain beds and a view of the Kenai River just out the front windows. The "Wolf Den" also has its own front porch and fire pit. There could be a roll out twin size bed added if necessary to use. So this cabin is able to sleep 3 people. There is no water plumbed into this accommodation as it is a "dry" cabin. This "Wolf Den" is not available for renting unless the "Eagles Nest" or our other "Bear Den" accommodation is part of your party. There is a microwave oven, small refrigerator, table and chairs for 4 for snacking and playing games. Great place for those whom like it a little more woodsy and rustic. There is a nice warm electric fireplace to enjoy. Also a flat screen TV, WI-FI and/or wireless internet. This is very comfortable and warm, newly remodeled with beautiful knotty pine interior walls.                     The SpaceIt was great fun to get creative with the "bear bath" , the "halibut shower" and the "northern lights" bath. Guest will be challenged to find permanent tenants, the mouse house. With an open floor plan on the main floor and wrap around deck on the back, there is plenty of room to enjoy the summer nights of Alaska. Belly up to the "salmon" bar, hopefully it won't be the only salmon you see on your trip! Guest AccessSitting on an acre, guest enjoy the full house and fire pit area. Additionally there are 2 daybeds in the living area allowing for a total of 10 people to sleep comfortably. This lodge has a private wrap around deck overlooking the river. The Eagles View lodge has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room sleeping 4 people total. It includes a fireplace, seating area and main dining area. The beautiful rivers edge view opens to a deck and the dock. Our hostess, Mary will be manning all of your needs from the Eagles View lodge, including 3 home cooked meals. There is a separate private cabin with the ability to sleep 4. For fishermen: we have a cleaning station on the dock, an inside canning/processing kitchen, and freezers to store fish.
