      The SpaceModern, peaceful, luxurious, convenient and comfortable Guest AccessWe have a large open plan kitchen/diner and sitting area with TV. Those guests booking for 1 or 2 days might be interested in a Continental breakfast that can be provided to guests either at the breakfast bar or direct to their rooms for an additional £5 per person. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance for evening refreshments and several takeaways we can recommend. The co-op supermarket is a five minute stroll away. Interaction with GuestsWe (the hosts) live at the property. If guests are staying for just one or two nights, we encourage our guests to give us some prior warning of when they would like access to the house so we can be here to let in and lock up etc. Those guests who book for monthly stays, will receive their own keys. The NeighborhoodThe Stoneywood estate is a peaceful and relaxing woodland setting and a haven for wildlife, including rabbits and deers. There is a landscaped river walk 400metres from our door along the banks of the River Don. There are numerous beautiful sandy beaches nearby including Newburgh and Balmedie beach, ideal for walks, BBQs and to see the seal colony. Getting AroundThere are frequent Aberdeen city bound buses and night buses that drop off 200 metres from our house. Dyce train station is a fifteen minute walk along well lit paths. By train Aberdeen city centre is 10 minutes from Dyce. Aberdeen international airport is a ten minute car/taxi journey. Transfers can be arranged privately for a reasonable cost. Private parking.
