Uninterrupted views are 180 degrees from north thru to south ends of the Surfers Paradise & Northcliffe beachfront & Esplanade redevelopment As an award winning architectural & design industry professional, I have just recently finished this complete renovation on this 1 bed apartment with fantastic beachfront views. Level 12, fully furnished, all technologies built in, ample storage and multi-car parking. Italian leather furniture, Miele appliances are all integrated, including coffee machine, fridge, induction cooktop, rangehood, microwave, pyrolytic oven, & dishwasher. Public transport & the new tram line is at your doorstep, but your location is conveniently such that the noisiest disturbance in the apartment is only the sound of the ocean. It really is a beautiful location for both tourist and resident. Interaction with GuestsMy interaction can be as reliant or as minimal as you please - I am happy to help with anything you require, or I can just leave you at peace to enjoy your stay! I live periodically in another apartment in the building so I can easily assist you with any concerns. The on-site & live-in building Management are helpful and I have a great relationship with them so they can also assist with any queries and/or concerns you may have. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is located on the beachfront of one of the world's most beautiful beaches...uninterrupted views, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, but strategically located on the quiet southern end of Central Surfers Paradise so you can enjoy a central location, whilst appreciating that quite literally, the only disturbance you have to put up with is the sound of the waves pounding on the beach...honestly... Getting AroundThe new tram line is at the end of the street, there is also a taxi rank in the street, bus services also at the end of the street, and bikes in the garage available if you would prefer to go by pedal power! Alternatively, everything you may need for your stay is within walking distance. If you want to go to attractions & them parks, then tickets can be purchased from reception & shuttle buses can pick you up from your doorstep! Other Things to NoteCheck out my earlier comments above because I've said so much already that you probably haven't even read this far? I think I have rambled on enough about the space... it is a beautiful property that I am very proud to own... I don't know what else to say?...haha! ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Only homeowners live in our area, we have parks to relax in, the brand new shopping centre is a few minutes away, has everything one can ever need... supermarket, dentist, pharmacy, doctor, great restaurants and deli Mostly I like to live here because it is a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise Centre, but here it is green and very quiet. The Gold Coast Light Rail (G:Link, known as "the G"), commenced operations from Broadbeach to Gold Coast University Hospital on 20 Jul 14. There is a STOP right outside Q1. From there you will be able to jump on and travel in comfort and at speed, without any parking hassles or RBT (random breath testing) worries to either Southport in the north, or down to the Broadbeach Convention centre, Casino or Pacific Fair (see my Guest Book) for extremely reasonable ticket prices. So before you hire a car, just ask me for more details. Happy to share! George says "book early and book often!" I value ALL my previous Guests and will offer them the BEST rates, but you must get in quick! What is on offer, is simply incomparable with any other Q1, or Gold Coast similar sized apartment. 84sq m of comfortable, clean space. NO need to share, it's all yours! If you have children, no matter what age, you must disclose them as "Guests" for insurance, safety and emergency evacuation purposes. Depending on age and your requirements i.e. if you want the sofa bed, please let me know and we can negotiate an adjusted "extra Guest" rate. Especially, if they are infants i.e. under 2 years of age. I do not provide cots, high chairs etc, for hygiene reasons, but can refer you to a local hiring agency. What you see is exactly what you get. Just view very carefully BOTH my pictures (which as they say, offer "a thousand words") AND the magnificent, generous first hand comments of those wonderful Guests, whom I have had the pleasure to host. This large (84sq m), modern, low floor (5th), ocean view, one bedroom apartment with spa bath, has been lovingly refurbished and maintained. It is your space when you check in. No sharing, no body but you and your partner, kids or friend. Similar apartments have tired, or smelly, dirty and worn out and shabby furniture (according to Trip Advisor comments). Also see some other Q1 Host reviews. Not good. This apartment has everything you want for short, or long stays, comfortable for 2 non-smoking adults, or 3 and, or small children (2). In addition to the Queen bed in the main bed room, there is a sofa bed in the living area with double inner spring mattress is suitable for an extra adult (or 2), or small children (2-3), for a minimal linen charge. Just see the pix and also the main bed can be re-configured into twin beds, for a nominal additional linen fee. YES, there is FREE undercover secure parking!! The unit is fully self contained with a fully appointed kitchen and laundry. Linen and towels are supplied and the kitchen is well set up with crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, fry pan and saucepans. As well as the laundry with a top loading Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer (just see the pix). There is also an iron, TWO by ironing boards and clothes drying rack.... the list goes on! The apartment is fully air conditioned with refreshing cool air for hot summer nights AND heating for those rare cool chilly nights in winter. Added complimentary extras include teas, coffees, water, milk, sun screen, insect repellent, first aid kit AND a 3D large screen main TV in the lounge. There is also an LCD TV in the bedroom PLUS a small DVD library with a wide selection of genres. Just look at all the pix and positive Reviews on the listing to see what is offered and also ALL the features of the apartment captured on those images. I ask you to simply compare, very carefully what others offer AND the Reviews, OR lack of, which tells you immediately what is available, or not! This includes the genuine, first hand Guest comments in my Visitors Book. Not the fabricated or cut and pasted, outdated ones!! My apartment INCLUDES, at no extra cost, Beach towels, as well as fresh clean towels (not worn out, tired and thin) and full linen set. ALL of this is provided as part of your one payment, all inclusive, accommodation fee. I also replace ALL of these (towels and linen) on the 7th day of your stay, for FREE. Pricing for extended stays i.e. longer than five days, are available on request. Q1 is located in central Surfers, close to the Beach and all main transport/road laterals, with easy access to public transport, hire cars and the restaurant/entertainment precinct. Do the numbers, do your homework, see what Trip Advisor and other Reviews (or LACK of) tells you in the "casino" of other accommodation providers and hosts. If extra Guests are found to be staying without approval or payment, the booking will be terminated and all guests evicted. There are excellent services to both Brisbane and Gold Coast Airport and also to all the Theme Parks. Just ask and I will advise you on the best way to get around the Gold Coast.         The SpaceA huge 160sqm unit with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry and reverse cycle air conditioning. Both bedrooms are the same size and have built-in-wardrobes. The master bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has one queen size bed a single bed and a trundle. The master has an ensuite while bedroom 2 has the bathroom across the hall. There is a good portacot and high chair suitable for babies to toddlers and I have just recently bought a stroller suitable from baby to toddler which is available for your use. Our apartment and complex is family friendly with heaps of room for your children or grandchildren to run around. The complex has an indoor (heated) and outdoor pool, spa, 2x BBQ facilities, 2x sauna and tennis court.... AND the beach and Northcliffe Surf Club are at the end of the street, 50 meters walk! The famous Surfers Paradise entertainment precinct is a short 5 minute stroll up the road. The unit comes with one secure undercover park. This place has been renovated and has timber look floors, modern kitchen and bathroom fittings and a massive living room with new comfortable furniture. It really is one of the largest units in the area. A huge balcony are that wraps around the north and east side of the unit with balcony access from both bedrooms. The ultimate unit for location, size and facilities. To and from Gold Coast Airport: When you arrive on the Gold coast, cross the street and turn left and catch the 777 bus to South Broadbeach. When swimming at the beaches please swim between the Red and Yellow flags. There is a great beach at the end of Thornton Street and it is regularly patrolled in daylight hours. If you arrive outside office hours we have a locked box cut into the window of our office which we give you the code for your day of arrival. Just open the locked box and there will be an envelope in there with your name on it with keys and instructions. It is very easy. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and on weekends our staff are in and out of the office all day as well.
