    The SpaceThis apartment is a very attractive, light and airy living space on the top floor of a small quality block. There is a large balcony with BBQ and views to the city skyline and harbour bridge. The balcony flows through to the living and dining areas, and the kitchen has a gas stove and quality appliances. Dining table seats 6, there is a one car garage, intercom, air con, TV, internal laundry and polished floors WIFI. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second has 2 singles. Both have large windows and built-ins. The bathroom has a large shower recess. The apartment is very central to most of the Eastern Suburbs attractions. Centennial Park, with its walks, cycle tracks, horse riding and restaurants is nearby. The Children’s Hospital and the Prince of Wales Hospital, together with the University of NSW and Royal Randwick Racecourse are all within walking distance. Public transport is at the door, with 20 min express buses to the City and to Bondi Junction shopping centre and most of the popular beaches in the area. Clovelly beach is just a 20 minute walk away. There are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs cinemas and shops close by. A great location and an easily maintained and pleasant apartment. Guest Access1 set of Linen and towels are provided, and a Starter pack is provided this includes 1 roll toliet paper per bathroom, single use washing powder, single use dish washing liquid, coffee, tea, sugar and 1 garbage bag per bin.

    The SpaceDue to interest and queries we now offer our room arranged to accommodate 3 people! The room is typically arranged to accommodate 2 people to share the queen sized bed, however, if you require separate beds for 2 people or need to accommodate a third person, we can rearrange the room and provide additional linen and towels to suit. The Apartment- The 2 bedroom apartment is split over 3 levels, offering great privacy with entry, private room and your own bathroom on one level. Our private living space is on the lower floors. The Room- Your room features a quality queen sized bed, 2 seater sofa which pulls out to accommodate 1 person, flat screen TV/DVD player. While TV channel reception in room is limited, the room has a great range of dvds for your veiwing. The room is also equipped with a mini bar fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Unfortunately we do not offer use of the kitchen space, however, we are only a stones throw away from a wide selection of restaurants, you might opt to DIY and utilise the communal rooftop BBQ area which captures the ocean breeze and city views, including the iconic Center Point Tower. Note: The apartment is in a secure building with swipe key access.     The SpaceA beautiful family home located in North Randwick. Located 200m from Centennial Park. Close to Bondi, Bronte and Coogee beaches. Close to University of NSW and Randwick Hospital Campus. A 15minute drive to the airport and the CBD. Good public transport access, both buses and trains. Unrestricted street parking with plenty of parking. Lock up garage if requested. As central as you could possibility need. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 (master) King size bed and ensuite and walk in wardrobe. TV with foxtel Bedroom 2 Single bed with trundle Built in wardrobes. This room and the master room open onto a small private garden. Bedroom 3 Single bed with built in wardrobe. Loft Double futon bed Large love sac and TV (apple TV. Use of Apple TV allowed and purchases will be deducted from bond) Living Area Large open plan living that looks out onto raised garden. All glass so plenty of sunlight. There is a large dining table that seats up to 10, beautiful Italian furniture and TV with foxtel. A modern kitchen. We are keen cooks so the kitchen is well stocked with all appliances (food processors, woks, steamers, pie makers.....) , large fridge/freezer, bar bridge, 5 gas burner cook top, Miele oven & oven/microwave, dishwasher. All our supplies will be in the cupboards, just replace anything that you use. Study Desk for work, printer and scanner. Free Wi-Fi available. Bathrooms One main bathroom with shower and bath. Washing machine and dryer also in this bathroom. Plus the ensuite with shower in the main bedroom. Private outside shower to garden off beds 1 & 2 All linen provided. You are welcome to use whatever you need as long as it is returned in the same condition. Also.. 2 bikes Beach gear Camping gear Sports equipment Fred the Rabbit. We have a free roaming pet rabbit that would share the house with you as it is too difficult to take him with us. A friend would come over daily to feed him. There is a low window in bedroom 2 that is to remain open during the day so Fred can access the garden. We have had many guests stay with us from Airbnb and they all become very attached to Fred. He is very friendly and loves people. You must make sure that the rabbit does not escape the house and garden so it is essential that the front door remains closed at all times. The garage door cannot be opened if Fred is out in the raised garden. On Departure. Check out 10am. Please leave key in the letterbox. Check out - I will arrange a cleaner after your visit but please leave the house as you found it, throw out all your rubbish and left over food, return all the furniture to it's original position.
