Our Waterfront B&B is located 30 minutes south of Sydney city by train and around 15 minutes to Cronulla Beach by car. Our B&B is set in a very tranquil part of Sydney on the Georges River that enters Botany Bay. Rejuvenate while relaxing by the pool in our unique hammock reading a book or the paper. Or why not end a warm summer’s day with a dip in our pool overlooking the picturesque Georges River.Guests can paddle around the Bay in our Canoe. Continental Breakfast or beautiful hot breakfast prepared by the host Yvonne with all the goodies – sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, orange juice, tea and percolated coffee – it could keep you going all day! At other times there will be mouth watering home made liqueur chocolates and biscuits. There is a Guests Lounge & Dining room downstairs & a very large patio with plenty of tables & chairs There is a circular drive for off street parking & plenty of Gardens to wander around .No-one needs to stay in their room!!

Ultra modern Tuscan townhouse in Sylvania Waters, one of Sydney's best suburbs. The house is 3 bedroom, less than 6 years old and located in a very quite complex of 10. Their is a lovely spacious enclosed courtyard with a BBQ area where we can take advantage of the outside living Australia offers. We are located approx 10 minutes drive from Cronulla , which has the best beaches in Sydney and a large array of top class restaurants and bars. 25 minutes drive to Sydney cbd and close to bus and trains. Sylvania Waters is the perfect commuter suburb and is also close to main arterial roads for those wishing to explore New South Wales. I'm a 44 year old professional male, single dad of a very sporty 10 year old. The room offered is perfect for a couple or single person and All furniture in the house is less than 1 year old

Getting AroundIdeally having a car will make it much easier to move around the area we live in, if not a train station is approximately 15 mins walk with trains to the beach area of Cronulla, and trains into the Sydney CBD. Public transport is quite safe in Sydney and very acceptable mode of transport. One of Sydneys biggest shopping centres Miranda Fair is approximately 2 kilometres from our house and an easy walk, it has just been renovated and has most 'brand' stores and a number of café/restaurants.

There is a lovely little walk over to Como and along the water, with the cafe perfectly placed for a refreshment before you return back home. Getting Around6/7 min walk to Como train station - regular trains to the city, Cronulla (beach) or further south. Other Things to NoteWe live reasonably close to the train line but have sound proof doors and windows.

The SpaceSunny, luxurious and peaceful with private access from the street, the studio has a small kitchen and nice bathroom. A private, comfortable and sunny room with a queen size bed and looking out to a small garden terrace. The room was designed by a high profile Sydney interior designer with minimal, luxurious and pared back vibes. The room is the first floor in our home and as such you will hear us above you. We expect guests to let us know if there is a problem so we can communicate and make the experience pleasurable. (The artwork in the photos is no longer on the wall). The NeighborhoodOyster Bay is a peaceful and laid back village with close proximity to Cronulla Beach and lots of other stunning beaches and walks. A newly renovated Westfield is ten minutes away by bus. Shops are a ten minute walk. The river and water access is a few minutes away. Getting AroundBuses link Oyster bay with most areas of Sydney. There is a bus stop 1 min down the street and a train station a few minutes away which has trains to the CBD. It takes about 30 minutes to the City by train. Other Things to NoteThere is one bad review from one very mean lady. She was mean to me upon arrival, though I was nice to her and her husband. I emailed this guest while she was here to see if she was happy with everything and did not get a response. Then a nasty inaccurate review about noise and other things that have never been a issue for anyone in two years! If you stay with us and communicate we can assure you we will accommodate your requests wherever possible. We have had so many happy guests so don't let that one lady make you think otherwise!

The SpaceYour kitchenette has a full size dining table, bar frig, toaster, microwave, kettle, sink and water filter. Your room and own bathroom are located downstairs looking out into our garden and the delightful Joseph Banks Native Plants Garden-which you are welcome to explore, or spend some quiet time enjoying. Your bathroom has toilet, wash basin and shower. The bed has a brand new, super comfortable queen size mattress. There is also a single bed/ lounge. There is plenty of space for a single person, couple, or small family. An additional double bedroom is sometimes available(additional cost)if there are more of you. Please enquire, we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Guest Access We provide clean linen, duvet, blankets, towels. There are toiletries, tea coffee and a light breakfast also available. You are welcome to use the washing machine, enjoy our leafy garden and interact with the local native wildlife. We have a BBQ you would be welcome to use if you fancy dinner in. Free street parking. Interaction with GuestsThe space is private with its own access and bathroom, if you wish for privacy you will not see us unless it is in the laundry room. The NeighborhoodKareela is a very leafy waterside suburban bush hideaway, just off the Princes highway north of Sutherland.Cronulla & Wanda beaches (free parking) or the Royal National Park are close by. Kareela Golf & Kirrawee Bowling clubs are walking distance as is Hazelhurst regional art gallery and cafe It is peaceful and quiet, ideal if you are visiting family or friends locally. We have native animal visitors (possums and many birds) and a friendly Burmese cat. Getting AroundEasy to find by car-only one minute off the main(Princes) highway.3 train stations are a flat 20-30 minute walk. Gymea, Kirawee, Sutherland- or a 5-10 min ride in a taxi to us from one of these stations,there is also a local bus service

The generous sized kitchen plenty includes plenty of bench top room, dishwasher, built-in stove and a good sized refrigerator and gas cook top for those gourmet food preparations.. Getting AroundYou can reach us by BUS We have a regular bus and train service to the city with the 971 & 970 northbound buses. The bus stop is only 50meters from the unit complex the buses meet up with the trains that run every 10mins from Hurstville station on the T4 line. The 971 southbound bus will also take you from the front door to Westfield Miranda (10 mins) or the beautiful beaches at Cronulla (20 mins) with all the shopping opportunity’s and restaurants on the coast. By TAXI We are also a short taxi ride from the airport around 20mins on a good day. BY CAR If you are traveling by car we can be found very close to Tom Uglys Bridge close to a major Westfield’s shopping centre and many very good restaurants and Sydney best Hamburger joint across the road .Just check the Sydney food guide! Travel south on the Princes Highway at Blakehurst and stay in the right lane ,when you cross Tom Uglys Bridge you will need to turn right at the traffic lights 50meters at the end of the bridge and enter Claire St .Park your vehicle anywhere near the Park and you are here . It is a two-level townhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies in level 1, an open living dining with a front yard and back garden on the ground level. The place can accommodate 4 people and a toddler. The main bedroom has a real full king bed, the second room has a real full queen bed, and the third room has a baby cot. You have access to all the amenities, full kitchen (a Nespresso machine if you are a coffee lover :), dishwasher, washing machine. There is easy off street parking as our street is restricted to resident traffic only :) Just few meters from the complex, there is an open view to the Georges River. Next door you will find the BlackRock Brasserie with fine food and beer. Three minutes walk from the house is south gate shopping with all major retailers, cafes, bakery... Guest AccessThe townhouse is situated in a security complex. The guest will have keys to access the main complex entrance, from there the listings is a few meters walk through the common garden area. The house has its private courtyard entrance. Interaction with GuestsI will not be present at the listing during the guest's stay. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop two minutes walk from the house. The bus line connects to Hurstville train station (10 min), from there an express train takes 20 minutes to Sydney CBD. Madeira street is just off Princess highway which makes driving to the Sydney CBD or to the royal National park much more convenient.

The SpaceThe studio is located at the back of a property which has another main house on it. We have a veggie patch out front of the studio, and plenty of Portuguese kale in the backyard, so please do help yourself to any herbs, fruit or veg you might see in the backyard! We have a fully equipped kitchen (just no microwave) and plenty of pots and pans, and of course, teas and coffees which you're more than welcome to help yourself to. We don't have a TV, but do have a big bookshelf which you're more than welcome to choose something from to take with you to the beach (please be sure to return any books you read =) Guest AccessGuests can access the entire studio and backyard. Interaction with GuestsWe will be away at the time of booking, but our friendly tenants, who live in the main house of the property where the studio is located, will be available to greet you, give you the keys, and show you to your room. The NeighborhoodJannali is a lovely, quiet suburb in Sydney's Sutherland shire. A very family-focused suburb with lots of houses and no apartment blocks, the streets are colourful and tree lined, and you'll enjoy peace and serenity at night. You won't hear any traffic noise at all while you sleep - just the sounds of crickets, and perhaps the odd possum! There's a park with swings and play equipment right next door to our property for the kids to play in as well. Getting AroundOur little studio is located about a 10-minute walk to the Jannali train station, from which you can get a train to Cronulla Beach, the surfing spots of Wollongong, or into the Sydney city centre. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the Jannali town centre, where the train is located. Taxis and Uber regularly service the area. We're approximately: 15 minute drive from Cronulla surf beach 5 minutes drive to the new Miranda Westfield shopping mall 5 minutes drive to the entrance of the Royal National Park, where you'll find a plethora of surf beaches, walking tracks, picnic spots, and other outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, camping, kayaking, and more. 30 minutes drive to Garie surf beach (in the Royal National Park) 40 minutes drive to the city centre 50 minutes to the surf beaches of Wollongong Other Things to NoteThe tenants of the main house on the property own a small Daschund dog who is very friendly and quiet, but just keep an eye on him around kids.

Home from home , The room and ensuite are separate from the main house, purpose built into the garage for the in-laws to stay in whilst over from the UK. It's self-contained with a TV, small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Guest AccessGuests also have access to the main house to cook , before 9:00pm. If you have a whim you can also use the trampoline, bikes or pool at your own risk ! Sit and relax on our veranda. Interaction with GuestsWe are a friendly interactive family who will make your stay easy. Respectful of your privacy. The NeighborhoodJannali is a friendly safe neighbourhood with lots of local amenities close by. 300m walk to the train station and easy reach of the city and beach. There are also major shopping centres at Miranda and Hurstville which are both close by. Getting AroundThe City train is only 300 meters from home which is a direct line into the city and all the way to Bondi Junction. You can also take the train direct to Cronulla Beach , then hop on the ferry over to Bundeena. Other Things to NoteWe have two friendly dogs , and two children. We have hosted several guests who study at ANSTO, who run buses from Sutherland Station which is only 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes on the train.

The SpaceWe live on top of a bottle shop - that's pretty unique! Between the two of us we rent out both apartments, so there's lots of space, always someone interesting to meet, and failing that, our kids are excellent conversationalists. There's a basketball hoop, a dart board, entertainment area, trampoline, bicycles, scooters, and all the other kids toys you'd expect. Even a storage area if you want to leave stuff in Sydney while you go see the rest of Australia. Interaction with GuestsWe're a friendly family, the kids and dog love guests, but also happy to leave you to yourself. Anything you need, we're glad to help. The NeighborhoodLots of great restaurants within 3 mins walk, including 2 pizza places, 2 Chinese, 2 chicken shops, Indian, Teppanyaki, a bakery, dry cleaner, massage, a bottle shop right underneath, and two gyms to burn off all the fat. A short 10 min stroll down the hill to Southgate Shopping Mall for anything else, or 10 minutes on the bus to what was once the largest mall in the southern hemisphere, Westfield Miranda. Getting AroundThere are 3 bus stops just outside the front door, taking 10-15 mins to get to Miranda or Hurstville shopping districts. Hurstville is then a 25 minute train ride into the City. Other Things to NoteInternet is $1/GB, on an honour system. During weekdays, the kid's morning routine is from 7am-8am, and the evening bustle is roughly 5pm-9pm.

There is a bus stop at the top of the street. Sylvania Shopping Centre (Southgate) 5 min by bus or 20-25min walk. Miranda Westfield is 10min by bus and the station is opposite Westfields for fast train to the city (about 40min) You can also get a bus to Cronulla Beach (about 30min) Other Things to NoteI sometimes mind my neighbour's dog when they go out. She's an adorable schnauzer and no problem at all if you are an animal lover !!!!

We are also less than 1km walk to Kareela Shopping Village for Coles supermarket, fruit and veg, butcher and food outlets like Thai, fish and chips etc. If you're after restaurant recommendations, let us know, as we eat out a lot! Getting AroundPlenty of street parking and we have visitor parking on site. 10mins drive from entry to Royal National Park, less than 15min to Cronulla Beach and close to Kirrawee, Jannali and Sutherland train stations. Taxis available at Sutherland. Buses to Jannali train station or Miranda Westfield are also an option with the bus stop nearby. Other Things to NotePlease note we live in a residential complex - it's a quiet spot therefore no parties please.

The SpaceOur peaceful family home is located in Sydney's leafy Sutherland Shire. Just 25km's to Sydney's CBD. Located on a tidal waterfront, you can spend your days on the deck overlooking the beautiful surrounds of Oyster Bay and surrounded by native birds and wildlife or explore the local waterways on our kayaks which are on our private jetty and included in the price of your stay. Feed the local birds and ducks....make friends with our resident possum who resides in the tree out the back... A local bus stops only 100 meters away which will take you to the huge Miranda Westfields to satisfy all your shopping needs. Or take the train from here to the city in only 30 mins. Our lovely local shops include a large Supermarket, Dr's, Bakery, gift stores, restaurants and cafes...and this is only a 10 minute walk away. Kareela Golf Club is a 15 min walk away or a few mins drive.
