Great bike riding in summer. Not more than 5 cars are allowed to be parked at the house. You will have to shuttle people in if you have more than 5 cars. Other Things to NoteEven the Denver Post went as far as to say “The Ridge Course ninth hole, by itself, is worth the trip over Berthoud Pass”. Clean, Tidy, Polite and Respectful. Not 420, smoking or drunken behavior friendly. Any pot smell in the house will result in significant additional cleaning charges upto the entire value of your deposit for repainting. The smell really doesn't come out any other way. No shoes or outdoor footwear to be worn upstairs. Muddy or snowy footprints on the carpet will result in additional carpet cleaning charges upto the full value of your deposit. Don't invite random people you don't know into the house you will be charged for all stolen or damaged items. The house is a very innovative Eco Green design and therfore has complex systems. The garage doors must always be shut, no windows should be opened at all from September through May. If windows are opened you will be charged your entire security deposit to cover additional heating and extreme cold weather damage. The main fans in the great room must be kept on at all times to circulate heat throughout the house. Bathroom fans should be run for 60 minute cycle each day and whenever showers are used. Lights are controlled by downloading the lutron home app which is free and logging in when you get to the house. The theatre has a bluray player on the bottom right which you should use. The amp is the box directly above it. Turn this on in the bottom left hand corner and only adjust volume on the right wheel don't touch any other setting. The projector is turned on using the remote and by pressing the top left hand button twice while pointing it at the screen. If you leave it on you will be charged $600 for a new bulb. Do not touch the screen, stand or jump on the furniture. Do not bounce balls off the walls in the great room or throw things into the chandeliers. You will be charged for damages if you do Do not leave any doors open wild animals in the house is not ideal. This is a very rural setting so we apologise for mouse traps etc but they are a necessity to keep the house animal free. Daily snow blowing and cleaning are available upon request at an additional charge. (It is sad that we have to say so many of these things, and yes seriously they have all happened. This is an incredible $10m plus house and we ask that you be respectful, classy and treat it properly. If damages exceed the deposit we will take legal action to recover any additional damage costs)

Each room is rented and listed separately on the AirBnb website. Family style meals can be negotiated for an additional cost. Owners reside on property. Private and forested with abundant wildlife (deer, elk, porcupine, rabbits, fox, squirrels, pine marten, coyote, raccoon, moose and bear have all been sighted on the property. There is a seasonal firepit, a covered porch and sun filled deck (when not snow covered). Located 15 minutes from either Winter Park or Sol Vista Basin Ski Resorts (both with summer activities) and 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course and Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort are all located within 10 miles of the property. Winter Activities include: alpine or cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiles, ice-fishing, dog sled rides, horse drawn sleigh rides and ice skating. Summer Activities include: golf, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, hot air ballooning and the many music festivals in the area. Transportation (pick up/drop off) may be arranged during your visit. Extra cost is negotiable. This is a double bed room and is located in the quietest part of the house. It is also the sunniest (two large windows, one with a window seat) and still the coolest since it is furthest from the forced air heating system. Located 15 minutes from either Winter Park or Sol Vista Basin Ski Resorts (both with summer activities) and 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. There are 4 beautiful mountain golf courses within 40 minutes and the closest (Pole Creek Golf Course, rated best public course in Colorado) is less than a 5 minute drive. This is an 1800 sq. ft. lower level, with a private entrance, for the exclusive use of your group. It contains 3 bed rooms (two doubles and one "bunk room" that can sleep 5), a large living area with a kitchenette, and a Jack & Jill 3 room bath configuration. Guest AccessAccess to seasonal decks, covered porches, firepits, ample parking. Interaction with GuestsInteraction is up to the guest. Private spaces are respected. The guest chooses to mingle or not as hosts rarely enter guest spaces during visits. The guest entry hall contains French doors into the owner's home as separate access to the guest spaces. If the French door curtains are closed, please respect our privacy. If the curtains are open, you are welcome inside anytime. We're probably watching TV or reading. We enjoy conversation too! We may be working in the yard, playing with the dogs or using the decks/porches, it is your choice to join us or not. The NeighborhoodIt is quiet and friendly with lots of open space and wildlife but also has easy access to all of the Fraser Valley. You can walk the neighborhood or the surrounding 70 acre forest which is easy to navigate if you ask Kathy. DON'T recommend walking our road during "mud season"! Transportation to DIA is available through Home James. There is Valley Taxi and Uber. In a pinch, we sometimes provide transportation in the valley for a reasonable fee. The SpaceThis house sits adjacent to a beautiful lake with breathtaking views of the continental divide from Rocky Mtn National park to the Winter Park ski area. Relax at the house or access the great venues in the valley; Winter Park, Devil's Thumb Xcountry, Granby, public access fly fishing, 600 miles of mountain bike trails and a 27 hole golf coarse. Guest AccessThe house is well equipped with fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, 2 family rooms (one for the kids downstairs) and the playground/BBQ area directly across the street. Interaction with GuestsWe typically check guests in and make sure they are comfortable with everything in the house. We also issue a "how to" manual for all guest upon reserving the property. The NeighborhoodThe house is in a quaint neighborhood with single family homes. Neighbors are friendly and activity oriented. The SpaceThe house is yours to eat, sleep, and play! Use anything and everything. Full bathrooms on each floor, the main floor bathroom has an old school sauna. Upstairs hosts an open loft queen size bed, a room with a queen size bunk bed, a room with two triple bunk beds (all singles), and a "Crow's Nest" full bed accessible by ladder. The downstairs hosts two rooms with queen mattresses. Bed linens will on top of your mattress or we can have beds made. If you'd like to choose other bedding, there's quite a selection in upstairs closest. House is heated with both electric baseboards and propane heated water, but there is also a wood stove that heats the entire home. Lots of wood stacked inside and out on the deck. Guest AccessKey to unlock the font door is located in a key box outside the main entry way. Code will be emailed upon reservation. The NeighborhoodSled in the snow, walk on the county roads, or cross the hills with snow shoes! Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort is approximately 20 minutes away. Granby Ranch Ski Resort is approximately 20 minutes away. Check out the new Fraser Valley Recreation Center for indoor pool and indoor gymnastics for the whole (URL HIDDEN) Other Things to NoteWe have a pet fee of $100. To be courteous to those guest who have pet allergies, we clean the carpets and couches after your pups leave the house.

    The SpaceLarge deck provides views of the entire valley. Modern kitchen and baths. The main level has a master bedroom with private bath and a king bed. Additionally there is a kitchen, dinning and main floor living area with fireplace. Ground level has a second living area and two more bedrooms. In one room is a Queen bed. The second room has a twin and bunks with a twin over a double. The two bedrooms share a full bath. We love our house and hope you will too ! Tabernash is minutes from the slopes and golf course. Blue ribbon trout fishing near by. Spacious 2600 sq ft. The master bedroom, laundry, living, dinning room and kitchen are on the main floor. The ground level has a separate living space with two bedrooms. A full bath is also located on the ground floor along with the hot tub and two car heated garage. Entire house and two car garage. The kitchen pantry along with a ground level storage closet and boiler room are locked. Rest of house is open. We make every effort to meet our guest upon checkin. Located in Tabernash Colorado, Pole Creek Valley. Quite neighborhood When possible park inside garage during winter months. We contract to have the driveway plowed when it snows 3" or more. Four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles are required for our driveway. Two wheel cars might have to park at bottom of the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street.       Beautiful large custom home nestled on 2.5 acres. Built in 2000 and is in like new condition. This home can easily accommodate up to 3 families with 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home has 3 living levels, each having a separate sleeping and bathroom area. In addition to the kitchen on the main floor there is a large wetbar/kitchenette on the lower walkout level. The walk-out lower level has large recreation and theater room. The upper level has a large master bedroom suite with full bath and also has an attached loft area. The loft can be used for sleeping as well. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with bunk beds that sleeps 4 (double over double), this floor also has a full bath. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other bedroom is very large with two bunk beds which sleeps 7 (double over double & single over double), this floor also has a full bath. The multiple levels of this home make it the perfect setup for larger groups, either extended family or family friends each having their own sleeping areas. Home is furnished and guest may use our high speed internet service. Enjoy the views off the large front deck sitting around a gas fire pit, that has connecting stairs to the lower level deck/patio. The deck also has a large gas grill that you may enjoy the use of. Guests may also enjoy the use of a new Hot Tub!           If you’re looking for the ultimate “log cabin in the woods”, then look no further than Lindig Lodge. Occupying a 5-acre lot with expansive views of forested fields and the magnificent Byers Peak Mountain beyond, Lindig Lodge is situated in the peaceful and historic community of Stagecoach Meadows. The history is tied to the 4 Bar 4 Road, officially Grand County Road 5, and the route of the old Stagecoach that carried travelers and the mail through the County. On the way to Lindig Lodge, you’ll pass the original homestead, built in the mid- to late 1800s, and the two-story log structure and barn still standing, which was the original stage-stop and hotel. Today, Stagecoach Meadows has evolved into a rural neighborhood of single private family homes, hidden among trees, meadows and wildlife corridors, conjuring up the true feeling of mountain ranch living.           The SpaceOur house is located in the Fairways on the Pole Creek golf course in Tabernash, CO just down the road from Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski resorts. The home is new construction and sleeps up to 12. It has 2 master bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and an elevated loft with two beds. With traditional mountain construction, our home has some very unique modern touches with 30 foot vaulted ceilings in the great room, exposed rustic steel beams, and modern amenities. The property sits on 2 private acres with no visible neighbors. A new massive deck was built 2 years ago that wraps around the home and is approximately 2,000 sq. ft with views of Indian Peaks and the Continental Divide. The home has a heated three car garage, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, range, 52 inch flat screen TV, Dish television service with all channels, ping-pong table and WIFI. It also has an outdoor grill and fire pit, and a gas fireplace inside the great room.
