The SpaceWe have 2 rooms available in the lovely BEACHFRONT Apartment. Each of the two rooms have a queen size bed and access to a big bathroom. The bathroom is shared between the two available rooms. Most of the time it will be yours alone because it's rare that both of the rooms are occupied at the same time. If you would like to book both bedrooms (4 people) please also book under our other post - "BEACHFRONT Bondi-Tama Room #2" or just tell us in your message and we will help you. Let us tell you about some of the highlights of The BEACHFRONT Apartment: THE APARTMENT The building only has 7 apartments in total. Your new neighbours are lovely. They all enjoy spending time at the beach and they are mature enough to avoid late nights and loud parties. THE BALCONY It wraps around the front of the building and gives you a huge entertaining space. From the balcony you stare straight at the water and out to the horizon. It's stunning! INTERNALLY We have furnished the apartment using light and bright colours to capture all of the sun that pours into the rooms throughout the day. There are three different eating areas - the dining table, the breakfast bar with views out to the beach and an outdoor table and chairs, where we spend most of our time. (You're welcome to join us!) ENTERTAINMENT If you want to, you can sit inside and watch the huge 58" TV and us the DVD player or you can walk to Bondi and watch some real life entertainment at any one of the bars, clubs or live band venues. We'll be happy to show you around if we're here. ACCOMMODATION There are 3 bedrooms at The BEACHFRONT Apartment. they all have queen size beds. Our bedroom is the main bedroom with its own ensuite and we make the other two rooms available for guests. As we said before, it's not common for them both to be occupied. The shared bathroom has its own deep bathtub plus a separate shower. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to use. You really don't need to bring a thing. Guest AccessAll guests that stay with us will have free access to all the amenities and facilities in the Apartment. This includes an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 434 litre fridge, a complete library of books, 58" TV & DVD Player, wireless broadband internet, a wireless sound system and an intercom / security system. You will feel very welcome in the space with us. We love meeting new people and having people join us. the place is big enough that we won't be in each others' way. TRANSPORT Once you arrive at The BEACHFRONT Apartment you probably won't want to leave. But should the need arise, we have provided a bike for you to use. However, most things are within walking distance anyway. Interaction with GuestsINTERACTION By all means, come out on the balcony and share a glass of wine with us. Tell us about your travels. Enjoy a meal with us. Alternatively, just hang out in your room and enjoy your own company. The place is yours to do as you please. We cycle, we swim in the beach, we will occasionally meet up with friends in the area. We will always invite you to do join us but the choice is yours. The NeighborhoodTamarama is the younger, arguably prettier, sister to Bondi Beach. It's a relatively quiet beach where locals spend hours bathing in the sun. There is a park here with BBQs, toilets, changing rooms and a large grassy area to make a picnic. GREAT OCEAN WALK While you're in the area, you must take the Great Ocean Walk. It's a pathway that hugs the coast line all the way from Bondi to Coogee beach. Thankfully, it crosses your doorstep. Just join the throngs of people making the pilgrimage every day. SCULPTURES BY THE SEA Every year artists erect a series of sculptures along the Great Ocean Walk. It's a magical display set against the ocean views along the walk and it attracts thousands of local people and others from around the world. This year it is happening from 24 October - 10 November. Getting AroundUS Wherever possible, we will be happy to drive you and show you around. We are out quite a lot so we are happy for you to come along for the ride. Alternatively ... BUSES The local area is serviced by buses that will take you to other transport hubs that will take you anywhere you need to go or you can catch a local bus directly to the CBD and be there in about 15 minutes. You'll have access to the internet from the computer set up for you in the apartment. Just either call 131500 and ask them for help or search 131500 on a search engine and you'll find a website showing all the timetables. You're not too far from anywhere! Other Things to NoteFREE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE We want you to have a great time when you stay at our place. We like the idea of you sitting out on the balcony celebrating something and admiring the view. So, anyone that books for 3 nights or more will find a bottle of Veuve Cliquot in the fridge upon arrival. SAVING LIVES We are really thankful to live by the beach and it's a stunning beach. One of the things that makes this beach a great place to swim and have fun in summer are the lifesavers who volunteer their time to look after the people who use the beach. Chances are that you've chosen our place partly because of the beach out the front. So to thank the guys that look after the beach for us, 10% of everything that you pay to us will be given to them as a donation. It's the least we can do for the guys that keep the beach safe. We'll send you a copy of the receipt and any comments that we get from them in thanks.

Our home is a three level townhouse on the edge of Tamarama beach. It offers a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, tiled floors, flat screen TV, broadband WIFI, a huge recycled wood dining table (perfect for summer evenings), BBQ, balcony and large glass bi-fold doors that can be pulled back to join the living area with our cosy private garden. By opening the balcony and garden doors you get a the ocean breeze, which keeps it nice and cool. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (main bedroom with ceiling fan, built in's and large balcony overlooking the ocean), office and bathroom with spa bath. Downstairs is a double garage and additional laundry/bathroom. There is so much to explore within a ten minute walk... dog parks, rock pools, secret snorkelling areas, open air cinemas, children's play grounds, skate parks and nightlife... assuming you have any energy left after a day on the beach! The house is also dog friendly, although better suited to small/medium dogs.

Comfortably fitting 4 people across 3 rooms, it's pretty enjoyable having big dinner parties and watching the moon over the ocean. Access to a garden area, huge balcony, 3 Bedrooms (one with own Juliette Balcony), Washing Machine. An incredible area to live in. Tamarama (and Mackenzies bay) are some of the best suburbs in Australia. A great community atmosphere. Fantastic little cafe by the beach. There's a bus stop right out the back of the house! Getting AroundBus 381 is a the top of the street and goes to Bondi Junction (15mins). The 380 and 333 expresss bus stop on Bondi Road (5 min walk) and take you all the way to the Opera House (via Bondi Junction, Paddington, Surry Hills, CBD). If you take the 380 into the other direction (north) it will take you to the stunning Sydney Harbour National Park in Watsons Bay.

The SpaceOur luxury family home is situated in Bronte, a beach suburb 15-20 mins drive to the Sydney Opera House and the city centre. The home is large and modern and would suit 1 or 2 families or a senior executive seconded to Sydney. Guest Access- 4 bedrooms: King (en-suite, walk-in wardrobe, large balcony), Queen (en-suite, built-in wardrobe), Queen (free standing wardrobe with large balcony) and the 4th bedroom (built-in wardrobe) is flexible and can be set up as required eg a child's cot, 2x singles or a Queen - 4 bathrooms: all modern and clean, one includes a full-sized bath, all have heated towel rails - Large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area - Kitchen: Smeg gourmet oven and gas stove (6 burner), large F&P fridge-freezer, Smeg dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances (i.e. toaster, kettle, juicer, rice cooker, slow cooker etc). The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with stools - Dining: Caesarstone dining table that can seat 10 - Lounge: 2 large sofas (7 adults), large LCD TV (HD, 3D, Blu-ray player, cable TV, Apple TV, home-theatre surround sound, DVD library) and an open gas fireplace (Jetmaster). In addition to the kids playground in the nearby park, Bronte beach is Lifeguard patrolled and has a protected rock pool swimming area. Bronte is a safe, vibrant and family oriented suburb. We can facilitate trustworthy baby sitters. The NeighborhoodOur home is perfectly situated: 2-3 mins walk down to famous Bronte Beach where you will find cafes, convenience shops, restaurants and a children's play park. Keep walking for 20 mins to world famous Bondi Beach for more bars, restaurants and people watching ! For serious shopping, Bondi Junction Westfield shopping centre is a 5 min drive away and "downtown" Sydney a further 15 min drive. There are ample public transport options if you prefer not to drive. Once "downtown", you will find all the famous Sydney icons: the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and numerous shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, theatres etc. Inspite of being close to all the Sydney attractions, our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac so is very peaceful: this is important in Sydney as noisy buses pass many homes, especially those with direct beach views. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop less that 5 minute walk away that will take you to Bondi Junction. Bondi Junction is a 5 min drive and is a major shopping hub with a huge Westfield shopping centre and cinemas. Bronte Road is a 10 minute walk and is great for all your daily needs. The famous 'Iggy's bakery' is less than a 5 minute walk from the house. Other Things to NoteALL BOOKINGS MUST BE A MINIMUM of 7 NIGHTS. The SpaceThis is our much loved family apartment. It's available when we are away. Best for two people or a small family. Max 4 people. At the ground floor of a small art-deco building, the apartment is bright and colorful. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom two bunk beds and lovely bay window overlooking some green foliage. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has been recently renovated, is very sleek and has a shower-bath. Child friendly, baby cot and high-chair available upon request. Located in a quiet tree-lined street, the apartment is minutes walk from Sydney's famous eastern beaches: Tamarama and Bronte less than 10m; and Bondi about 15. Ideal for those who love the ocean. On nearby Bond Rd, there are plenty of shops and eateries; from a simple Thai take away to quirky Tapas bar for a special night out. Transport to the city is at easy reach: catch the 333 express bus from Bondi Rd. It takes you straight to the Opera House. All expenses and linen included. The NeighborhoodWith the stunning beach, relaxed vibe, great places to eat, drink and shop Bondi is the best place to stay! My apartment in located at the south end of the beach, with easy access to all of Bondi and a stroll to Tamarama Beach. Getting AroundGetting around is very easy from Bondi. There is a bus stop a minute away with buses to the CBD, Bondi Junction, Paddington, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst etc. Don't forget to pick up an Opal Card, used on all public transport in NSW. Street parking is difficult in the warm months, and limited to 2 hours 8am - 10pm. There is all day street parking available about a 15 min walk away. Other Things to NoteThere is no car space with my apartment and street parking can be difficult in Bondi during busy times. Street parking here and other streets close to the beach are limited to 2 hours between 8am-10pm. There is all day street parking about a 15min walk away. Please note I do not have WIFI or a TV.

    The SpaceThis is a heritage beach house footsteps to three iconic beaches, Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte. Tamarama is the smallest beach, in the middle, with lovely rock pools and a barbecue and a playground for children. Bronte beach is a 2 minute stroll away with numerous cafes and the most famous busy Bondi a 10 min walk along the cliffs. Really the only hard decision you'll have to make is which beach to go to. This house is best suited to a large family or two or group of friends although we prefer people over the age of 28 years. Enter via steps up to main living floor. Balcony with big views over the ocean, the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk and Tamarama foreshore. Main floor has two double bedrooms and one bathroom and separate loo. The large kitchen and dining are open plan with access to back garden and our free range guinea pigs. The living rom is spacious with classic art deco round window perfect for lazing in front of the view, writing your postcards and updating your photo albums. Downstairs, can also be accessed separately from a side entrance from the street, and has been rented as a flat in the past. A living room combines with dining/media table, sofa, queen bed and single bed. Galley kitchen with washing machine and access to drying line. Vast bunkroom - king bed, two singles and a sofa bed. Perfect for children! Upstairs and downstairs provide two distinct separate areas, perfect for two families or adults wanting to have some quiet time with downstairs perfect for teenagers and children. Tamarama has its own vibe. It's where the people in the know come to. Listen to the patter of surfers running down to the beach. Quiet exclusive neighbourhood, mixture of original homes and new architectural masterpieces. The area is known for great food and coffee! You can be casual cafe style or sample the high life, eating and dining at the best on Bondi Road, Bronte Road, Charing Cross and of course Bondi Beach.
