Prix fixe dinners, three or four courses, are available with advance notice. Kimball and Neysa owned and operated the Eagle Mountain House in the early 80's, known for it's outstanding cuisine. Kimball also ran a cooking school in a gourmet shop for 2 years, teaching classes and assisting chefs with theirs.
In the summer of 2016, we will launch a concert series in our recently restored barn, focusing on singer/songwriters, jazz and other acoustic oriented offerings. Kimball has been in the music business for the past 26 years, managed a number of artists from New Orleans, and we expect to see a lot of talent from The Big Easy coming through as well.
We are musically oriented here. Guests are welcome to use the piano in the living room, as well as to bring their own instruments for impromptu jam sessions.
