                This very comfortable and newly decorated holiday home is located on the edge of the estuary in a quiet and private setting at stunning Tapuaetahi beach. The large upstairs master bedroom has expansive views. The other bedrooms are north facing and look over the estuary and surrounds. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a strong flow of gas heated water. There is a gas hob in the kitchen, a double dishdrawer and is well equipped. Tapuaetahi is Kerikeri's most beautiful white sandy beach with fabulous scenic vistas of the tidal estuary, Taronui lagoon, beach and the Cavalli Islands. Your boat can be launched from the jetty in front of the house at high tide or at the beach ramp, giving you easy access to some of the Bay of Islands best fishing and dive sites. The private beach is safe for swimming and there is also the estuary and lagoon. When the surf is 'up' it is magnificent and when calm there is excellent snorkelling and kayaking to enjoy. A brand new bach situated on a private beach shared by the owners Ash, Michelle and their three sons. Access to two other private beaches can be made easily by foot. The house is situated on the historic site of the Purerua Mullet Canning Factory owned by W Mountain in the early 1900's. It is a short drive to Marsden Cross where the first church service was held in New Zealand. The township of Kerikeri is 25 minutes away where there is a wide range of restaurants, wineries, cafes and all the usual amenities you may require. Russell and Paihia by boat is only 15 minutes away. If you don't have a boat fishing off our floating pontoon or the rocks is always a lot of fun and you can be guaranteed to catch a fish whether it is small or large. A lot of fun can be had water skiing, wakeboarding and speeding around on the biscuit at all tides.

                                  This very comfortable and newly decorated holiday home is located on the edge of the estuary in a quiet and private setting at stunning Tapuaetahi beach. The large upstairs master bedroom has expansive views. The other bedrooms are north facing and look over the estuary and surrounds. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a strong flow of gas heated water. There is a gas hob in the kitchen, a double dishdrawer and is well equipped. Tapuaetahi is Kerikeri's most beautiful white sandy beach with fabulous scenic vistas of the tidal estuary, Taronui lagoon, beach and the Cavalli Islands. Your boat can be launched from the jetty in front of the house at high tide or at the beach ramp, giving you easy access to some of the Bay of Islands best fishing and dive sites. The private beach is safe for swimming and there is also the estuary and lagoon. When the surf is 'up' it is magnificent and when calm there is excellent snorkelling and kayaking to enjoy. There are lots of spots for fishing which have produced some very impressive fish. With the Cavali islands close by(15 mins boat ride), and the surrounding coast line, there are awesome dive sites including the rainbow warrior. Tapuaetahi is situated 20 minutes from Kerikeri and 40 minutes from Paihia, although you may find it hard to leave this beautiful beach. The cottage has private bedroom with Kingsize bed , Kitchen is fully equipped with gas top and oven, full size fridge, 42inch TV (Freeview) stereo, lounge has 2 laz-a-boys and a 3 seater leather couch which folds out to double bed, 4 setting dining table, Mum and Dad have the cottage, hey put the kids in a tent next to you...theres plenty of room. Sit outside on the deck watch the days go by and the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The calm waters and sandy beach make it a safe for swimming and kayaking and all your water sports, try your luck and throw a line out from the rocks and catch dinner. It's only a few minutes in your boat and your in the famous Bay of Islands fishing grounds, or go to Russell and have lunch at the famous Historical Duke of Marlborough Hotel it's only a 15min boat ride. Although we are out of town a little there is still plenty to see and do, Marsden Cross is a 10min drive up the road, Kerikeri is only a 20min drive where you can visit the Farmers Market which are held every Saturday, there's plenty of cafes in town, or go and enjoy what our local vineyards have to offer. Theres the old Stone Store very iconic in Kerikeri.. and other historic points of interest or just relax and unwind with a wine and enjoy what we have to offer, Beautiful sunsets and the birdlife is just amazing, we have done extensive plantings to attract our native birds and at night you can hear the iconic Kiwi calling and if you're really lucky you might get to see them at night wandering about, On occasions Dolphins come into the bay and have a play about,...its certainly bliss.
