      We have water! One of Lake Travis's most popular vacation home over the past six years. This beautiful waterfront home is one of the largest vacation homes in the area. Built in 2006, it features numerous upgrades such as a private swimming pool, gameroom and granite counter tops. The house is fully furnished with a full range of kitchen appliances and linens, a pool table, 62" and 46" big-screen high-definition satellite TVs, a double-bay boat dock (no lifts), an outside fire pit for grilling and much more. The main level is 2500 sq ft of living area and consist of five bedrooms and 11 beds. The downstairs game room is an additional 2000 sq ft. The house sits on 2+ acres and has an upper and lower deck with patio tables and chairs. It is located in deep water directly across from Paleface Park (aka Pace Bend Park). The pool is a must! Great home for family reunions.       The SpaceA Mediterranean style, 2 story stucco home in the Falconhead golf community near Lakeway, TX. The home is located 20 miles west of downtown Austin near Lake Travis. The large Master bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, with 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a game room with 60 inch TV upstairs. There is a spacious kitchen with double ovens, large kitchen island and breakfast nook also on the first floor, as well as a dining room that seats 8 comfortably. Home is located on a large lot backing to the Greenbelt. The covered patio has an awesome grill with rotisserie and smoker. This is a very comfortable home in a walking community with mature oaks and easy access to the lakes and downtown Austin. The golf course is public, allowing guests the opportunity to use the course. Restaurants, spas and shopping are all within 2 miles from the house.

      The SpaceThis is a beautifully designed home with custom furnishings and artwork. It sits on a creek and backs up to the golf course. Guest AccessFree parking, backyard and the entire home for your stay. There is a small market one block away for your small needs and a Randall's grocery a little more than a mile from the home. Interaction with GuestsGuests can call call, email or text myself or my husband. In the event we will be out of town, they will be in touch with our house manager. The NeighborhoodIt is quiet with great restaurants in close proximity! This is a great getaway from the noise and traffic of downtown. Getting AroundI would recommend renting a car for this area. We are close to hotspots like The Grove Wine Bar, The Oasis, Lake Travis, and Hill Country Galleria. Other Things to NoteThis is a beautiful home for our family. We travel a great deal and would love to welcome you into our home for a get away. All we ask is that you treat our home with respect and enjoy your time here.

          2014 Austin Cool House Tour Home available immediately can rent for the week of the holidays or the month of December. Hot tub and swimming pool. This is only available for the month of December as we are traveling due to medical hospitalization. The house has 7 beds (4 twins, 2 full beds, 1 king bed). There are 6 showers including 2 roll-in showers. The house is on a quiet street but close to shopping, movie theaters, grocery stores and a hospital.

            The SpaceThis country guest house is perfect for those not wanting to stay in a hotel and is close to wedding venues. It is 10 minutes from Dripping Springs and 10 minutes from Bee Cave. You may have to listen to chickens clucking, cows mooing and horses neighing..Please keep in mind that horses (and cows) are big animals and may mistake fingers for carrots. Guest AccessOur guests will have use of the entire guest house, back and front yards. Please do not go into pens with horses or cows. Feel free to feed the chickens. Interaction with GuestsWe do live on this 20 acre farm so should be available should you need any help. Gates should always be closed behind you as we do have horses and cows grazing. The NeighborhoodWe are located about 45 minutes (depending on traffic) from the airport, west of town on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and Comanche Territory. We are approximately 6 miles from Hwy 71 on Hamilton Pool Road. Getting AroundYou will most likely need a car. Taxi's and/or Uber may take awhile. Other Things to NoteWe have an entrance gate that is opened with a code. You will be issued your personal code before your arrival. When leaving Red Fence Farm drive up to the gate (not too close but on grid in pavement) and gate will open toward you.

            The SpaceMy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the hill country will provide the perfect rustic getaway for you and your family! A mere 10 minutes to the hill country galleria and 20 minutes to downtown Austin you won't lack for plenty to do, but can relax in a quiet, country setting to ensure your visit is fun and restful. Guests have access to three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin size bed. A sunken living room with custom decor and a lovely country view greet you as your vacation begins. The master bathroom has a queen bed and french doors that lead out to a large backyard where you can watch the neighbor horses graze while you drink a glass of wine or coffee. The master bathroom boasts a private water closet and garden tub. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and stove and a microwave and guest will also have access to the laundry room with both washer and dryer. Guest AccessGuests will have access the master bed and bath, two guest rooms, one guest bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as living space. Interaction with GuestsThe host will be available for guest's stay and will greet you upon arrival unless discussed before hand. The NeighborhoodIn addition, the neighborhood has a private 33 acre park that your stay will give you access to. Amenities include: swimming areas, camping, hiking, grilling, stocked lakes and great outdoor experiences. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation near by, but there is plenty of room to park in the front of the house. Other Things to NoteThe home is located 4 miles from Hamilton Pool Nature Reserve. It is within 5-15 miles of several Texas breweries and wineries including Twisted X Brewing Company and Jester King Brewery just to name a few. There are also amazing restaurants within 5 miles of the home including Proof and Cooper and Verdes!! A must try if you are in the area! The neighborhood, despite the amazing growth around, still has a quiet, rural feel with custom homes built throughout. It is a safe area that is minutes away from Lakeway and Lake Travis, the galleria or downtown Austin's nightlife.
