The SpaceMy place is great for guest from overseas, interstate or want to live in northern suburbs. If you like live in CBD, this one is not for you, if you are looking for someplace between airport and city, have free places to park your car, and like a spacious and quite place for some privacy, or not in rush and happy to travel 30 minutes on the train to city(like us local people do) , it is the perfect place for you. The photos were done 2 years ago, ever since, we have upgraded lighting to LED ceiling lights with deeming lighting in the bedrooms, we have bought new furnitures to make the house more morden. However, no changes to the structure of the house, I will upload some new photos of furniture soon. The guest bedrooms in a two bedroom unit with 100sqm backyard(my green garden) is what you pick. This bedroom is airy and bright with big windows. Your room has a queen bed and a build in wardrobe, good memory foam mattress, bedding will be nice and clean, and room is often decorated with fresh roses. Bathroom and kitchen are kept in 70's style with colourful tiles . All my neighbors are very friendly and lovely, You will be woken up by the birds every morning. fast and unlimited wireless internet,fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, no dryer(they get dried very quickly on the lines in the backyard). It is close to Melb Airport as well as City CBD. From Melbourne main airport is 15 -20 mins drive, by taxi is about $35-$40 ( work out cheaper and quicker than catching the sky bus from airport to city if 2 people). from my place to city 13Kms which is about $30 by taxi depends on where you go of course. You can catch bus or train to city (30 mins train trip), 10 mins lovely walk to the Keon Park station. Just to mention, your room also has its own TV on the wall with local channels. Local shops 5-10 mins walking distance are Chinese Restaurant, a cafe, Fresh vegetable and fruit shop, milk bar, and if you need big supermarket, that is 3kms away, can reach by train(2 stops), 2 big shopping mall is 10 mins drive away or couple of train or bus stops away. Also the nearby suburb Preston has a big food market during Wed to Sat, and plenty of restaurants open till late every night and offers $10 meals! it is 4 stops on the same South Morang train line to city direction, so you could have dinner there on the way back from City if don't want to cook. If you love cooking, you have access to all the kitchen equipment, feel free to cook as much as you want. It is close to Preston weekend markets, RMIT & La Trobe Uni Bundoora campus but not walking distance. My Chinese parent currently live in the master room. Mum like to talk to guests through phone app translator. They are very happy and easy going people, like to do their best to make guests comfortable. The NeighborhoodThe neighbours are quiet and friendly , plenty parking space on the street for free:-) Getting Around8-10 minutes walk to local train station, and half hour train ride you will be in city CBD . Melbourne is a big city, if you don't live in CBD, then train or bus will be the main public transportation. You can use MYKI card to get around for around $7 a day unlimited travel on public transport. If you drive, it is about 15-20 minutes trip from and to airport, and 20-30 minutes (13kms)trip to city. Other Things to NoteMy mum's hearing is a bit weak, so please feel free to raise your voise to talk to her. She loves it!

We live in a quiet court in Melbourne's north. Our home has three bedrooms and a stunning garden in which to relax and enjoy the visiting wildlife. In the winter time our home is warmed by a wood heater. Closeby there are large parks where wild kangaroo graze...they provide great trekking and picnic areas. We are closeby to good public transport services and shopping centres.

We have an adult son still at home and a nearly 3 year old girl. We have a 4 bedroom home, it's in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. It has a cosy kitchen and dining area and has a good sized yard. We have shopping centres very close and bus stop at the end of the street. Our area is relatively quiet and our home is 9 years old. We have 2 small inside dogs that are part of our family.

The apartment is annexed behind the house, where owner living in. The host is available to meet you, providing advice about public transport and the best restaurants. The apartment is, however, completely separate from host's living areas, so you don't have to communicate unless you need to. Its a quiet neighborhood and in the best part of the suburb. Its a 7 minute walk to the train station and shopping centre. Getting AroundOne train station is 7 minute walk another one is s 10 minute walk. There's 2 buses in the areas with bus stops in easy walking distance (a 2 minute walk).
