Happy Daze is a beautiful vacation home located within the Treasure Cay resort community. The house is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, approximately 1900 sq ft with bamboo flooring throughout main living area, and travertine tile in all baths. All bedrooms are en suites with their own private baths. Master bedroom has king size bed, bath has double vanity, clawfoot tub with walk in shower. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, bath has tub with double vanities. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, bath has shower with single vanity. Full service kitchen with island includes dishwasher, gas range and microwave. Dining area capable of seating 8 adults. Large great room with leather sectional opens out to lanai. Front load washer and dryer located along with 1/2 bath to create a laundry room / powder room combo.
Short walking distance to beach and canal greenways. Golfing, tennis, fitness & training, marina, restaurants, beach bars, churches and shops are all located within the community and just a short golf cart ride away.

For fishing, Treasure Cay is surrounded with opportunities to throw in a line. The community is also filled with folks willing to lend a hand or offer advice on the best fishing spots, baits, boats, sections of beaches, so don't be afraid to ask.
