The SpaceOur farmhouse has been in the family for six generations dating to the 1850's. It is situated with views of our pastures and woodlands. The former one room schoolhouse is down the farm lane. The interior is warmly inviting and country decor. To many who have visited, it evokes images of coming home to Earl Hamner's legendary Waltons Mountain homestead. Guest AccessGuest access is flexible depending on guest needs and requirements. Our large barn is excellent for vehicle, bike, motorcycle, and/or watercraft storage. Interaction with GuestsWe will check you in and out and be on call off premises if you have any questions The NeighborhoodWe love the high plateau valley with rolling fields of pungent fresh mowed hay and waving grain with winding two lane roads. From the farmhouse front porch watch and listen to the peeper frogs in the springtime, the distant evening call of a bobcat or a coyote, and pet Lilly the cat who is our honorary guest greeter! Getting AroundWe are out in the country, but only 15-20 minutes from Williamsport and Montoursville (gas, WalMart, Lowes, Little League World Series, and restaurants). Other Things to NoteOur helpful farm neighbors are our dear friends and relatives.
