My father also offers tailor-made guided tours around Israel in a comfortable and spacious car (in English, Spanish and Hebrew).
Some possible tours (up to 4 people):
Dead sea (Qumran caves, Massada, Ein Gedi)
Jerusalem (old city, Mamila, Mt. Scopus, city center)
Sea of Galilee, Capernacum, Jordan river, Nazareth
Airport pick-up service - 75$ The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is really quiet and the people here are very friendly. The main attractions in this area are the mountains, water springs and the stalactite cave. There's a nice horse farm nearby (They organize tours and also have a restaurant there). There are also lots of other villages around with interesting attractions (wineries, breweries, artist villages, a special 2nd hand shop, goat farms). Getting AroundOur village is located close to Israel & Palestine's interesting and important places. Distances (by car): Jerusalem (25 mins), Bethlehem (15 mins), Ben-Gurion airport (45 mins), Tel-Aviv (50 mins), Dead sea (1.5 hr).
There is public transportation to Bet-Shemesh (where you can find a train station that is connected to Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beer Sheva and other cities).
There are also direct buses to Jerusalem (see timetable below).
Hitchhiking is very common in this village. We and our neighbours can help you with a ride to Jerusalem or other places when we go.
Timetable of buses (lines (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) from Jerusalem (in front of the central station) to Zur Hadassa (go down on Har-Kitron/Dror junction):

(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Other Things to NoteBesides a lovely room, an amazing garden, a chilled neighbourhoond in a small town, I would say that the best thing is the hospitality of my parents (just read the reviews with attention if you don't believe me :)). My father (Yossi) is always happy for conversing about Israel and its history with the guest (if they´re willing of course). My mother (Denise) takes (over) care of the guests and makes sure they have (more than) everything they need for a comfortable stay. My brother is a polite and respectful youngster that enjoys practicing his English with the guests. Our cat is handicapped, but he is the sweetest animal on earth. Sometimes the rabbit (Stanely) drops by for a visit in the garden.
