The SpaceThe house is located in one of the poshest suburbs of Adelaide! We are right next to great restaurants, cafes, boutiques, tram and bus stops. The house has 3 bedrooms with modern heating cooling, wireless internet, secure and private paved backyard. The house and the rooms are very cosy and inviting :) Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia, is built on the Torrens River and is the only city in Australia entirely surrounded by parklands. This contrasts starkly with the rugged desert terrain which is not that far away. Only a few kilometres to the west of the city are a strip of white sandy beaches and the seas of Gulf St Vincent. Adelaide is perhaps most well known for its fine dining, wine (as the Barossa Valley is nearby), festivals, theatres and boutique shopping. Many tours operate to the nearby wine regions The city also has a strong sense of history portrayed in its well preserved 'low rise' heritage buildings, churches and Edwardian mansions, some of which have been converted into tourist accommodation. I am a great host, friendly, helpful and fun to be with!! Guest AccessTV, DVD,Internet, kitchen, the backyard! Interaction with GuestsI try to interact with my guests as much as they like me to. I do enjoy getting to know them and having a chat, also like to share a glass of wine :) The NeighborhoodIt is green, clean and very safe neighbourhood. My house is only a minute walk away from some of the best cafes, restaurants and boutiques in town. Getting AroundThere is a conveniently located bus stop as well as near by train and tram stop.

Getting AroundPublic transport is really convenient and busses are only a short walk from your front door that take you anywhere around Adelaide. Other Things to NoteYour apartment is fitted with the latest technology "Water-flush Eco Toilet" which will be externally serviced by the landlord every 4 days (single occupancy) or 48 hours (double occupancy). More regularly as required if additional guests stay. Please simply close the base lever after each use (instructions conveyed at check-in) which allows external access to the outside tank for sanitising. As our valued guests you will not notice a thing as access inside the property is not required (only takes 5 minutes to service). Important: Please do not overfill the toilet when it is full or put foreign object in the toilet as a cleaning fee will apply if the toilet overflows. It will be serviced as required from outside of the room, however if you use it regularly you may need additional servicing - just a matter of sending a text and it will be taken care of without disturbing you. Just remember to keep the sliding latch closed so it can be accessed from the outside. Its pretty cool brand new technology that's really easy to understand once you use it for the first time. Laundry is also available to be done onsite - wash and folding service - $10 for a large basket load full which you can find in your room. If you are a long stay guest, in excess of one week, the room needs to be left in the same clean condition you found it otherwise a $65 cleaning fee will apply upon exit. Don't worry a simple checklist will be given to you and you can use this to tick off the items prior to checking out which should not take long to do, so long as you are a fairly tidy guest. Special attention to cleaning up hair when exiting- we also have a "No Curry and No Incense" Rule - please be aware that whilst you may be immune to strongly scented cooking odours, we want our next guests to be just as comfortable and therefore do not permit either of these activities inside the accommodation. If you want to make a Beef Vindaloo, you can use the supplied portable gas stove outside with no problems - we will even supply the gas for free!
