The SpaceMy house is about 3 years old, detached, warm, safe, comfortable and spacious. The double bedroom has some storage and hanging space, a modern king size bed with a clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, towels, coffee and tea are provided. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. In addition, if you have a family, I can offer another bedroom with three single beds, one of which is a slide away guest bed, ideal for kids but it is very cosy when all three beds are in use. There is internet access. I can lend you an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer if you wish and you are welcome to use my washing machine if you have been travelling around and need to do some washing. Guest AccessThe bedroom and bathroom are both available for your sole use. I'm happy for you to make yourself breakfast in the kitchen and will leave it out for you. I provide coffee, tea, milk, a couple of cereals, bread for toast. There is also tea and coffee in your room. Help yourself to milk from the fridge. Towels and bathroom toiletries are provided. I am happy for you to make yourself tea and coffee in the kitchen, use the microwave if you want to heat up food and for you to use my fridge for storage but preferably no major meal preparation or cooking please. Interaction with GuestsHappy to be around to offer help and suggestions about eating out or public transport if you let me know. Equally happy to leave you to your own devices if you want some privacy. I'm usually in and out anyway and contactable on my mobile.
