Bedroom 2 is $115/night for 2 people PLUS $40/night for each extra person. This room has 2 queen beds, king double bunk with single bunk above and camp stretcher, if required. Lovely outlook to enclosed garden. Toys and tv/dvd. Large glass enclosed patio with 10-seater table/chairs plus foldout sofa and rocking chair to relax in overlooking garden. Also available for workshops and meetings. Microwave available for reheating - not cooking. Breakfast served by Lorraine. NO COOKING FACILITIES! A gazebo in the gardens to relax and read a book or watch the local wild birds. View local wild birds who visit daily to feed and drink or you can wander around the garden - peace and tranquility. Only 1 family accommodated at a time unless travelling together or involved in sporting activities. Lovely and quiet here, only 5 minutes from town and beaches and on the way to Busselton, Margaret River, Ferguson Valley, etc. Transport close by in this quiet neighbourhood. The SpaceOur house is situated on a half acre bush block. Only 5 min drive from the beach, shops, university and hospitals. (Even walking distance from the hospital and tafe/ecu). We have got an native garden and there is bush nearby for walks. When you stay with us you will stay in our unit that we have built on for visitors. It has a relaxed vibe so you can feel at home. This space is separate from the house. It has a built in wardrobe, kitchenette, including a fridge and bathroom. We have put in an air conditioning so that you can be nice and cool on those hot summer days, and nice and cosy on those winter days.There is a sofa for you to relax on. A space right outside where you can sit. If necessary we can put in an extra bed/ cot for a child. Guest AccessThe studio is your own space. The car can be parked on the driveway. You are more then welcome to come to the house when we are home. We like a chat and like get to know our visitors. Feel free to wonder around in the garden. Interaction with GuestsWe are willing to help out where we can. If you'd like to have information about the area, borrow a bike or like to do your washing, for example please let us know. I'm sure that we can accommodate so that you will have the best time while you are staying with us. We leave it up to you how much interaction you would like. The NeighborhoodWe live close to a park which makes for beautiful bush walks (especially in spring with all the flower coming out, and have a look for orchids!) But we are also very close to the beach, shops, uni, hospitals and a short drive from town. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Getting AroundFor you to get around you would probably need a car as shops and hospital are walking distance but there is no bus to get you into town or to the beach. If you'd like you can borrow some bikes. Other Things to NoteWe have got a dog who likes to say hello and wonder around, Sophie is a very friendly dog. We also have got children who like to come and say hello. We have some chickens, so you will have fresh eggs for your breakfast!

    This is a private unit on our property. It is detached from our house. You have got an kitchenette to cook if you would like, a build in ward robe, airconditioning , a bathroom with toilet and shower and an outdoor space to sit and relax. It is situated in a quiet suburb. Only 5 min drive to the beaches, shop and town. FYI We have got pets. A very friendly dog, chickens (for the eggs in the morning)and some rabbits. The dog will come to say hello.

    The SpaceWe offer 2 ensuite rooms, side by side, in a separate wing of the house offering either a garden or a pool view. These rooms can be provided as 2 doubles or as a twin and a double, so we are a perfect choice for two couples or a family with up to 2 children. Internet access with free WiFi which is unrestricted for Netflix use. Guest rooms each have a 32" smart TV. Mollie is our very friendly and cute English Border Collie who is great with people and children and loves to throw sticks! For wildlife watchers, local kangaroos visit the property and you can see them around the olive grove and sometimes on the lawn during twilight hours. We grow a lot of our own food here in our 2 acre olive grove, stone fruit and citrus orchards and aquaponics set up, some of which ends up in our guests' breakfasts when in season. Many of our guests are interested in self-sufficient living and we are always happy to give our guests a tour of the grounds if they are interested, usually with a seasonal sample or two... with more information on our 'Stratham Retreat' (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) page. Feel free to explore the garden, stretch out in the hammock or with some yoga in the gazebo, swim in the pool or relax on the back veranda. There is a heated outdoor shower for guest use and yoga mats and pool towels are provided for guests on request. Guest AccessBoth our guest rooms are in a separate wing of the house with their own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please, after you check in. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room in the main house. The house operates completely on filtered, UV treated rainwater, so all our tap water in the house tastes great too! Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen on your arrival and available throughout your stay. Although we don't provide meals, apart from breakfast, we have a dedicated guest fridge/freezer in the dining room for your use with ice, ice bucket and wine glasses provided on request. We are also happy to advise on some great local places to eat out. We also offer separate storage for your bicycle(s) or set of golf clubs. Interaction with GuestsWe will usually be there when you arrive, to settle you in, offer a cup of tea or coffee and help with any queries or recommendations for getting about or sightseeing in the local area. Otherwise, we will leave you to it, so you can enjoy your privacy and the tranquil setting. The NeighborhoodStratham is a tranquil area featuring native bushland and the beautiful coastal views of Geographe Bay from Stratham Beach, where the sunsets are sensational. Just across the highway you can make your way to the vineyards and breweries of the Ferguson Valley. Head south to Margaret River to sample local delicacies, to Busselton to walk the Jetty or just explore the coastline and magic that is the Geographe Bay wine region. For triathletes, we are less than 20km from the Busselton Ironman WA bike course, held annually on the first Sunday of December. There are some fantastic options for cycle routes and run trails locally and the South West Sports Centre is just 5 minutes drive away with a 50m indoor pool, a 25m outdoor pool and a fully equipped gym. For golfers, we are ideally placed next to Capel Golf Club, boasting one of the best set of greens in WA with a very attractive 18 hole course and hundreds of kangaroos lazily grazing on the lush greens and surrounds. Set on relatively flat terrain with grass greens and fairways surrounded by an abundance of tuart, jarrah, banksia and peppermint trees and home to major annual events such as the Capel Open, Summer Cup, Easter Medley, Mineral Sands Cup, Capel Cup and the Capel 3000. Getting AroundWe are ideally located off the main highway between Busselton and Bunbury with ample free parking on the property. A car is highly recommended for getting about, with The South West Sport Centre and Dalyellup Shopping Centre both just 5 minutes drive away. Our local Stratham beach, great for fishing, dog-walking and sunsets, is a 2 minute drive, 25 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. There is a choice of all the major car rental companies in nearby Bunbury, easily reserved online. Without a car, there is a bus service which runs from Perth Airport to Bunbury town centre and on to Stratham Services (just 2km away from Stratham Retreat) and then Busselton and Dunsborough. We offer a courtesy pick up or drop off service to Bunbury Visitor Centre or Stratham Services, by prior arrangement. The newly landscaped garden also has places to relax or simply gaze upon the paddocks beyond. Inside all furnishings are new and the 42 inch tv also has a Dvd player. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a wow showerhead too! Guest AccessThe entrance is adjacent our house with your own drive and undercover parking that allows you to drive to your front door or walk aorund directly onto the deck. Should you have a larger vehicle there is also space out front that is well off the road. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property though the unit and our house are not connected. You will have your own space but may catch sight of us looking after our chickens or playing in the yard. We will be around to help should any issues arise and can offer a return trip to Bunbury if you want to visit one of the quality eating places/bars - this needs to be pre arranged with us and there is a small fee for this service. The NeighborhoodBoyanup would be described as a quiet town. It does have a butcher, baker, pharmacy, general store, wood gallery, post office, cafe, hair salon, pub and some quirky antique and craft shops. Getting AroundAlthough a bus does run to and from Bunbury once a day it would be best to have your own means of transport. We are well placed for you to explore the Ferguson Valley, Busselton and Donnybrook (wineries, breweries and places to eat) while being just 15mins from The City of Bunbury. Plenty of the Southwest is in reach in short day trips from here. Other Things to NoteWe have a small dog called Happy; by name and by nature. If dogs are a concern we'll keep him over our side but he is small so no need to fear.

      The SpaceLocated on 52 hectares of farmland just out of Dardanup near the regional city of Bunbury in the south-west of Western Australia. The property has been in the same family for 135 years and the five bedroom homestead with wrap around verandas was built in 1922 and heavily influenced by the Arts & Crafts Movement which is evident in the decorative jarrah woodwork. French doors lead onto wide verandas perfect for spying kangaroos or sipping a tall drink at dusk. It is a wonderful house for groups of people, it's a social house but with plenty of space so you can have privacy as well. The house is furnished with a collection of family heirlooms original to the home as well as second hand op shop and vintage finds. The beds are dressed with a selection of beautiful bed linen and towels are also provided. The second bathroom is located across the courtyard and not within the house itself. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire homestead and the surrounding property. Occasionally on a bush walk you may encounter some cows. Interaction with GuestsThe feeling of privacy is what makes a stay at The Dell Dardanup so special. However, there is a caretaker on the property should you need some assistance. The NeighborhoodThe Dell is conveniently placed for short day trips to surrounding area’s such as the premium wine growing region of the Ferguson Valley, Donnybrook orchards, historic Bridgetown, tranquil Honeymoon Pool and a slightly further afield Dunsborough & Margaret River. Getting AroundThere is no public transport around The Dell and a car is required for access. Even though the track from the road to the homestead is not sealed, small cars are able to access the property with ease. Other Things to NoteThe Dell has modern appliances that operate at capacities which at times may fluctuate. Due to the remote nature of the dwelling we require that you have prior knowledge of possible standards of inconvenience. The second bathroom is located across the courtyard and contains a shower, bathtub and laundry. The toilet is separate, a traditional Australian 'outback dunny'.

      My place is close to a quite beach, ocean good for swimming etc. (15min walk), nature, parks, the city centre (20min bicycle ride). You’ll love my place because of relaxed atmosphere, close to nature, beach to yourself, bird life, its cosiness. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups of 5, and furry friends (pets) lovers. Two lovely cats live there and should have always free access through cat door. A friend will come everyday at 4pm to feed cats and chickens.

      The SpaceThe cottage is situated behind and separate to the main house and has its own driveway access. Our home is situated on an acre of bush land at the end of a quiet culdesac. There is a nature reserve next to us for bush walks. Your room is decorated in soft blues and neutral tones and will make you feel peaceful and relaxed as soon as you put your bags down. You have a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, kettle and TV for DVDs. Your deck has chairs and a table for two. Guest AccessPlease feel free to walk through the bush block and the garden. Look for the native orchids when the season is right! Say hello to our girls the Chooks. Interaction with GuestsWe will sometimes be here to greet you and sometimes we won't be able. Interaction can be as much or as little as we all feel like. We are keen and happy to assist you where we can so you can have the nicest time while you are with us. We can give you information about what to see and where to eat in the area. Further South is the very popular Margaret River (1hr) and on your way back stop in to experience Busselton (30mins) to walk the jetty or just explore the beauty of the coastline. Beware the odd poop! Our dog Rocco is a good boy but will bark on your arrival to protect his property. He will settle down quickly. He is gentle and sweet. We have two children who love their chickens and playing in the bush!
