Situated at Paulicéia Building, an architectural landmark of São Paulo, considered one of the best examples of modernist Brazilian architecture, built in 1959 by the French modernist architect Jacques Emile Paul Pilon. Landscaped gardens attributed to the Brazilian architect Burle Marx, who designed the Copacabana promenade in Rio de Janeiro.

Avenida Paulista is one of the most important avenues in São Paulo, Brazil. The 2.8 kilometer thoroughfare is notable for being the headquarters of a large number of financial and cultural institutions. Building is two blocks from Latin America's most comprehensive fine art museum, MASP.
Located in the heart of Paulista Avenue, the building Pauliceia is part of a complex of two twin buildings. The buildings only occupy a small part of the lot leaving 5.500 sq,m of gardens and common spaces. They have being constantly renowned and boast an ultra modern security system.
The apartment, bathed in sunlight and luminosity, is situated on 7th floor of prestigious Pauliceia building that faces onto Avenida Paulista. 100 square meters. Rooms face the back garden, 20 square meters, and both have twin beds (I no longer have the sofa bed which you see in the pictures). The main room has a queen sized bed and a/c.
It is a very convenient location with two metro stations one block away, and major bus lines within a very short walking distance. The apartment, which was totally renovated in 2013, has a wonderful view of the whole Avenida Paulista. 24 hour security and doormen service covering the two entrances and the garage entrance.

I'm always available on email or cell phone and I have a friend and a handyman that can come to apartment in case of any emergency.
Centrally located on Paulista Avenue, São Paulo's 5th avenue. Few blocks from museums such MASP and Itau Cultural, cinemas like Reserva, cafes (starbucks two blocks from building), and many restaurants. 24/7 cab stop behind the building. Also, new mall around the corner: Cidade Paulista with another Starbucks and Burger King and Outback and lots of good choices for eating and shopping.
