The SpaceThe Cacoon hammock/tent is a hanging tent, keeping buts and creepy-crawlers away!.
Guests have access to the bathroom in the cottage, the propane burners on the porch for cooking, the adobe oven, the coffee maker and teapot; the solar-powered shower, though not always hot, when reserved. Sign up for shower time!
Guests are left on their own, but I am present as needed to call taxis, find things to do, good restaurants to go to, massages, Reiki, Tai Chi or yoga classes.
It's so pretty here - endless breezes, warm weather and wonderful people. I have awesome, protective neighbors, friends and workers who surround the property, but let you be on your own to enjoy the seclusion of this property, just 6 minutes from downtown Vilcabamba.
There are taxis that will come to the door to get you - $2.50 if you call them, or 65 cents to go into town if you walk to the road and hail one. Also, buses from town can drop you off and pick you up anywhere on the road!
You can move your Cacoon to a different spot - way up high at the yoga platform, for spectacular views and wonderful breezes, or deep in the forest for the utmost privacy.

I leave guests alone, but am available to tell/show good restaurants, the best shops, hiking places, the National Forests, and to call taxis!
