The SpaceOur accommodation has been declared a preserved property, standing gracefully in a prominent position in the village to welcome guests from afar. Situated in the picturesque village of Vouni in the Limassol district, it is located on the foothill of the Troodos mountains and only 30 minutes' drive from the seaside town of Limassol. The lodge has been renovated to a very high standard, taking care to preserve all original features. Comprising of three beautiful apartments all offering modern amenities for visitors. The two down stairs apartments are both suitable for couples and families alike with master bedroom, sitting/diner with extra bed, kitchenette and shower room. The top apartment provides spacious family accommodation and benefits from it's own private sit out balcony. Which ever apartment you choose, be sure your stay will be more than comfortable. The apartments have fully equipped fitted kitchens with open plan dining/sitting area with sofa bed facilities and are fitted with central heating and open log fireplace. Each has a television, home cinema,& DVD and radio.wireless internet connection available in all apartments. Cable TV in Vasilica & Angelica apartments. All the bedrooms and living areas benefit from beautiful views to the south and the west, and have glazed doors with shutters, opening onto either the balcony or the terrace. Linen and towels are provided for weekly stays. Vouni is one of the oldest wine growing villages of Cyprus, renowned for it’s quality vineyards. Here you will have the opportunity to savour some of the local wines. The village also has three traditional taverns for guests to enjoy cypriot specialities. The village architecture dates back to Venetian times the school house stands in a prominent position with many stories to tell, now declared a preserved property as part of Cyprus’s heritage a visit is well worth the effort. A few streets away the Old Olive Mill longs for the hustle and bustle of old times. Many visitors adore the scenery and arrive in traditional buses to sample the specialties of the taverns and spend a day in magnificent surroundings. Whilst staying in our apartments you will be able to visit many nearby attractions at your leisure, such as Aphrodite’s birthplace in Paphos (45 mins), ancient sites of Kourium & Apollo's temple (20 mins), mountain attractions & quiet blue flag beaches (25 mins) and world heritage churches & monasteries (15 mins). The area is particularly suitable for walkers, birdwatchers and nature lovers, with many small nature trails around the village within walking distance as well as a short drive away. Further up, the Troodos mountain region offers an abundance of landscape for the more experienced hiker. The impressive Caledonian Falls in the Troodos region are much visited. Getting AroundWe recommend you to rent a car. There is a seasonal bus going to Limassol. Please contact us for more information. Other Things to NoteVouni is a wine village only 20 minutes by car from the next beach. It is quiet and the climate is much nicer than the cities. There is less huminity. At the village you can find several taverns and a mini market for the basic crossery shopping.

    The Balcony House was lovingly restored in 2014 to bring the comforts and style of modern day living to this beautiful home, whilst still retaining the charm of a village dwelling. The house provides bespoke luxury accommodation for 2 - 4 people and is furnished in a contemporary style, to the highest of standards. The house can accommodate 6 people although this requires the use of the L shaped sofa in the lounge as beds for the 2 additional guests. Downstairs offers open plan living, with a large space for cooking, dining and relaxing. The lounge area has a traditional open log fire which is an added bonus in the winter months! From here, doors open onto the outside terrace where guests can enjoy the comfortable outside space with views of the swimming pool below and beyond to the vineyards in the distance. The house has a wrap around balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with marble en-suite bathroom. French doors lead out onto the spacious balcony - an ideal place for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. The second bedroom has large twin beds and access to a separate bathroom opposite. The property ensures guests have total privacy and seclusion, and provides the most stunning views across the valley. Please note that the property is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility, as the terrain is rocky with uneven paths and road surfaces. A car is essential due to the remote location of the village!

      Our Stone Cottage is approximately two hundred years old, built to a very high standard, leaving original features to admire. The cottage offers traditional surroundings set in a vineyard complete with Walnut, Almond, Fig and Olive trees. The accommodation is situated high above the village of Vouni offering breath-taking views overlooking the hills, valleys and out to the coast. The two bedroom cottage has been furnished to a high standard inside and out, with stone interior walls, wooden beams and open fire place. The main bedroom has an antique double brass bed, antique free-standing wooden wardrobe, dressing table and split unit air conditioning (hot and cold air). There is an en suite bathroom. Walnut grove in the village of Vouni in the foot hills of the Trodos mountains a short walk to the village wear you will find coffe shops and tavernas Above us you cane walk along the dirt track roads and admire the views also take a strole through the narrow roads of the village Just behind the cottage you have your own private parking There is buses that run to Limassol and the coast Vouni is a wine village in the foot hills of mount trodos very central for the coast and towns Vouni is 800 meters above sea level the weather is 4 to 5 degrees lower than the coast towns the air is fresh and clean

Bordering the property are pomegranates, walnuts, lemons and fig trees. The Local Area Vouni is at the heart of the ancient wine region of Cyprus. A high stone wall surrounds the property, ensuring total privacy and seclusion. Please note that the property is unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility, as the terrain is rocky with uneven paths and road surfaces. A car is essential due to the remote location of the village (a 4x4 would be advantageous!) INTERIOR The house has a large living area downstairs, with comfortable seating, dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Media facilities include CD player, TV/DVD - all with surround sound both internally and externally. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. For those visiting in the winter months, there is also the option to have underfloor heating, along with a log fire which is located in the lounge. The upstairs suite has a small snug area, which leads into the main bedroom with a 4 poster king sized bed. The bedroom is dual aspect and has double french doors leading onto the balcony. From the bedroom and balcony there are stunning views across the valley to the local vineyards and the sea beyond. Two bedrooms have two twin beds and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have wall to wall closets. The master bedroom shares a balcony with the second bedroom where you can experience the breath taking views of the village and mountains. This house is equipped with a full size kitchen, large dining area and living room. It also has two bathrooms. The bathroom on the second floor features a full size tub and the bathroom on the first floor has a stand up shower. Located in the heart of Vouni village, it's about a 30 minute drive to the city of Limassol, an hour drive from Larnaca airport and 45 minutes from Paphos airport. Local attractions include wine vineyards, traditional taverns, mountain attractions, churches and monasteries. The house provides bespoke luxury accommodation for 2 people, and is furnished in a contemporary style, to the highest standards. A high stone wall surrounds the property, ensuring total privacy and seclusion. Please note that the property is unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility, as the terrain is rocky with uneven paths and road surfaces. A car is essential due to the remote location of the village (a 4x4 would be advantageous!) INTERIOR The house has a large living area downstairs, with comfortable seating, dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Media facilities include CD player, TV/DVD - all with surround sound both internally and externally. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. For those visiting in the winter months, there is also the option to have underfloor heating, along with a log fire which is located in the lounge. The upstairs suite has a small snug area, which leads into the main bedroom with a 4 poster king sized bed. The bedroom is dual aspect and has double french doors leading onto the balcony.
