In this feature from JC Travel, AllTheRooms co-founders explained what sets our search engine apart from other websites — and how it can save travelers time when finding the right place to stay on vacation.
Accommodation search engine startup AllTheRooms raised $ 1.1 million in financing from the investment institutions New York Angels lead investor in a seed round of financing.
On AllTheRooms, each destination site can offer the most comprehensive choice of accommodation, and users no longer need the shuttle to different travel websites to compare products.
The company was founded by former investment banker Joseph DiTomaso and Bill Beckler, the former director of Travelocity’s website.
DiTomaso said, “So far, no other website can provide a specific destination for all types of accommodation such as our long-term comprehensive search capability.”
“AllTheRooms allows travelers to compare all accommodation options in a short time, thus saving time and money.”
As Beckler said, AllTheRooms can be described as a “lodging industry Google.”
“By analyzing hundreds of travel sites worldwide, we are able to immediately find the latest prices for users.”
“We are not only highly concerned about the integration of product information, we also want to bring travelers an extraordinary search experience.”
AllTheRooms lists hotel rooms, rental housing (such as Airbnb, Housetrip, 9Flats etc.), C2B mode (such as Hotwire and Priceline Express) and other accommodation types (such as Couchsurfing, Hallst, Jetsetter, etc.) to integrate resources together.
