Everyone loves the thatched African hut for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The hut has a table that seats 6 and a gas BBQ, sink and fridge, sound system and lighting. It is really a fun spot and perfect for the fresh fish you picked up at Lau's Fish Market in Kawaihae, of some local range-fed beef. All-in-all, this is a great house for a couple's romantic getaway, a family's base to explore the Big Island, or even a comfortable alternative for two or three couples to be out of the coastal heat, but close enough to world-class beaches, golf courses, and restaurants!
