The SpaceOne week minimum rental please:
This house is newly renovated with modern amenities, extensive professional childproofing and brand brand new furniture and decor. Some renovated features include reclaimed Vermont floor boards, floor stones from Provence, stained white oak ceiling boards and beams, new furniture, carpets, flatware, bedding, towels, decor.
The two homes are exceptionally clean and crisp and the entire property is sprayed religiously for bugs/ticks/vermin. The property is meticulously landscaped with a large vegetable garden, raspberry/blackberry fort, expansive herb garden and flowers that bloom weekly.
Not only are both houses on this property fantastic but the location itself is truly special- real old school Hamptons with a powerful energy you just don't get anymore: the sound of waves crashing at night, the smell of truly fresh ocean air, a colorful array of chirping birds, incredible sunsets over the reserve farmland, loads of space for kids to safely run and explore, local famous farmstand, a walk to one of the most spectacular (and private!) Hamptons beaches, and a safe south of the highway location.
The vast majority of our neighbors are year rounders who do not rent. You will never hear trains/planes/automobiles or loud parties at this property. Worst case, our next door neighbor is a Viennese Opera singer and you can sometimes hear him entertaining his (our!!) visitors with an aria or two (we gladly open a bottle of wine when this happens!)
This is as classic as Hamptons properties come; we will only consider discerning and respectful families. Minimum rental of two weeks during summer months please! Guest AccessHigh speed wifi, phones in main rooms, TV with cable and blue ray player, media room downstairs, office, hot tub, charcoal grill, beach cruiser bikes, modern kitchen and bathrooms, central air, steam shower, professionally childproofed, alarm system. Weekly deep cleaning is included in the price. Interaction with GuestsLittle interaction unless needed. We have a professional management company for quick local response to any problems. The NeighborhoodPart of the town of East Hampton, the area feels protected, idyllic and peaceful- how the Hamptons is supposed to be. Only one mile to beach, easily accessible by bike or on foot. Located south of the highway, on a very safe road (Sayres Path is not a cut-through road). During the summer season, you are just a short walk to the local farm stand at the bottom of Sayre's Path that has been operated by the same family for generations (people drive from all over the Hamptons for this farmstand!). Short distance to local vineyards (e.g. Wolfer two minutes drive), horse riding, deep sea fishing, and wonderful restaurants. Getting AroundWainscott Jitney stop is only two minutes drive/short walk away, train stop at Bridgehampton is 10 minutes drive. Centrally located if you want to visit Bridgehampton / Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton / Amagansett / Montauk. Other Things to NoteThis property is located on an active farm that grows potatoes and corn. Children are particularly enamored with the harvest! West facing incredible sunsets, QUIET property, extremely private property- you will not see another person when inside the gates. We are willing to discuss allowing our visitors to have access to our large vegetable garden that will be in full bloom in August-September for those interested in farm to table eating.
