The NeighborhoodA beautiful neighborhood with the Pines Lake just a 3 minute walk away, you have the security of knowing you are in a safe area with quick access to anything you may need. Getting AroundA car is really suggested to get around comfortably. There is parking that comes included in the driveway. Other Things to NoteGet to NYC quickly and easily via the Wayne Transit Center that is nearby, with a direct bus route into the city. The Willowbrook Mall is only 8 miles away for all of your shopping needs, and there is no sales tax on clothing purchased in New Jersey!

The SpaceTwo new twin beds. New toddler bed available upon request. Shared full bathroom. Sheets, pillows and towels provided. Central heat and A/C. Aquasana filtered water faucet in kitchen. Cable TV in bedroom. WiFi throughout the house. Sunken living room, eat in kitchen and dining room. Have a second bedroom also with 2 twin beds. Both rooms are newly painted and the beds are new. Many excellent restaurants in the area. Chinese, Japanese, Italian, American Grill, etc. I have menus from each place so you can decide at your leisure. Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer if you prefer to prepare your own food. Full kitchen privileges and use of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Coffee and tea available 24 hours Guest AccessWhole house and yard. Interaction with GuestsI live on the premises and work a full time job. Coffee, tea and a limited breakfast is available - variety of breakfast cereal, breakfast bars and milk or real cream for the coffee. The NeighborhoodHouse is in a quiet suburban neighborhood near the Ramapo mountains. The deer usually parade through around dawn and dusk. Once in a great while a flock of wild turkeys swoop down and dine in the front yard. There are several hiking parks in the area. It is really green out here in Oakland. Lots of trees and green ground cover, fireflies in the back yard in summer. Chipmunks and squirrels scamper around the front and back yard. Luca's Italian restaurant serves a variety of gluten free pasta dishes as well as gluten free pizza. A local grocery store stocks organic fruits, vegetables, frozen foods, prepared soups, gluten free foods, etc. Getting AroundA car is recommended, parking available in the driveway. House is 45 minutes from NYC. During the week, about a 10 minute walk from the house, an express bus is available to NYC. It travels in the morning and then in the evening for commuters. Area airports are 45 minutes by car. 20 minutes away there is a mall that provides $2 parking spaces and a bus service with dedicated bus lanes into the city. 30 minutes into the city no matter how much traffic there is. The service runs every 20 minutes or so all day and late into the evening. $7 one way, 62 and over $3.50. Other Things to NoteAir cleaner in living room keeps dust at a minimum.

Many horse farms and barns. 1-mile from the center of Oakland, and the New York City bound busses will stop at the top of the driveway.

          The SpaceCarpet only in one bedroom. Rest is ceramic tile and slate tile. There's no kitchen. This is an " in law suite" ( some have kitchen , mine does not). There are no shared spaces. You have your own entrance. Parking: in driveway. Up to two cars. You have to coordinate with your other guest ( if you have one ) as you will be blocking other car in. No commercial vehicles (examples: vans with company logo or heavy duty trucks with phone number etc). Passenger vehicles only. No trailers unless you are using one vehicle and you will be leaving trailer in driveway during stay (driveway is flatter at top, smaller trailer only). A trailer attached to vehicle would make access difficult in driveway. You will have to secure trailer ( you cannot just unhitch). Smoking permitted outside only: porch has roof, patio area and pool area. Guest AccessLaundry access. One floor -private. No shared spaces. Separate entrance. No kitchen . Mini fridge and microwave. Wifi, pool when in season, bonfires, outdoor grill. Interaction with GuestsYour privacy is precious! contact me via AIRBNB app, text, phone or communicate when you see me.
