Bedroom 2 upstairs has 1 x Queen size bed plus 1 x fold-able bed (only laid out on request) Bedroom 3 downstairs has 2 x Single beds. Study Room downstairs has one Queen size sofa-bed. Guests have use of the house and the private jetty. Boating - Park your boat in own jetty or boating can also be arranged for you even for non-boat owners. Kayaking (2 x courtesy kayaks with life vests provided) Fishing - the nearby Dawesville Channel is famous rich in herring fishing Crabbing from the house jetty (3 x crabs nest provided) Food, supermarkets and shops & nearby golf course. 1 hr drive from Perth City or 1 and 1/4 hr from Airport. Awesome family holiday house set in one of most pristine waterways in one of nature's well regarded Peel estuary region. 5 mins drive to the Cut Golf Course. Short walk to Port Bouvard Marina, restaurants, Irish pub and Fish and Chips. Watch dolphins swim by. Superb holiday destination. This is our family holiday home and it's such a waste to leave a beautiful house empty; so that is why we're excited to open the place up to fellow Airbnb users. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do every time we're there. There is a bus stop 5 min walk from the house which will take you to nearby grocery shopping, fast food, Halls Head Central or Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre and the Transperth Train Station. The property is conveniently located as a good short-stay stopover for holiday makers traveling to and from the South like Margaret River (daytrip), Busselton or Albany. Guest AccessGuests have use of the house including the jetty, the 3 bedrooms plus the study room. There is one 1 x KS bed, 2 x QS beds in the bedrooms and 2 x single mattresses for use in the study room. The master bedroom is off limits. 2 x kayaks provided. Crab nets provided. Interaction with GuestsMeet at the property to hand over and return keys. The NeighborhoodAll residents in the friendly and cooperative neighborhood. All our neighbors are in contact with one another. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop located less than 5 min walk from the house which will take you to nearby grocery shopping, fast food, the library or Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre and the Transperth Train Station.

The SpaceSuper family friendly for 12 at a reasonable price. This has been our holiday home for the last 8 years now and its been awesome with so much to do nearby. Guest AccessAll areas of the house except indoor garage Interaction with GuestsAvailable to inform and talk about things to do. We live in Perth and don't expect to come down to chat unless specifically requested or our manager can't make it. Also have a very nice neighbour who can help us out if anything goes wrong. The NeighborhoodDirect access to the northwest facing beach front, so very convenient and very sheltered from the prevailing southwest winds. I believe there is a new bottle shop and deli opened about 200m away. However, Woolworths and a whole shopping complex is only 10mins drive. Getting AroundYes, you can catch a bus from nearby to the train station and then into town by train. Other Things to NoteAvalon is a great long board break and a first class kite boarding break in summer. There is also sheltered swimming behind the reef suitable for children of any age. Amazing body boarding at Pyramids break just south of the cut - 10 mins drive. Good beach break at same location. I have caught many cray fish off the surf reef.

Only 200m to the Beach! Situated amongst The Cut Golf Course with the clubhouse and restaurant within walking distance which offers fine dining, alfresco dining, beers, wine and coffees to the public. A short walk to the Cut Canal where you can generally see the dolphins herding the fish into the canals, a great fishing spot and picturesque walks. There are two large bedrooms each with an ensuite. There is a double sofa bed in the separate television area that can be closed off. Very comfortably it takes two couples. Guest AccessA beautiful ocean with life guard patrolled area 500 meters from apartment and overlooked by apartment. Endless long deserted beaches for walks and dips. Several uncrowded surf breaks can been seen for apartment. Shared amenities; 25m pool is available along with a gym, sauna, steam room, barbecue area and amenities room. Secure parking in separate two bay parking in basement with a lift to your apartment. Interaction with GuestsI will be present to hand over keys and explain aspects of the security and appliances. Then I am accessible by phone. A caretaker couple live within the complex and are available to assist. Details of their working hours and contact numbers are on hand. The NeighborhoodI find the ocean at all times of day and night a fascination. I can very comfortable lie in bed, sit in the lounge or on the balcony and watch the ocean. Sunsets are beautiful and the best time to sit down with loved ones with a glass of wine and let the day wind down. The privacy, seclusion and quiet except for the oceans waves (which can be silenced by the thick glass doors if you wish) I relish. If you like comfort and quality surroundings and any of the above you will thoroughly enjoy your time there. Getting AroundBuses pass within 800 m every that go into Mandurah or to the train station for all stops to Perth. Train to Perth takes just under an hour.

The SpaceAbsolute beach front. Fabulous modern house with top class kitchen with Miele appliances including a coffee machine, pizza oven and pool on the top deck. Lots of activities to enjoy close by. It has 4 king size beds and 4 single beds and a study. It also has wifi and foxtel TV. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house and 2 canoes to paddle in the canals. Interaction with GuestsGuests will be met at commencement and departure. We will be contactable throughout your stay. The NeighborhoodThe area is mainly a holiday destination with less than half permanent neighbours. It is close to golf, restaurants and cinema, crabbing, marina, estuary, jetski hire and much more. Getting AroundParking is included. There is a bus that runs along the main road. The train goes from Perth to Mandurah and then a 10 minute drive from there. You will need to have a car if coming from the airport.

Due to unforseen circumstances resulting in myself having an accident I was unable to fly on arranged date 4 weeks after my husband. We then extended our lease for another 3 weeks, with no problems we were lucky there. My husband stayed at the little flat for 10 weeks alone. Kathy and Richard the owners have shown their kindess and helped my husband on numerous occassions they basically took him under their wings.  Kathy has helped by driving him to the airport as he works out on site in the mines. Kathys contact via email throughout the initial query regarding leasing was promptly replied to details easy to follow regarding tranfer of money from the UK. Kathy also let my husband use her wifi for internet access to keep in touch with me back home in the UK and we are still using it.  Thank you so much for this.Both Kathy and Richards kindess and support have helped us more than we can thank them for.Fishermans Landing is suitable for a couple or a single person, on a short term let for us it has been invaluable. A car will be necessary to get around as the flat is about 15 mins by car to Mandurah, 5 mins to Dawesville. There is a bus service but how often we do not know as we did not use it. We have used the train service from Mandurah to Perth.The area is lovely there is a nice walk along the estuary just round the side of the flat where you can see the dolphins. There is a lovely man made children's beach on the canal just two minutes away, with a lovely playground and picnic area. The beach is a five minute walk featuring a calm swim area with a reef for surfing further out. There are also paths to cycle and walk along the Dawesville cut and lovely fishing spots.
