The SpaceGlamp it up in the midcoast in this former chickenhouse renovated into a rustic art studio. The chickenhouse studio is an outbuilding to a beautiful antique 1820 farmhouse and barn, situation on 8 acres of rolling fields, gardens, orchards and pond. The farm is on the Oyster River Rd, 15 minutes from Camden, Rockport or Rockland and their excellent restaurants, shops and galleries, and well situated for exploring Owl's Head and the picturesque peninsulas of Penobscot Bay. Outside the windows contemplate the fields of wildflowers, blueberries and the grape trellises, and step out the front door to fruit trees and gardens. Listen to the coastal breeze in the grass and the trilling of the frogs in the pond at night. Step away from it all and rest under the barnboard walls and rafters, and watch the darting fireflies outside. Shared bathroom and kitchen, breakfast and coffee provided on request. This house is a safe and welcoming place for people of all ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations. Guest AccessA double bed in a private studio outbuilding, kitchen and bathroom access inside the main house. Internet access available in the house and barn but not studio.
