The cabin has heat/air conditioning. Guest AccessThe grounds of the dock host a breakfast cafe and a seaside restaurant serving locally sourced seafood and produce. Take a walking tour of Warren's antique shops, clothing stores and art galleries. Bring your bikes, for you are only steps away to the scenic, coastal bike path in Rhode Island, the Providnece / Bristol Bike Path. There is a short walk to the town beach. Were situated between Providence (15 minutes) and Newport, (35 minutes) away by car. Please note that facilities on boats are frequently compact, although we have a toilet and shower aboard, there is also a restroom at the marina for your use. Located in a c1842 Historic Greek Revival in the heart of the Historic Waterfront Village only 15 minutes to Providence and 30 to Newport. Offers all the cozy comforts of home with new updated interior, bedroom, dressing room, living room, kitchen w/ new stainless steel appliances, small but adequate bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, flat screen TV for Movies, antiques, local art and historic charm found in a historic house. Just one block to Main & Water Street restaurants, shops, boutiques and cafes, we can share our best spots! You will also be able to wander the local streets to visit our antique shops and galleries or the renowned 2nd Story Theatre for some of the best local theatre in the state. And just in case you didn't know, Rhode Island is considered the "Ocean State" with over 400 miles of coastline and some of the best beaches & sailing in the world are right here within 30 -60 minutes!! If bicycling (2 can be provided upon request) or walking is something you like to do, not only is the local architecture worth seeing but the 14.5 mile Eastbay Bike Path is accessible two blocks away. This will take you to either Bristol or Providence along the scenic local waterways. Because it is so small, you can explore the rest of Rhode Island by taking Public Transportation from at least Providence to Newport; from there you can take buses to the West Bay. Did we tell you that we’re only a stone’s throw away from the Massachusetts border? Day tripping is easy with Boston, Cape Cod and the islands a quick one hour drive away; though we can’t imagine why you would ever want to leave our delightful waterfront hamlet. We live in the same house, and although the apt. is on the 2nd fl. and is private, it is an old house and we also have a room on the same floor we use so you may hear some chatter or my dog barking from time to time. The NeighborhoodI love the walkability of my neighborhood and if you walk around you catch little peaks of steeples, paths, water and other historic buildings. The coffee shop is always a buzz and if you've always wondered what a Coffee Cabinet is, you can experience a RI icon on Main St. at an old fashion Soda Counter, Deleckta's Pharmacy...a must!! We have the wonderful highly acclaimed 2nd Story Theatre and many new restaurants to enjoy before, all just a short walk away. Should you want to explore Newport, you may want to try a fun food tour which I just started in 2015, among other things it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Tours fill up fast so book ahead at Rhode Island Red Food Tours. Getting AroundThere is a Commuter Bus nearby on the top of the street to Prov., Bristol or Newport. Otherwise, it is a very walkable neighborhood. Other Things to NoteI have many magazines and local brochures from around the area which could be helpful in finding recommendations for restaurants, shopping & things to do. We do supply some pots, pans and kitchenware but if you need anything feel free to send me a text, call or knock on our door, I am happy to supply you with whatever you need. While we respect people's rights to own them, we do not allow firearms on the premises.

The SpaceHave the entire charmingly furnished apartment to yourself! Bright and airy second floor apartment in historic colonial village. Leave the car at home and walk to numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, market, park and waterfront. The East Bay Bike Path is minutes away, as is a convenient bus stop. With hardwood floors, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dining for 6+. Relax and unwind in the comfortable living room or on the patio in the stunning private garden. Enjoy an evening fire on the patio, or stroll to one of the many excellent restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include a full-sized bed and two twin beds, each with "european-style" bedding (duvet cover acts as top flat sheet and is changed out just like a sheet) This is a very convenient central location if you are interested in day trips, conventions or parent's weekends. Providence (air, train and bus connections) is a 20 minute drive; Newport 40 minutes; Boston 65 minutes and the Cape 60 -90 minutes. Many colleges are in the area: Roger Williams is a 7 minute drive; Brown, RISD and Johnson & Wales are 20 minutes. RI Hospital, Women & Infants, Butler and VA Hospital, as well as the convention center are also an easy 20 minute drive. Relax in Warren after a hectic day touring, visiting local relatives, at your convention/professional development or settling the kids at their college. The immediate neighborhood (walkable! Don't even think of using the car!) has antique shops, boutiques, artisans' shops, fine dining, and casual dining. There are also several interesting historic sites. The sofa in the living room folds down to a full size bed. *We can only accommodate service animals. No pets, please. A car is not necessary to explore the area: there are several bicycles available for guests' use and the bus stop for the Providence-Newport line (20 minute ride to Providence, 40 minutes to Newport) is two blocks away. A three-night minimum is required between June 15 to September 1. The NeighborhoodThe waterfront village of Warren, Rhode Island is an absolutely delightful place. The historic colonial village is very walkable, and the neighborhood of Colonial and Georgian era homes and building is dotted with many excellent restaurants, antiques shops, boutiques, and several artist's studios and artisan's workshops. The lengthy waterfront is packed with boats of all sorts and pays the perfect compliment to the historic colonial architecture. The village is less than a mile square and surrounded by water, salt marsh and farmland threaded by the bike path. Getting AroundVERY convenient public transportation is available. The apartment is 1 block from the bus, which passes frequently and terminates in Providence or Newport. From Providence, there are very easy and convenient connections to Amtrak, MBTA trains, regional buses and TF Green Airport. Also 1 block from the apartment is access to the East Bay bike path which leads to Bristol or Providence. Other Things to NoteThis property is not suitable for families with small children

    The SpaceI require that all guest have complete profiles on Airbnb with a real picture of themselves. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT SO PLEASE DO IT BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING. Two bedroom apartment (queen bed with, double bed, with full kitchen, french press (for coffee or tea) and bath on the second floor. The building is old 1880's, with the last major transformation taking place in the 1950's as you can see from the pink tile in the bathroom. The apartment has been well maintained hardwood floors refinished and all the rooms painted within the last 12 months and new windows. Gas water heat / window A/C and fans. Located minutes from the East bay bike-path and the Warren river, walk distance to several restaurants and shops. Bristol RI is only 10 minutes away with Roger Williams College. Providence is 15 minutes away and Newport is about 30 minutes to the south, one hour to Boston. Owners live in the building.       The SpaceMy home is a 3 bedroom home, I live on the premises and I rent out 2 other bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed. It is a great neighborhood, quiet but 5 minutes from the mall. I have rented to traveling nurses and had great experiences. The NeighborhoodSwansea is a nice little town, I am close to the highway so you will be 20 minutes away from providence. They always have things going on in providence.       This fantastic waterside 2 bedroom apt. in a restored 1840 home is located in the historic seaside town of Warren, Rhode Island. Located along an active working waterfront this home abuts a deep water marina with direct access to Narraganset Bay. A short drive from several beaches as well as culturally rich Providence, Bristol, or Newport RI. Warren is a bustling, artistic community where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, living music, and live theater all within a short walk from the property. There are at least nine great restaurants within a quarter mile's walk! It is also less than a mile to the town beach/recreation area and the bike path. The home is a 1 level with 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) and 1 baths. bathroom includes soaking tub all custom tile . There is a waterview deck, and yard The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue on the deck for your use. Linens and towels are provided.       Set 1,000 ft. off the main road, my home is nestled in the middle of 18 acres of private woodlands. This 1,100 home offers complete privacy. Twenty foot peaked ceilings throughout the 1st floor.. living area/dining area , galley kitchen, master bedroom and bath. A charming cottage in the woods.... Lower level offers a full Bath(shower) and bedroom with a walk-out slider to a sitting area . The cottage is surrounded by dense woodlands with wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife. There's also a short walking path into the woods. PLEASE NOTE: there is a minimum age limit of 25 to book this rental.

      Water access outside our door. Three bedrooms, three full baths and an open floor plan provide lots of space to spread out. The screened deck allows for outdoor seating on warm summer nights. Sit on the lawn or float in the water while you watch the parade of sails as boats pass by all day long. Kayak and bike rentals are close by. The bike path is right at our back door and it leads to wonderful restaurants and shops, as well as to neighboring towns (Bristol is right next door). The path extends all the way to Providence. We are centrally located between Providence and Newport. Laundry, cable, air conditioning and WiFi.

      The Spacelocated 1,000 ft. down a gravel driveway, my home is nestled in a heavily wooded setting. Don't be surprised if you see deer or wild turkeys. This cottage is only 1100 s/f but feels larger with the 20 ft. ceiling throughout the main level. There are two covered seating areas on the deck as well as other areas off deck. Guest AccessUpon arrival, a lock box provides the key for entry. You will have access to the entire upper level(when booking one bedroom). There are a two closets reserved for personal effects. There's a closet in the foyer for your coats and other hanging items. Bureau and dresser provide plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The kitchen pantry is stocked with basic food/spice items as well as pots, pans and other cooking tools. Feel free to use the coffee/tea station as well as any goodies that may be around. The second bedroom key is provided with the booking of a 3rd or 4th person. Interaction with Guestsmy cell will be available 24/7 while staying at my home should you have questions The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is semi-rural/residential. There are a few local restaurants within one mile. Cornerstone Bakery(Rt.6) has a good weekend breakfast and Portuguese pastries. Harvest Market(Rt.6) offers eat in or take out brick over pizza and offers a seated area for breakfast and lunch. The Aviary(Rt.6 near Tickle's) has a more upscale dining experience for lunch and dinner($80-100 drinks and dinner for two). Kent's(Rt.6) has casual dining and serves homestyle food and seafood Getting AroundThere is no public transportation available and a car is required Other Things to NoteAs we head into winter, I will make every effort to maintain a clear driveway should there be any accumulation of snow. While there is a fireplace, this is only to be used with the candles provided within(Firewood is not allowed). There is no need to open the damper for candles. A laundry area will also be provided for guests staying more than 3 days.
