This is a second home and is without extras. You will however find that all your basics needs are provided in the home - iron, laundry soap, basic kitchen tools, etc.
There are three bedrooms in our home, a living room, eat-in kitchen, spacious entry, and two full baths. On the lower level is one bedroom with a day bed that converts into a king and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor boasts two bedrooms, laundry room, and a full bath. The first bedroom hosts one full bed. The second a queen and a laptop-friendly work space. There is one couch, two recliners, and a television in the living room. Dark hardwood flooring throughout the bedrooms and living room. You'll find the spacious kitchen to be perfect for those who love to cook but if that's not for you we recommend the breakfast sandwiches of Three Crown coffee - just a five minute walk away. Guest AccessYou will have full access to the back yard, front porch, and the main portion of the home. The basement will be locked. Interaction with GuestsWe are now offering key less entry. You will receive a temporary pin during your stay.

Many people choose to bike to Winona Lake and Village. The bike trail from our house to the Village is marked as friendliest by the local Ride+Walk guide. In the Village you'll have access to wonderful restaurants including: Cerulean, Light Rail, Kelainey's Icecream, and The Boathouse. Be sure to check out the many wonderful artisan shops in the area, too.

We have two small kids and know what its like to travel with little ones - please do ask if you have anything you'd like to borrow during your stay. We can provide small tables and chairs, high chairs/toddler chairs, and an umbrella stroller.
You'll have access to two parking spots behind the garage and plenty of on-street parking, too.
