The SpaceWarwick Apartments are perfectly situated right in the middle of the island so nothing is too far away, it is excellent for guests who are not comfortable with renting mopeds, as the bus and ferry stops are both less than a 5 minute walk away; you can be on the gorgeous South Shore Beaches in 15 minutes or less by bus, and it is only a 10 minute ferry ride across the beautiful Hamilton Harbor to the main city of Hamilton. Across the street we have one of the islands best grocery stores and next door is the Belmont Golf Club with a newly designed 18 hole golf course and the award-winning Blu Bar and Grill featured in the Conde Nast Traveler magazine, locals and visitors alike love the diverse menu which includes seafood, steak, fresh fish and brick oven pizzas all overlooking the stunning Hamilton Harbor, perfect for lunch or dinner. The bright and airy apartment is fully tiled and air-conditioned with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen/living room as well as a dining area with seating for four, a flat screen TV, wireless internet and cable as well as a pull out couch. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower as well as a washer and dryer. The porch & patio area includes a barbeque and seating for romantic dinners at home. There is another identical one bedroom apartment on the same property, which is ideal for a family or two groups traveling together. The NeighborhoodOur neigbourhood central and although we are out of the city it is less than 5 minute walk to a large grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant and golf course and only 10 - 15 minutes to the fabulous pink sand beaches. Getting AroundBus stop at one end of the street and the ferry stop at the other end of the street, or if you prefer we can arrange for mopeds to be delivered. Other Things to NoteYou can walk to the famous Belmont Golf course and their fabulous Blu restaurant overlooking the beautiful Hamilton Harbour with its amazing sunset views.

Located on the hillside overlooking Marley Beach and a long stretch of shoreline, the views will take your breath away, and Marley Beach is a short walk down a path and some steps away!! The bus stop is at the bottom of the drive, and there are several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Recently refurbished, this two-bedroom rustic beach cottage with small kitchen, living/dining room with flat screen cable TV, highly secure doors, reverse cycle a/c throughout, two small full bathrooms, is ideal for two couples or a family of four. King size in the master bedroom and a queen size bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There are unbelievable views from the master bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and just about everywhere. The patio has beautiful views of the ocean/beach. Maid service is only on changeover day (usually Saturday or Sunday) Laundry facilities are available, and your stay is self-catering. DEPOSIT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: We require a 20% deposit within seven days of making the reservation. Full prepayment is required 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled outside of the 45-day penalty period, your deposit is returned less a $450 handling fee. If the reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, the prepayment is forfeit. We are firm in this policy and recommend that renters consider purchasing trip insurance if there is ANY possibility they may have to cancel the reservation within 45 days of arrival. Many readers may be aware of the former hotel called Marley Beach Cottages -- Sand Dollar was formerly a part of that hotel, although it has been substantially upgraded since the property was a hotel. Steps away from a beautiful and private beach, central to just about everything anyone could wish to do in Bermuda with convenient bus stops at the bottom of the driveway, restaurants within walking distance, golf, tennis, sightseeing and shopping only minutes away..... This is a rare gem in Bermuda for the visitor who doesn't want the large hotel stay and prefers to get out and do their own exploring and discovery based in one of the most romantic, private and spectacular settings in Bermuda! Sunrises, Sunsets and Whales: Sand Dollar faces south, and no matter the time of year or weather, the sunrises and sunsets are nothing short of spectacular! Whale watching is wondrous in the springtime, with frequent sightings early in the mornings and early evenings during March, April, and sometimes into May. The whales are often within half a mile of the beach as they come in during the night to protect their young. You don't need binoculars to watch them frolicking, breeching and just cavorting in Bermuda's tranquil and protected waters. During the summer months, the snorkeling on private Marley Beach is magical. You can even see scores of large parrot fish feeding on the reefs close in to the shore with your naked eye right from the terrace overlooking the beach . IF YOU HAVE MORE PEOPLE: We also have a studio apartment on the property. It's called Sand Pebble Studio. This is a large studio with kitchen, full bath, large bed/sitting room, patio etc. You can view this unit on this website. you might like to consider also renting the studio if you have a larger party. It is suitable for two and can be set up with king bed or twins. The studio rents at $2,230 per week in the 2012 summer months, and $1,500 per week in the winter months.     The SpaceThis cozy studio apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket as well as 2 major bus routes and a 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk to Warwick Long Bay Beach on our beautiful South Shore. The studio is clean and stylishly decorated. It has a queen size bed, Cable TV, phone and is air conditioned. It comes with all necessities including towels, household linens, iron, hairdryer etc. This unit has wireless internet and a desk area. We offer a low cost alternative to Bermuda's hotels. By staying here you can choose to eat in or dine out at the nearby 5 star restaurants and still play golf on our world class courses and visit all the tourist attractions across the island. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity basin. There is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with café-table seating. Outside, in a sunny spot amongst the flowers and palm trees, is a shaded table and chairs as well as a BBQ for your own use. Guests are welcome to share use of the pool area. Fast ferries and buses depart and arrive from the Dockyard facility all day long. The views from The Commissioner’s House are jaw dropping as you can see from one end of the island all the way to the other, with ocean liners sedately negotiating the Two Rock Passage , the sole opening in the reefs large enough to provide safe access to Kings Wharf in Somerset or Hamilton Harbour. The City of Hamilton also has lovely places to dine and shop, and in the summer months through to October, Harbour Nights on Front Street on Wednesday evenings is a sparkling outdoor market event. With live music, delicious food and unusual locally made items to buy, the street is shut to vehicular traffic and the better shops remain open. Everyone congregates happily til 10 pm. and then drifts off to window-shop, or investigate the night clubs, bars and cafes. The city is easily reached by bus, ferry or moped, with taxis available to whisk you away home at the end of the evening. The cost of the taxi ride to the apartment is approximately $37 prior to tipping. Pre-arranged taxi can be made on your behalf, please make request and the cost is a flat $50 to the taxi driver. GETTING AROUND: There is a bus stop and fast ferry at the end of the road and is about a 8- 10 minutes walk. Tickets or passes can be purchased at Post Office or at the terminal. Adult fare is $3.00 cash per ticket, weekly pass is $56 and monthly pass is $54. The bus lines run at 15 minute intervals. Operating schedules are available at the apartment. For the adventurous and experienced I would recommend Oleander cycles ((website hidden)) as your source for scooter rental. It is a short 5 minutes drive from the apartment and Oleander does provide pickup and drop off. I can also get you there if it more convenient. Other Things to NoteWe have one very friendly English Cocker Spaniel, weighing 18 lbs. She does not have access to the vacation rental apartment side.       Self-catering fully-equipped studio apt. at Marley Beach Breathtaking beach and ocean views, centrally located, convenient to public transportation and only 10 minutes from Hamilton. This large studio apartment is only steps away from Marley Beach, a romantic, secluded, private beach on Bermuda's famous and beautiful South Shore. Sand Pebble Studio has a fully-equipped kitchen, a large bed/sitting room with king sized bed or twins, two armchairs, dining table/chairs, flat-screened TV, patio with umbrella, table, chairs and gas barbecue. Beach chairs are provided. Marley Beach with its pink sands and crystal clear waters has some of the best snorkelling in the area. Other area attractions include nearby restaurants, parks, Elbow and Horseshoe Beaches, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, golf, tennis. Year-round, the sunrises are spectacular. Marley Beach Cottages was previously a small hotel, but Sand Pebble Studio is the only studio apartment currently available to visitors. Sand Pebble Studio at Marley and Special Times: Marley Beach Cottages was a well-known, small, intimate, casual and convenient hotel in years past. Ownership changed recently and it is no longer operating as a hotel. The current owner - Steve (son of June Stanton) and familiar to past guests of Marley, has renovated Sand Dollar - a two bedroom cottage, and, Sand Pebble Studio. Both are are currently available to short term visitor rentals. WHALE WATCH FROM YOUR PATIO!! From about mid-April through to end of mid May, you can enjoy watching for whales and their calves as they overnight just offshore for protection from predators. Seeing the whales breaching and blowing is an experience that leaves you feeling privileged indeed! BOOK EARLY for those weeks! Making Memories: Many memories have been made at Marley. The beach was made famous in quite a few movies, including Chapter 11 and The Deep. During the winter months, Bermuda's temperature range 68 - 72. There are many times when the temperature is in the mid 70s and on the South Shore, it feels like 75, with calm, sparkling waters, clear skies and warm breezes. Perfect weather for the beach, golfing, tennis, walking and more. 'Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away'. All year the sunrises, clear turquoise waters, moon rises, and rainbow glimpses will certainly take your breath away when you visit us at Sand Pebble Studio at Marley Beach. Golf, Tennis, and nearby Dining: Golf can be arranged at Riddell's Bay Golf Club, Mid Ocean Club, Port Royal Golf Course, Ocean View Golf Course, Belmont Hills and more. If the reservation is canceled prior to 45 days before arrival, the payment will be returned less a $350 service charge. If the reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, FOR ANY REASON, the prepayment is forfeit. It is highly recommended that renters purchase travel insurance if there is any chance the reservation may have to be canceled within this period, as this policy is firm.           The SpaceThis is a private and quiet room in a very quiet five-bedroom home. The room itself is situated on the first floor in the lower garden area. It has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. Guests will have access to the pool, which overlooks the property and the harbor and is accessible by separate outside steps. Walking up the steps will be worth it once you see the view at the top! Guest AccessThe pool is available for use between 9 am and 9 pm. Interaction with GuestsThere will usually be someone on premises on a daily basis to answer any questions. The NeighborhoodThis is tranquil neighborhood with few neighbors. The house is situated down a quiet lane off of the main road and is buffeted by woodland reserve. Getting AroundThe bus is a ten minute walk down the hill. The house is a 15 minute drive into town and 10 minute drive to the beaches. There is easy parking for mopeds at the house.           The SpaceGranaway is centrally located on Harbour Road in Warwick Parish. The house was built in 1734 and is a wonderful example of Bermudian architecture. The gardens are mature with separate spaces for privacy. Guest AccessThe waterfront dock is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. There is a barbeque by the water as well. The pool is open 24 hours a day! Interaction with GuestsBreakfast is served in the main dining room or the garden if preferred. This is a perfect time to for us to assist with daily excursions, dinner reservations and sharing some of Bermuda's hidden treasures. The dining room offers a splendid view of Granaway Deep and in the evening is a great spot for watching the sunset. The NeighborhoodGranaway has a gate onto the 17th hole of the Belmont Hills Golf Course. There is a sandwich shop and a bistro restaurant on the golf course that our guests can walk to.           The SpaceOur location is central and it's easy to get around from here. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and private while the setting is tropical - all set for relaxation and fun... take a swing on the hammock over the pool... This is a comfortable bedroom with adjoining private bathroom and private entrance in the main house. The room has twin beds, (which can be made up as a king) air conditioning, Cable TV, wireless internet, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities and a mini fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed twice weekly. The bathroom is newly renovated with a large shower, heated towel rails and vanity. Right next to the bedroom there is a door leading to outside enabling guests to come and go at will without having to go through the main part of the house. Guests are welcome to share use of the pool and facilities like the bbq. Natalia is located in a nice residential neighborhood only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and main bus route to Hamilton and Dockyard. From here Warwick Long Bay is a 15 minute walk or its a 5 minute drive to Horseshoe Beach.. This is a no smoking room with weekly maid service. There are two other guest apartments on this property which may be rented at the same time to provide accommodation for 3 couples.             Resting on the south shore at the Warwick Paget Parish boundary line, the Surf Side Beach Club is located 12 miles from Bermuda International Airport. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Hamilton and 30 minutes from the airport. The Island's public bus system stops at Surf Side's main entrance and taxis are readily available. Nature lovers can enjoy the hiking trail, which starts at Surf Side's eastern boundary and meanders through scenic open space along the top of the cliff to the Coral Beach Club. For walkers and joggers, the Railway Trail lies only a few minutes up Cobb's Hill Road.
