The room is light and airy with a queen size bed and private bathroom located on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with sliding doors, toiletries and a hair dryer available for your convenience.
In the hallway closet there is a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and extra towels.
WiFi is available along with premium Cable TV, Netflix, and HBOGo or use your personal streaming provider.
Our two cats love bird watching in the family room and have been caught begging in the kitchen. However, they do not go into the guest area. Guest AccessYou are welcome to use the front door as you come and go. There is a side entrance that leads directly to the bedroom suite. We ask that you use this entrance when returning after 11pm.
Guests can use the family room - which is part of the kitchen, sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view out the window (see photo # 11). In good weather, you can sit outside and enjoy your breakfast on the patio.
During extended stays, guests can have use of the washer-dryer and if needed do some light cooking. Interaction with GuestsJP is usually around the house and would be happy to answer questions, provide information and assistance if you need.
We are having a great time being hosts - we've met wonderful people, shared stories and not-so common interests. The amount of contact you have with us is up to you, from greetings to conversations on the patio.
If there is something we can do to improve your stay – we really want to know. The NeighborhoodIf you are visiting the Boston area, touring schools/attending graduation or here on business - this is the setting you want to be in at the end of a long day. Our home is off the road, no cars buzzing by, and the only "noise" is that of the birds and other animals.
