The SpaceOur home is on the water’s edge of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and only a few steps to the beautiful sand of Wells Beach. We have a private dock allowing swimming and kayak access (kyaks not included) to the Webhannet River. Our home was extensively renovated in 2010 adding a Great Room with a gas fireplace large flat screen TV and a wall of windows looking our on the Salt Marsh of the Rachel Carson to the west and with a view of the Ocean to the East. We have 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and views of the Salt Marsh. The kitchen has plenty of work space, and is fully equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, full size refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen/dining area has views and access to a deck with marsh views. We are in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes and cottages. We are a short walk to the beach shops and restaurants of Wells Beach. There a plenty of flat roads along the beach allowing for beautiful bike rides and walks. Wells is accessible by the Amtrak DownEaster train service from Boston to the Wells Transportation Center where trains are met by trolleys. The trolley system takes you from Wells north to Kennebunkport and south to Ogunquit and York.

    Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is only .5 mile from Moody Point and a leisurely walk to Wells Beach (1.3 miles). Restaurants, grocery stores and attractions are only minutes away. Enjoy the southern Maine coastal experience for your vacation. The cottage is professionally cleaned prior to each rental and includes all bed linens, a washer and dryer unit, two separate living rooms, a cozy kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths and all of the essentials for cooking, entertaining and enjoying your vacation in a comfortable setting. The cottage is located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. From the living room window you can see the marsh that eventually leads to the beach. From the cottage, Moody Point (located on Ocean Avenue) is about .5 mile. From there, turn left on Ocean Avenue and Wells Beach is about another half mile. There is ample parking in the front of the house and there is a bus stop nearby that will take you to the beach or other points of interest. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants, shopping areas close to the cottage. York Harbor, York Beach, famous lighthouses, Kennebunkport and Drake's Island to name a few are just minutes away.

This is a BRAND NEW (2014) luxury townhouse at the Seagull Condominiums, Unit #64 (at 1413 Post Road) in Wells Maine. This unit has just been outfitted and is new to the Wells rental market. The unit is equipped with premium Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and oriental carpets and area rugs, and outfitted accordingly (prints, artwork and other furnishings). Entertainment technology includes a Panasonic plasma HDTV, with premium channel subscription with dozens of HD channels and full DVR capability, through Time Warner Cable, with complementary high-speed Internet. The entire unit is protected with a state-of-the-art alarm and security system that will be turned off during all rentals.. Living room seating includes two leather recliners, in a comfortable integrated kitchen/dining room/living room area, with a contiguous outdoor-indoor porch seating for six, on premium teak furniture and oiled mahogany porch flooring. The porch overlooks the large salt marsh area of Wells, with Wells Beach clearly visible one-mile in the distance over the salt marsh (see aerial pictures of the complex). The living room entertainment system includes a 46 inch high definition plasma television system, integrated with a Sony 5.1 AV receiver, powering Boston Acoustics speakers. A USB port is provided on the AV receiver to play back your personal music library from an iPod or other mp3 player. High-speed Internet service is available throughout the house with strong signal throughout the condominium unit. Hardwood floors are covered throughout with fine Oriental rugs, while various shades of earth-tone tiles are found in the 3 bathrooms and kitchen area. Upstairs bedrooms include three separate sleeping spaces: a master bedroom with teak furniture and a queen platform bed and with its own bathroom and shower stall, one additional adult bedroom also with a queen platform bed and teak furniture, and a kids bedroom with two twin beds. Comfortable memory foam mattresses and waterproof (and bed bug proof!) mattress covers are used throughout all the bedrooms. On the top floor of the condo is a beautiful loft area with a full queen sleeper bed, opening onto its own large indoor/outdoor porch area and with its own teak porch furniture on a mahogany deck. The loft porch offers a truly spectacular view of the salt marsh and Wells Beach environment (see pictures). The loft also has its own HDTV and Blu-ray player for movies for the kids. The unit is part of the Seagull Condominium complex, and thus renters have full access to two large pools and a fully heated Jacuzzi during late spring to mid fall prime rental seasons with an adjoining fitness club next door. All rentals are arranged and booked through the Seagull Condominium front office (646*5134) in the 207 area code of Maine - they also have a 1800 number available on their website. In season and mid-season rates are available on their website at seagullvacations. com, and during prime season - from mid June through Labor Day - the unit rents for $2999 weekly. It will completely book up during that period so don't wait until early or midsummer and hope to get space - it won't exist. PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE ABOUT ALL RENTALS (the price is completely fixed during the season), while price is negotiable for longer-term (monthly or longer) rentals but during the winter months only. The Seagull Condominium Complex is on Post Road in Wells Maine, and roughly 1 mile from the ocean, while abutting a large salt marsh area that covers roughly several square miles. The Wells Beach area is famous for its classic New England coastline and large beaches, seafood, and summer recreation. Numerous restaurants, shopping and discount malls are within a few minutes drive by car, and many are within walking distance of 1-2 miles. Public trolley transportation is available for one dollar (under 18 ride free) all along the length of Post Road in Wells proper, and can provide transportation to neighboring towns and communities ($4 to go to the next town Ogonquit), Free use of the facilities at the Seacoast Fitness Club. Seagull Inn has teamed up with Seacoast Fitness Club now under new ownership/management. Access to this recently expanded and remodeled club will be provided FREE of charge to all guests of the Seagull Inn including orientation to cardio equipment, circuit training equipment & free weights. The Seacoast fitness also offers aerobic classes offered for a small fee. These classes include Hi/Lo Interval, Conditioning, Stretch, Step, Yoga, Kickboxing, Beginner Step combo, and Lo Impact. Open daily from 5AM to 10PM including holidays. Seacoast Fitness Club also offers Relaxing Massages, Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Foot Reflexology on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays by certified and licensed massage therapist.

          7 bedroom Oceanfront Beachside Condo. No view is better then this. Five steps off patio and your on the nicest part of wells beach. The whole living room is over looking the ocean. Plenty of room large livingroom. This condo is located on the second floor and makes the view spectalor. There is a Firepit on patio and pict inc tables, gas grills lots of chairs you can take onto the beach. Oceanfront Beachside, right on the beach walking distance to arcade, shops, restaurants. 4 car parking. Near trolley stops.

          The SpaceThe cottage is part of a larger complex - you will be renting privately from us.--- There are two bedrooms (one with three full beds the other with two) and two full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen with table and a living room area, plus extra seating and eating areas on the porch. The second bedroom also has a tiny efficiency kitchenette (sink, toaster, microwave). The units were once a three bedroom motel and have been uniquely transformed (by us) into a family friendly vacation destination. The large enclosed porch connects or separates the bedrooms into one big or two small units. It also provides plenty of space for beach gear, towels, luggage, etc. There is porch access at either end of the building. In the middle of the porch are french doors that can be closed to provide a quiet space -ideal for napping littles in the 2nd bedroom or privacy for the grandparents after a long, tiring day of beaching with the family. The "storm doors" on the porch can be locked in the evening and the two main access doors can be locked too. There is ample outdoor lighting in the complex and outside of the cottage. ****This unique set up would not be ideal if you want your little ones to sleep in a separate bedroom as you need to step out onto the enclosed and locked porch to access the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Our children are between the ages of 7-16 and are fine to use the second bedroom -they prefer it. But if they were younger I would feel like they were too far away. We often vacation with other families so it is nice to have some space in the evenings -if needed. I can provide more information and descriptions of the space if you have questions. Guest AccessThe cottage is part of a larger association (Watercrest cottages) that includes a pool, hot tub, play ground and laundry facilities. Interaction with GuestsThis is our summer rental so we are often off of the premises during the hight of summer. We are always fully available to answer any questions you may have via phone, text or email. Although the cottage is part of a larger community - you are renting privately from us and therefor need to contact us with any issues. We are happy to provide activity ideas, itineraries, restaurant suggestions, grocery store options and fun things to do with the kids, etc. The NeighborhoodThe cottage is part of a larger complex. There are other cottages surrounding our beachy oasis. Located on the East side of RT 1 - these building are unique (an old post office and a motel) in style and amenities as opposed to the "cookie cutter" units on the West side of the street. There are views of Drakes Island and Wells Harbor just beyond the marsh. You can walk to get your morning coffee or afternoon lobster roll. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, pizza joints and convenience stores a short drive, bike, jog or walk away. We are happy to share our favorite spots with you, just ask :) - Wells is also an outdoor activity/adventure hot spot with kayaking, biking, surfing, SUP, fishing and the Rachel Carson preserve minutes away. . The cottage is a stones throw from RT 1 so you hear all the street noise. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic in the morning (joggers, bikers) and evening (late night restaurant staffers on their walk home, police bike patrol) in addition to the usual beach town activity. We live (when not at the beach) in the woods so it seems a bit loud to us sometimes but city folk feel like it's quiet. Getting AroundGetting to Wells is easy and finding the cottage a breeze. Once you are here there are several options for getting around. Wells is a bike friendly town - the main roads are busy but there are well marked bike lanes. Our family bikes often and we always feel safe, even with little ones. Much to my sons dismay there is no skateboarding allowed in town. The Shoreline Explorer Trolly is available all day (from June 27th September 7th) to shuttle you around for beach adventures. The open air Trolly stops right at Watercrest and runs from York to KennyBunk. It makes stops at most public beaches on the route, grocery stores, tourist attractions and Wells Harbor. It is also an inexpensive rainy day exploration activity with the (website hidden) Driving is always an option. Traffic (it's all relative, we are from VT so it sometimes seems busy) is a little heavy on weekends. Public beach parking is usually available and costs $8-15 for the day. Early risers can benefit from hitting up the private/public beaches (Parsons, Gooseneck) that have free limited parking. Trust me, it's worth getting up early for this! Other Things to NoteThere is no daily house keeping. The unit will be cleaned upon your arrival and after your departure. You are responsible for bringing out the rubbish and recycling (bins located behind the building) and general daily upkeep (to reduce wear and tear and to keep the rental costs reasonable) - we provide trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. You will need to bring your own beach towels - we provide bedding and bath towels (no toiletries) plus all kitchen basics.

          The SpaceCharming 460 p2 apartment within 350f of the splendid white sand beach of Wells, Maine. Ideal for two, but can accommodate up to 3 people. The kitchen is well equipped, no need to go to restaurants, you can make memorable meals. If you are just steps away from the beach, you don't have to go far to go to the grocery store ( 1 mile) You can benefit from the calm of the beach while having an easy access to the pleasures of “shopping” or Fun Park. In 15 minutes, towards the south, you will be in Ogunquit and the Marginal Way, Perkins cove...towards the north, you will be please to discover kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Entirely furnished and equipped, you will feel at home. Just need to bring your towels and bed sheets (queen size) and pillow covers. It is the ideal place to benefit from your holidays at the beach !!! No smoking, no animals.

Close liner on the side of the house and grill located in front of the parking spaces I am very available via email or text or phone and make it a priority to respond immediately 16B Atlantic Ave is close proximity to many area attractions: the beach, scenic walks, the arcade, coffee shops , mini golf, restaurants, super market, a movie theatre and more! And all of this is within a mile. I enjoy how quiet, safe, and family oriented Wells Beach is. Additionally we are within a few miles of both Ogunquit and Kennybunkport if you wanted to venture to other hot spots in Maine! Wells is a great area for biking and walking and there is also a trolly you can take within 100 yards of the property that takes you to ogunquit and kennybunkport! With any rental property, issues may happen unexpectedly. I take your investment and vacation time very seriously and want you to know I will do my best to fix the issues ASAP!
