The SpaceThe apartment has 1 queen sized bed in the bedroom, a separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private sunny courtyard. The apartment is decorated with original art and decor reflecting our personality, as well as items we've collected from living abroad.
There is free wifi connected to the NBN network and reverse cycle a/c will keep you cool in summer and toasty in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave and toaster, perfect for whipping up a quick snack or gourmet dinner. The pantry is stocked with coffee, tea, cookies, pasta, oil and sauce. There’s also a washing machine, dryer and iron so you can pack light and enjoy your trip.
The bathroom is large and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, as well as handy toiletries in case you forget something.
Relax because there's free parking for 1 car onsite, accessible by lift to the apartment. Or if you prefer there's parking available on the street next to the building. We’re also happy to give you ideas and information on our beautiful city and state. The NeighborhoodOur apartment is located in the lively inner city suburb of Subiaco. Walking around you’ll find seriously good coffee at Blackbox Brewers, Stimulatte, and Architects and Heroes, as well as restaurants and cafes to suit every budget. Our family favourite pizza al taglio roma or pizza by the slice deli is also a short walk away. If you feel like cooking there’s a Coles and Woolworths Supermarket and on Saturdays the Subi Farmer’s Markets is a must-see local event attracting street food vendors and selling fresh fruits & veggies.
If you feel like soaking in the gorgeous Perth weather, head to one of the many local parks in the area such as Subiaco Park, Mueller Park Playspace which has an extensive children’s outdoor space or good ol' Kings Park.
The University of WA is a short 10min car ride, Cottesloe Beach is a 15min drive, Perth Zoo is a 15min drive over the Narrows Bridge and laid back Fremantle is 30mins drive away. It’s also close to Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner, King Edward and St John of God Hospitals. Getting AroundGetting around is easy, trains, buses or walking. The most convenient way from the airport is by taxi or Uber, approximately $35-50 depending on traffic.
There is parking available nearby and on the street next to the building.
