The Barkers National Nature Park is located to the east of the property so no buildings are adjacent to this resort and often one can watch the wind surfers. Enjoy swimming in the large swimming pool complete with a waterfall and naturally heated Jacuzzi. Snorkeling off the dock to see hundreds of tropical fish.         The SpaceOur condo is one of only two rental units in a small complex. Most days, everyone goes off to work, leaving the pool all to you! The quiet sunsets give you a 270 degree view away from the noise of 7 mile beach. No motorboard, no jet skis, just you and the ocean and the sunset. Guest AccessWe are around the bend from the Cracked Conch (nice service) and Macabuca (deck tiki bar) restaurants. You could swim to them! Grand Cayman's most unique and popular attraction, the turtle farm is less than a half mile down the road. And if you're a diver, you'll be in heaven, with what Scuba magazine called the best shore dive in the world. Cayman is a safe place to drive (even if out the left hand side) and as such, we would recommend renting a car for affordable ease of access to restaurants, beaches and attractions. Other Things to NoteIf staying for longer than a few days you may want to rent a car. Weekly rate of $999 is based on two guests. For more than two guests, weekly rate increases to $1125. Also regular rate of $149 applies for 2 ppl. There is a charge of $20 per person for each additional person per night. There is a cleaning fee of $75

        The SpaceThis place is the ideal for SCUBA DIVERS since it't less than 1 mile from the public dock where most of the diving boats leave, half mile from Lighthouse Diving and 1 mile from Makabuka Divers where you can shore or boat dive. I call this place "country by the sea" because it is a big apartment "country style" with high ceilings and because it's surrounded by trees, but it's by the ocean too! You can have you breakfast in the morning chilling on the private big terrace and looking at the sea. With the word "BIG" terrace I mean 410 square feet (38 squared metres) with a 10'x3' table!! Then you can decide to use my bike to go to the close public beach (1km) or take a bus to go to the 7Mile Beach. If you stay at my place, you can travel with a light baggage since I am providing: - bed linen - bathroom towels - shampoo, body wash, soap, sunscreen, moisturizing lotion etc. - beach towels - complete snorkel gear: mask, snorkel and fins - a beach chair. I am also giving you a local mobile phone you can you can feel free to use to make local phone calls to restaurants, taxi etc. You can use the dish washing machine, the laundry and dryer and you can store your food in the fridge and in the pantry. You can use the kitchen to cook. If you are a scuba diver, you will have a lot of space to store your diving gear and to hang it to dry on the wire in the terrace. I have been leaving here for a long time so I will be more than happy to give you all the information you want on how to spend your time here, from the island attractions, the magic hidden places that few people know, the coolest or the cheapest place where to eat or drink. The apartment is licensed by the Cayman Island Department of Tourism, it has passed the Dept of Fire, Health an Tourism inspections. The final price you pay already includes the 13% tourist taxes that the tourists are requested to pay -by low- to the Dept of Tourism: nothing will be added to the final price you pay to Airbnb. Within 20 minutes from the airport (direct flights from New York, Toronto, Chicago, Miami), 5-10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, and a few minutes to the closest dive shop, the condo is in convenient, yet private location. This is a place where R&R; is the number one priority. You can be as active, or inactive as you want. If you want to be part of the tourist scene of jet skiers, para-sailing, bars, cruise ship scene etc., Seven Mile Beach is just minutes away. If you want to sit on the beach with a good book, listen to the waves, watch the birds, dig your toes in the sand, count the shades of blue (so far, the list is at 80), and give yourself some space to re-charge, your chaise awaits you. If you are a gourmand, or just like to have a great meal, the best and most interesting restaurants are within minutes of our condo. Our guests regularly tell us that it is the best vacation that they have had, and consequently, we have many repeat visitors. We take great pride in providing a very high standard of comfort, hospitality and an environment that is more than the average rental property.
