THE SPACE - private, peaceful, comfortable. Spacious self-contained apartment, ideally suited for 6 people but if necessary an extra mattress on the floor can accommodate a 7th guest. Small front garden but no outdoor entertaining area.
3 BEDROOMS - Queen, Double and Twin (single beds may be converted to a King bed in special circumstances). Spare mattresses for extra guests. Very comfortable beds with all linen provided. Mid-stay linen change and clean available at additional cost after 7 nights.
KITCHEN - appliances include mini oven, microwave, large slow cooker, large electric frypan, hotplates, toaster, kettle, bamix, etc. Complimentary pantry items provided including breakfast essentials for the first couple of mornings.
DINING ROOM - huge dining table, seats 8-10.
LIVING ROOM and BALCONY - light and airy, great views. 50" TV, DVD player, lots of DVDs, books, games.
BATHROOM - 3 individual areas, shower area with full sized bath, separate toilet and a large separate vanity area. Toiletries, hairdryer, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
LAUNDRY - hand-washing facilities provided. Laundry service available upon request at additional cost. Alternatively there is a Laundrette a short walk away.
INTERNET - minimal Telstra internet service is complimentary, extra data top up available for a fee.

They are at your service upon request but will respect your privacy at all times. A lockable internal door separates the two apartments. Your apartment is at the front of the house and is accessed through the front door.
