At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the ground floor bedroom with a queen sized bed. The ground floor bathroom including a shower, toilet and vanity is located adjacent to this bedroom and includes a full laundry with frontloading washing machine and dryer. The door to this bathroom and the ground floor bedroom is 920mm wide to allow for wheelchair and assisted access. There are grab rails to assist frail people around the toilet and there is no lip on the shower or doorway, facilitating use by people who are frail or needing assistance from others. The main bedroom (king size bed), second bedroom (2 long single beds which can make up to a king bed) and third bedroom (either double bed or two single beds) are located upstairs on the first floor. The main bathroom and the master ensuite bathroom are adjacent to the bedrooms. A full sized ironing board and iron and hairdryers complete the equipment in the units. There is a bedroom with a double bed and ask me about availability of second with a single if you require 2 rooms. If you are in Adelaide for work, festivals, travelling through or a job interview it is a great base to be able to immerse yourself in activity then retreat to the ocean when you have had enough! A perfect artists retreat to seclude yourself from the world for a while and gaze out to sea as you create. This property is unique - the closest beachfront house direct to the city! It serves as a perfect base from which to explore the wine regions or any other tourist activities you may have planned. ~ ENTIRE HOUSE may be available to rent from time to time. The bike path goes in front of our house and free bikes can be "hired" from the library or the life saving club - both a 10 minute walk from home. Parking in front of house is easy. A cab from airport costs about $18-$20 Other Things to NoteThere are often festivals, live music or events at Henley square during all year round - far enough away to not be intrusive yet close enough to wander down and enjoy the ambience!

    Apartment 2 is located in the middle of the block on the ground level and is accessed by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. It has a lovely entrance framed by modern landscaping, complete with a communal walled seating area. The modern bathroom is clean and bright with luxurious towels. The kitchen is simple, clean and well equipped with all of the items that you will need for a short term stay, including high end appliances and a complimentary nespresso machine. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen for dining. Bedroom 1 has a built in wardrobe and pillow top queen size bed with luxurious bedding. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 pillow top single beds, luxurious linen and a walk in robe. The living room is furnished with a sofa, additonal seating and a 32inch lcd television, a JBL ipod docking station and a remote controlled r/c airconditioner. Both bedrooms and the living room look onto modern landscaping and an additional communal courtyard. New carpet and designer roman blinds have been installed throughout. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout apartment 2. Apartment 2 is suitable for up to 4 people and 1 infant. A portable cot with one set of bedding is available only by pre request. No smoking and no pets allowed. A modern laundry room with coin operated maytag washer and dryer is available for all registered tenants usage. Security gates keep the entire block safe and are operated by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. One parking space is available for apartment 2, additional off street parking is available along Military Rd. Arabella on West is monitored by recorded CCTV. Apartment has been furnished to a high end standard with designer items used throughout.     The SpaceThis lovely house sits on a quiet street but is just a short walk from Henley Beach and Henley Square where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants, cafes, bars and a shopping centre. The interiors are bright and there is also a lovely courtyard and BBQ, for enjoying summer nights outdoors. Guests may access all areas of the house and make use of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. We are happy to provide any information and help which may make you stay more enjoyable! Henley Beach is a thriving neighbourhood which has the perfect balance of tranquility, conviviality and excitement. There are many places to eat out and you'll never tire of the fabulous sunsets from the jetty. The house is situated within 5 minutes walk from the bus line which travels into the city. It is approximately 25 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. There is a private driveway and plenty of street parking. Best option from Adelaide Airport is to take a taxi or use a hire car. Unfortunately we do not allow pets and smoking. Guest AccessGuests have access to the house and garden. Our property is a non-smoking property and all laundry is done on site, so you know that the homes will be fresh and comfortable. We use the ENJO cleaning system to make our homes clean and green. Guest AccessThe whole townhouse is provided as a self-catering home, so you have an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms including laundry facilities, 3 decks, and a private 2 car garage. Interaction with GuestsThe host is lives in the home next door and is available if you have any problems. Each home has a private entrance and other than signing the register when you arrive, you don't need to interact with the host unless there is something that you need. The NeighborhoodWest Beach is a coastal suburb of Adelaide, between Glenelg and Henley Beach. It has a great seaside village vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Getting AroundThe area is services by a comprehensive bus service taking you to the CBD or suburbs north and south of us. Other Things to NoteChildren and dogs are welcome. There's gates on the top and bottom of the stairs in townhouse 1 & 3 making them really family friendly.
