The SpaceWe have four double rooms available in our recently refurbished home, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Please note our pricing below is for the entire property and the minimum stay is 5 days. Two rooms have queen sized beds, one room has twin beds and one room has one set of single bunks. All rooms are tastefully decorated, and come complete with built in wardrobes , desk,chair and reading lamp. A flat screen LED wall mounted TV is in all rooms except for the bunk room. Each room has its own keyed entrance for extra security. Linen, pillows and towels are also provided. There are two bathrooms, each with showers and one with toilet. There is also a second separate toilet. Free WIFI is available throughout the house. A fully equipped kitchen complete with stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, rice cooker, all crockery, cutlery and glassware is available for guests use. There is ample off street parking available for 2 vehicles and we are situated in a quiet residential Cul De Sac. The city bus route is 2 minutes walk and a short 10 kilometre bus ride will get you to the City Centre. We are 5 minutes drive from the main Perth free-way and a two minute drive to Reid highway which is the main route to the domestic and international airports, which are only 20mins away. Perths best beaches including the famous Scarborough Beach are about 10 kilometres away. A shopping centre is within 5 minutes walk with supermarket., pharmacy and speciality stores. Our home is a smoke free environment. The home is let on the basis of a maximum of two people per room. Cost for the entire property is from $200.00 per night for up to 8 people from 1st March to 30th November. Peak Summer rate applies from 1st December to 28th February at $225.00 per night. Eating outside is such a pleasure. Interaction with GuestsJoan is available for all guests inquiries, and will accommodate any requests when possible. The NeighborhoodThere is a beautiful park one minute from the property, lovely for a morning or evening walk, it also has a playground to keep the little ones amused. Getting AroundPublic transport is only 2 minutes from the property with all buses going to the city 15 to 20 minutes. Most guests hire a car, making it easy to get out and enjoy all that Perth and surrounds have to offer.

The SpaceWelcome to Perth! This very affordable private house is situated only a 20 minute drive to the airport, Perth city and Joondalup. When compared to other Perth accommodation you will find our place to be cheaper yet provides you with more. Why stay at a caravan park or bad motel when you can stay here? When booking please include children (from 6 months old) in the number of guests you select. (eg. 2 adults and 2 children = 4 guests not 2 guests) Port-a-cot available on request for $40 cash per stay. The House: Lounge - Sofa, TV, and air-conditioning/heating Kitchen - Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, table and chairs Cutlery/Crockery and other kitchen items to cook with. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, wardrobe with hangers and air-conditioning/heating Bedroom 2 - Single loft bed, wardrobe with hangers and single foam mattress for the floor if you want to sleep an extra person Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, wardrobe with hangers Laundry - Washing machine Bathroom - Shower, extra large bath, basin (the bathroom shower area is designed to be open ie. no door but there is a screen/curtain that is used to add privacy to this area and separate it from the laundry area.) The toilet is separate to the shower/bathroom area and has a door. All bedding and linen/towels provided. As the house is self contained you need to supply your own food and toiletries (toilet paper is supplied for the first few days only). If you are a smoker, even an outside smoker please do not book this accommodation. The smell of smoke remains on clothing and therefore transfers off onto furnishings in the house. We choose to keep our rentals smoke free Outdoors: Off street parking for one small vehicle (free parking) is available but if you have a large car you will have to park it on the verge which is mulched with wood chips and shared use of outdoor patio with seating overlooking a frog pond (please note that during breeding season July - Jan the motorbike frogs do call all night). Children should be supervised even though the pond isn't deep. Parking is FREE. At the back of this house is a one bedroom, granny flat type of accommodation which is also available via airbnb to rent. All our rentals have solar panels on the roof to reduce our carbon footprint and mostly native gardens. The Area: Local public transport is provided by the government and is called Transperth. You may wish to do a search on the internet to find the webpage. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. Local takeaway, deli are all within walking distance and major shopping centre only a 5 minute drive. Please check the calendar for availability. If the dates you want are unavailable that means someone else has booked and this place is not available. See my other listings as they may have availability. This place is not usually available to view before a booking is taken. One reason is that it is usually fully booked and I do not want to invade other peoples privacy by showing you through the place they have booked and paid for. Please don't ask as refusal may offend. This house is close to the city, beaches and public transport is only a few minutes walk away. Interaction with GuestsThe house is very private therefore there is limited interactions with guests as we live some 15 minutes away. The NeighborhoodQuite, friendly neighborhood with many native birds. Getting AroundBus stop at the end of the street which is run by TransPerth. Uber is cheaper than Perth taxis. Sign up to Uber and get $ off your first ride when you use my sign up code amberc1158ue Other Things to NoteNo more than a total of 6 guests thanks. If you are misleading with the number of guests you have booked and paid for you will be asked to leave the property immediately and you will have to cancel your booking through airbnb. Unfortunately some guest have chosen to only book for 6 guests and then expect to sleep 8 or 10 people. This number of guest is unacceptable and only a maximum of 6 guests is allowed, this includes children. When you compare our rentals with a bed/bunkbed in a 6-8 person dorm at a backpackers ($30 night per person), you will find our places to be very affordable. A port-a-cot is available to hire at $40 per stay if you have a baby.

The SpaceLarge bed, large room. Fully furnished. 1 room comfortably sleeps two. I have plenty of blankets and heating/cooling. You get the run of the house most or all of the time. 2 rooms available upon request, but only 1 has fixed air-con. Guest AccessAll areas of the house generally. If it's Friday to Sunday, I may be home. The NeighborhoodVery close to parks, shops, public transport. Bottle shop, petrol station, IGA and a small pub down the road. I like to drive to the beach often and the city is a short bus and train ride, or a 25 minute drive. Catch the 371 along princess road, which turns left at Beach Road and heads to Warwick Train Station in about 15 minutes. Getting AroundBuses and trains, ahoy. Nearest train station is Warwick which is 4 stops south toward the city. Nearest bus route is the 371 along process road to beach road which terminates at Warwick (email hidden)ere are buses along wanneroo road to Perth city I assume. Other Things to NoteWashing line is around the corner, out the back. Back door handle opens UPWARD not downward. The bathroom sink tap leaks.

The NeighborhoodRochester Circle is a nice friendly and save suburb situated in Balga area , the house is located front a Celebration Park perfect for a nightly walk . Getting AroundShopping Center Westminster is a 10 minutes walk, and 15 minutes by bus to Perth CBD. Bus stop is a only 3 minutes walk from the house.

The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is extremely multi-cultural, so you will see people from all walks of life. We have been here for 2 years and it has always been peaceful. We are 15minutes drive from Perth city, 20 minutes drive from the airport. 12 minutes drive from the beach, 15minutes drive from swan valley! So pretty much accessible little spot! Getting AroundDriving will definitely be the most convenient. However, we have a feeder bus that takes you to Mirrabooka Bus port as well. It is a 15minutes leisurely stroll to the bus port from our place. Other Things to NoteWe have a pet dog that lives in our backyard, but is never allowed in our house. She is also a guard dog, so will bark when something unfamiliar comes about. Also another small dog, that we let in when we are home at night.
