The SpaceVery pleasant room upstairs with a private 3/4 bathroom and lovely queen sized bed. This room is off the kitchen, adjacent to the side patio entry. A large west window overlooks the yard. No discreet entrance, but the room itself has plenty of privacy. Inviting, artistic space inside and outside the house. Patios on two sides for relaxing and enjoying my park-like yard. No smoking in the house but outside is acceptable. Off street parking. Lovely older neighborhood, excellent location; minutes from downtown and the foothills, a few blocks from RTD bus stop and the W light rail. Near major shopping, restaurants, grocery and cultural venues: Belmar, Lodo, Highlands, Golden, NREL, Downtown. Great for a business trip, visit to several nearby colleges, or Colorado sightseeing year round. I have hosted guests from around the world in my home! Guest AccessAccess to the main kitchen, patios, living room if you like and the yard. There is space in the frig and freezer for food; some in the garage frig, too. Parking is in the driveway or in front of my house.WiFi available. Interaction with GuestsI interact as much as folks like. Getting AroundThis is an ideal location with RTD two blocks away, LightRail system 5 blocks away to downtown or malls, and daily shopping within walking distance of home. Also, the Open Space nearby is a great escape to mountain views and walking trails in the middle of the city. It's a special feature of this neighborhood. Close to two rec centers and several parks. Other Things to NoteI ask that guests not invite others without discussing plans ahead. No overnight guests or late night socializing. This room is for one guest unless there is a prior arrangement.

The Space****This has a convenient 2 Car Garage!***** This one level home has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a 2 car garage which is popular for winter travelers. The Master bedroom is a suite and separate from the other 2 bedrooms. All beds include extra soft linens and bedding. One of my favorite features; the bathroom has a window in the shower that opens to the Colorado sunshine. You'll feel like you are taking a shower outdoors but with more privacy!. It's always nice to have the window open to the birds singing and sun shining while in the shower. The kitchen comes fully stocked to meet your every cooking need. The home includes all cable/internet and wifi needs. This house has a great layout and is perfect for just spreading out and relaxing after a long day in the city or the mountains. Its a mini garden in the city! hurry The fruit trees are ready for picking and the vegetable garden is at its peak!! There;s plenty of grocery/shopping within a mile so it's an easy walk most anywhere. From the Wal-mart, Grocery, Sams Club and Costco just minutes away, you will not have trouble finding what you need. This home is minutes away from the famous Lakeside Park and amusement Park. It's history goes back for more than 50 years and is known for the lavish flower gardens throughout the park,. Also, I-70 is an easy 60 second access that gets you easily to the mountains, Central City, Downtown and DIA,. This home is located just outside of the fast paced city life without all the traffic and congestion. It's easy access to the highway helps you get anywhere fast while still enjoying the slower paced area of Wheat Ridge. Guest AccessThe entire property is available. Interaction with GuestsI always do a meet and greet when guests arrive if possible. After that there doesn't need to be any further communication unless there are questions about my home. The SpaceLike you, I love traveling and meeting people. I have a cozy 4 bedroom home, 5 minutes from Interstate 70 & the mountains, 1 hour to skiing, 10 minutes from downtown Denver, and a 5 minute walk to Light Rail or the busline. Our home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood near a lake with walking & bicycle paths and awesome mountain views! We have a sunny front porch with a comfy chair for reading and a huge back yard with lots of trees. My home is a non-smoking home, including marajuna. My 3 bedroom home includes two private rooms with single beds, and another room with a double bed. The beds are comfy, private shower is warm, internet available, and you are welcome to do laundry. I am a Colorado Native and can direct you to great places to see & fun things to do. I love meeting new people and have been blessed by so many folks when I've been traveling - I would like to return the favor and welcome you into our home; myself and my lovable dog.

The SpaceThis is located on a historic property behind the main house. This is just a guest house (there is no kitchen). There is another building just up from the cabin, which has a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffee pot, dining table, sitting area with couch and easy chair. This is added when two weeks or more is reserved. If you are staying short-term and want to add it, you may do so for an additional $25 per night. Guest AccessIf you would like television with an extra sitting room, please inquire! Interaction with GuestsThe property is quite peaceful and secluded. You can come and go as you please with little or no interaction the the homeowner. We certainly welcome any interaction! The NeighborhoodThis home is only two blocks from town center, which is where many festive and fun things happen! The town of Wheat Ridge is always coming up with creative ways to bring their community together. You can walk to one of many restaurants, coffee, grocery, shopping, etc. Two block down is Right Coast Pizza, a very popular, local establishment who focuses on all thing Colorado. Getting AroundThere is a main bus line several blocks from the house. There are also a lot of great places to ride your bike. Other Things to NoteLots to walk to in this neighborhood! Many restaurants (3 breakfast places!), coffee, grocery, nail salon, flower shop, ice cream, scooter rental, cycle shop........

The SpaceThe bedroom has a full size bed. Two people can share if they know each other really well ;o) Its a 2 bathroom house. Your bathroom is not attached to your bedroom but it is primarily yours! For additional fee, you can also book a massage($55/hr) or use of hot tub ($10/person/hour) Guest AccessYou can hang out anywhere in the house. Backyard patio is available for your use. Smoking is ok as long as it is OUTSIDE. If you need to use the washer / dryer occasionally that is fine. Kitchen is available for basic cooking needs. Fridge / cupboard space can be arranged. Interaction with GuestsI work from home so I am around most of the time. I'm friendly and helpful and happy to give advice about the local scene but I won't hang out and chat for too long. My home is my office - I have work to do ;o) My son has been told to 'leave the guests alone' so he won't bother you much. ;o) The NeighborhoodSemi rural feel while just 20 minutes to downtown Denver. Views of the foothills from the front yard and on a clear day you can see Pikes Peak from the end of the driveway! Wonderful coffee shops and restaurants are nearby too. Getting AroundWe are 1/4 mile from Oak Street and Garrison Street Light Rail Stations - we're just about midway between the two. Major Bus routes are available a similar distance / short walk away. Commercial taxis, Lyft and Uber available. I have space for you to park a rental car too. Other Things to NoteWe have a cat - if you are allergic, this may not be the best place for you. I have an autistic son - he's 14 years old, non-verbal but sociable. He is out a lot but if you are really uncomfortable around people with special needs, this might not be a good fit.

The SpaceYou will enjoy our 1950s updated ranch. With over 2200 square feet of living space on 2 levels, there is plenty of space to spread out. We have everything you need to be comfortable! Towels, shampoo, soap, coffee pot, iron, stocked kitchen, etc. If you need it, chances are we've got it...in addition to a jetted tub, perfect after a day on the mountain or adventuring around town! Our home has 3 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 queens, as well as a twin daybed on the 3 season porch (probably not available Nov-May). There is plenty of space for an airmatress or sleeping bags. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire home and fenced in backyard. Driveway and street parking are available. We have a dog door leading to the fenced yard. Dogs are negotiable (Additional fees may apply. Please contact us to discuss details). No cats allowed. Interaction with GuestsWe will have very little interaction with guests as we will most likely be enjoying a vacation away from home. We will do our best to be here upon check-in or will send you directions for the lockbox prior to check-in. While we may not be present, we will be available via text, phone and email. The NeighborhoodOur house is in a quiet neighborhood in Wheat Ridge, a suburb just west of Denver's best neighborhoods - the Highlands, Berkeley, and Sloans Lake! But don't let this sleepy little suburb fool you! We've got some great secrets of our own...Colorado Plus Brewpub, Right Coast Pizza, Clancy's Irish Pub, West 29th Restaurant, Twisted Smoothie, Brewery Rickoli, and more, are all within a mile. Getting AroundEasy access to I-70 for trips to the mountains or the airport. Numerous bus stops within 2-6 blocks. Light rail station is less than 2 miles north and south. Ample street and driveway parking on quiet and safe street. Other Things to NoteWe have 2 beach cruiser bikes that may be available for use. Our 4 chickens lay about 1 egg each per day...help yourself! We can talk you through collecting the eggs. It's very easy and they are delicious! This will not be available during winter as their laying stops or significantly slows down.

Nestled amongst the Porsche dealership and numerable pawnshops, we’re in a “rurban” (yes that is a real word) area of the evolving West Colfax neighborhood. Crown Hill Park is a couple of blocks away and perfect for a morning jog, and you can be in the heart of downtown Denver in 15 minutes. Getting AroundYou’ll likely want a car, especially if you’re planning a trip to the mountains. However, for you true urbanites, we’re located within a 15 minute walk from Garrison Street (W line) lightrail station. The SpaceYou’re going to love visiting this house year ‘round. It has a beautiful updated kitchen with a large 5-burner gas stove, double oven, and concrete counter tops. There are hardwood floors throughout, and a retro mid-mod bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the back bedroom has two twin-size beds. The house has a covered back porch and patio area with a cozy back yard and a beautiful perennial garden in the front. Pick your own fresh raspberries, peaches, and plums in the summer. The house is 420 friendly. Vaping inside is okay, smoking outside only, please. Guest AccessCoffee and tea, basic cooking items, shampoo and soaps included. Interaction with GuestsMinimal interaction, but we live close, so please let us know if you need anything! Do you have little ones and don't want to travel with baby gear? We have you covered, just ask. Pack-n-play, stroller, high chairs, toys....just let us know and we can include that in your rental package. The NeighborhoodQuiet residential street, but you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, Italian deli (with amazing home-made sausage and pasta), and a liquor store conveniently located right out the back door. Getting AroundYou have very easy access to I-70 from here. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport, and easy access to the mountains. 38th Avenue is a block away, and takes you right into downtown (about 15 min.). There's also a bus line 1/2 block from the house that goes into downtown Denver. The 32nd and Lowell and Tennyson Street business districts are 5 minutes away and offer excellent dining and shopping options. Other Things to NoteNo loud parties. Your well-behaved dog is welcome, additional deposit may be required, but no cats please. No tobacco use in the house.

    The Apartment This very clean, quiet, comfortable walkout basement apartment is attached to our house and has a separate, private walkway and entrance. It has been completely remodeled by us with lots of care and love. It is ideal for clean, quiet travelers seeking a space to relax and call home during their trip to Colorado. We also live in the adjacent house and work from home, but we have built in noise reduction baffling where possible in the common walls to help minimize sound transfer. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown Denver, RTD #38 bus (one block away), Highlands neighborhood, Tennyson Street Shopping area, Golden, Clear Creek Trail, grocery stores, Crown Hill Park, and lots of nature. 30min. from/to Denver International Airport, and 35min. to Boulder. Lutheran Medical Center is 2min. away. Enjoy the beautiful mountain view, parks, and the open spaces, while staying so close to town/city centers.         The Apartment This very clean, quiet, comfortable walkout basement apartment is attached to our house and has a separate, private walkway and entrance. It has been completely remodeled by us with lots of care and love. It is ideal for clean, quiet travelers seeking a space to relax and call home during their trip to Colorado. We also live in the adjacent house and work from home, but we have built in noise reduction baffling where possible in the common walls to help minimize sound transfer. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown Denver, RTD #38 bus (one block away), Highlands neighborhood, Tennyson Street Shopping area, Golden, Clear Creek Trail, grocery stores, Crown Hill Park, and lots of nature. 30min. from/to Denver International Airport, and 35min. to Boulder. Lutheran Medical Center is 2min. away. Enjoy the beautiful mountain view, parks, and the open spaces, while staying so close to town/city centers. One bedroom with one very comfortable queen bed (Sleep Number). We also have a day bed (one person) set up in the studio/living room area, if needed--Please request use of the day bed for sleeping so we can set it up for you before your arrival.
