Close to bike riding trails, boat rentals, golf, Michigan Adventure Amusement Park. We have had a few people inquire about beach, it depends on the water level in Lake Michigan. Some years we have 60ft of sandy beach, other seasons less. Regardless of amount of beach the walk-in from shore is a WARM shallow sandy area/swim area great for kids. Lake Michigan public beaches are a short boat ride or 2-3 mile walk/drive away. Most will find the waters of White Lake to be warmer and calmer for swimming. We will also have an option for our rental customers to lease a newer 115hp pontoon boat for the rental term.

Although we are brand new to this site, we are in our 10th year of renting our home and are proud to have a five star rating from our guests. Here are a couple sample reviews we have received from our guests: "This was our family's 3rd year renting in Western Michigan and we hit the jackpot with this house! It was by far the best-stocked house we've rented; you really only need to bring your clothes and stop at the nearby Meijer for groceries. Everything else is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials!.. The house was also spotless and very updated." "We came here with two families total and the house was PERFECT for this. Our kids loved the house more than anything else... They kept saying they just wanted to play in the 'backyard' (by the dock). We caught tons of fish off the dock, loved the lake because it was so shallow and safe for the little ones, and built fires in the sand at night. The owners make everything very convenient by providing so much at the house...so packing was simple, which is always nice! Couldn't have asked for a better value or a more fun time!!!" "This was by far the nicest accommodation we've had over the years while visiting my folks, and we look forward to staying in your house again if we're able to return next year. Also I'd like to say thank you for the quick return of our security deposit, I was very pleased to receive the check less than a week after we returned home." Our lakefront home has over 2700 square feet, 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 3 full bathrooms. We have 85' of frontage on a sandy all-sports lake. The lake is spring fed and the depth increases slowly so kids have plenty of room to splash around. We have stocked our house with all the incidentals you'll need for your time at our house. Our kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer, aluminum wrap, plastic wrap, a new scouring sponge, dishwashing detergent, cooking spray, paper towels, napkins... In the bathrooms you'll find towels and washcloths, hairdryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. We have an abundant supply of beach towels and the house has a large capacity washer and dryer (including detergent) that you are welcome to use. The house has two levels plus a loft. Each level has a living room, bedroom and bathroom so two families could easily share the house. The main level has a great room (combining living room, dining room and kitchen) with sliding glass doors to the deck; a master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV and DVD player, master bathroom and walk-in closet; a second bathroom with a jetted tub; a laundry room with a large capacity washer and a dryer; and a loft over the great room, which includes a queen size sleeper sofa and desk. The kitchen is modern, spacious and clean. There is a coffee maker, blender and toaster and abundant dishes, glassware, cookware, and serving pieces. The dining area has a table and seven chairs. There are also 4 bar stools that surround the kitchen island and a high chair. The main floor great room has a gas fireplace, cable TV and a DVD player. The lower level has a living room (with a queen sleeper sofa) and cable TV with a DVD player. There are also two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen), a full bathroom and sliding doors to the patio. The lower level has its own thermostat separate from the main floor for your comfort. We offer a paddle boat and a row boat with a small motor down by the beach. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella for those who don't like the direct sun. We have life preservers for small children all the way up to adult size. There is plenty of sports equipment for those times the kids don't want to be in the water. Besides the paved area by the garage where the basketball hoop is there is a substantial backyard to enjoy as well as a swingset. In the winter the hill down to the lake makes a fantastic sled hill and we are right next to snowmobile trails. We keep a binder in the living room with area attractions (winter and summer) and directions.

Magnificent lakefront home in prime location on White Lake's south shore very near Lake Michigan & Duck Lake State Park beach, the White Lake Yacht Club & excellent Lakeside Inn. Most of the year Lake Michigan is to cool for kids to swim, let them enjoy swimming in the warm water of White Lake with easy boat and drivable access to Lake Michigan if you even wish to go there. The newer quality built brick ranch is both elegant and comfortable. 4,800 sq. ft. finished with 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths(each with whirlpool) his/hers garages, and a huge lakeside patio for entertaining & sunset views. You'll love the gourmet kitchen with gorgeous granite & quality cabinetry & stainless appliances. Beautiful crown & base moldings & exquisite decor. Area offers lots of unique shops. Small Drive access for other homes parallel with lake below house. 250' seasonal dock patio. White Lake is a beautiful all sports lake with Channel access to Lake Michigan. You have the best of both worlds. Boating and water sports on calm lake/private dock and then the enjoyment of Lake Michigan Beaches.
