    The SpaceWe have 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living hall which can accommodate two extra guests. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the whole house where sliding door provide direct access to patio and garden. The house has a television, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine and a fully furnished kitchen facilities provided. Breakfast will be provided with bread, jam and butter. Fruits will be provided upon request. Features of the house include fast wifi connection and smoke detector. We use quality bed sheets, comforters and pillows. All the rooms have a reversed cycled air conditioning. House is surrounded by trees and plants which make the area very cooling. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also provided for guests. Guest AccessOutdoor around the house including patio and garden. Car park will be provided for guests. Interaction with GuestsShirley works as an Education Assistant at a primary school. For guests who have children and are thinking of migrating to Australia, she would be able to give some advice regarding the school system. We are living next door to the unit, as such would be very convenient for guests if they have any issue or if they need help. We are helpful and trustworthy people. We will help our guests live like locals, relax in our unit and enjoy the green environment. For guest who perfer privacy, just to let you know, our guests do not live with us. It is a separate building. The NeighborhoodQuiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, safe environment and friendly neighbors. The NeighborhoodThis a safe, multicultural area situated within walking distance to public transport (-5 minutes across the park) commercial and industrial areas, and short drive (-10 minutes) to Murdoch/Curtain universities and the Swan River, where folks can be seen throwing a line in, have family picnics and pretty decent Australia Day fireworks. Essential shopping and a fair selection of Asian groceries and 4 star take-away to fine dining, recreation such as gyms, tennis, and a 50 metre pool is nearby via bus, car, and/or train. (See my map of my local recommendations.) Around 15 minute drive will get you to most popular destinations Fremantle, Northbridge, The Zoo, Victoria Park, and the CBD. Public transport is opposite the reserve opposite the home. The areas bicycle paths cut across this surburb via "nature strips". There is a scenic route along the Swan River to the CBD. You can also take a bicycle on the train. Loaner car and bicycles are available. Getting AroundAccess to the bus is across the street via the park as well as local amenities included in the photos: Grocer - IGA, Gourmet Take Away, Coffee Shop, News Agents, Liquor store, Pharmacy, Hair Salon, Asian diner/ Indian take-away The Bullcreek train station is three stops 5-10 mins. Stand on the same side of street as IGA. Bullcreek train station to Perth CBD is 8-13 mins every 15 -30 mins. Plenty of parks for a leisurely walk and tennis courts nearby. Golf course and Leisureplex (swimming, sauna, gym) 5 mins drive.

Getting AroundWe are close to bus routes offering easy access to Fremantle, larger shopping complexes and the light rail into the city. Fremantle is 20 minutes by car or 35 mins by public transport. To get into Perth will take you 15 minute by car and 30 minutes using Public transport. Uber fare from Perth Airport $23-32 about 30mins. Other Things to NoteThe house has a security system which will need to be set on vacating the property. We have a very well behaved and talkative Budgie, but no other pets.

Getting AroundThe bus is two minute walk across park, then 5-10 mins to Bullcreek Station. CBD only 8-13 mins. Other Things to NoteWe have an Alaskan Malimute (dog) who stays outside. She is 10 years old, friendly and harmless, but does a great job protecting the premises. No robberies - touch wood. The below ground pool is closed 'til November and is ready for swimming when the weather is warm. There is one toilet shared by all, so it is appreciated that one does not use it to catch up on the internet.

It is close to CBD and Fremantle (can be reached within 30 mins by public transportation). It is also nearby Curtin University, plenty of gorgeous of local parks (please see the proximity on the map). The Swan Valley wine region is also not far away (you can reach within 20-30 minutes by car). For other sports - a golf course and a swimming pool are just a step away. Two major suburb shopping centres - Riverton Forum and Southland are also nearby. Supermarket, bakery, newsagency/post office, salon, etc. are only within 5 mins walk. Getting Around HOW TO GET HERE... The easiest way to get to Willetton from the Airport is by renting a car (there is a FREE parking space on the premises) or taxi. It takes 15-20 mins (international +/-$55 and domestic +/-$45). Alternatively, we can provide airport pick-up or drop-off service start from $15/person for normal hours (8 am to 6pm). For after hours, there will be surcharge at $30/person. Public transport is more than possible. Take a 'Connect' shuttle bus from the airport (international $18 or domestic $15) and get off at Perth Underground train Station. From there, catch a train to Bull Creek station and then take connection bus number 508 or 509 to Willetton (around $4). The nearest bus stop is only 2 mins walk to our place.
