Totally renovated in 2014 the cottage is located among 1800’s homes and just a half-mile from historic Pultneyville. This sweet little abode began life in the early 1900’s as the Pultneyville Harbor Office, before being moved to its present location in the 1950’s. In 2014 we went through it stem to stern, and painted, mended, or replaced everything in her, while keeping the original heart and soul of the cottage.
The family room has a sofa (sleeper) and 2 chairs, plus a bar height table and stools for dining or game-play. A Flat screen TV with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast is provided and free Wi-Fi. (NOTE Strong reception for AT&T & Verizon Wireless cell service)
Mature shade trees and a wonderful lake breeze keep you cool in the summer. **NEW in 2016 we added a window AC Unit** Fans are also provided.
The newly renovated kitchen features all new appliances, cabinets and finishes. If you want to cook, the kitchen is ready for you with complete cookware and dinnerware. A microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and a blender are included too. An outside gas grill is also provided.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds (NEW Serta Perfect Sleepers 2015). There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 as well. Linens included!
The bathroom has all new fixtures and finishes and is very roomy, and includes a tub/shower unit. Towels provided.
Step outside and enjoy seating on the covered front porch, with a beautiful view of the cherry orchard across the street (we are surrounded by orchards). In the back is a stone patio with a table and chairs, and a fire pit (wood is available). A short 5 minute walk across the street brings you to a 100-foot high bluff with beautiful views of Lake Ontario.

Died and gone to heaven, the sweetest summers on the planet are right here.
The front porch, the area, the quiet, the old trees, the apple orchards all around, are just a few of the reasons we are here. Getting AroundWalking to town works since it's a half mile, but you'll need a car for Sodus Point (10 miles). This is a major bicycle route (Seaway trail).
Williamson is 5 minutes away and has groceries, gas and laundry. Other Things to NoteThe PHOC is close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. We have priced this to be gentle on your wallet, but with all that you need. We love meeting our new guests, and hope they feel like family and keep coming back.
