Bushwalking trails and coastal walks. Lots of bike tracks for mountain bikes and road bikes. Hang Gliding at Stanwell Tops, the spectaculor Seacliff Bridge, Symbio Wildlife Park, Nan Tien Budhist Temple, Minimurra Rainforest, Mt Keira lookout, Illawarra Fly Tree Top Walk, Kiama Blow Hole, canoeing, hiking & swimming in the Royal National Park. 2 hours drive to the Jervis Bay Marine Park which has the whitest sand in the world and lots of dolphins. 2 hours drive to the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The SpaceA super quiet location close to the most popular beach and only minutes to the centre of town. A leafy setting with views of the ocean, this really is a retreat in North Wollongong. The apartment is a large two bedroom space with ample room for guests. Guest AccessWe want you to feel as at home as possible. Though this is a private room only, guests will have access to the entire apartment. Your room is equipped with a TV and wifi access. You are welcome to share and use the kitchen, fridge, stove-top, oven, microwave, cookware, appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. We only ask that you provide your own food and clean up after yourself. Basic kitchen staples are provided (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, condiments etc), as well as a light breakfast of muesli and milk. Guests can also use the laundry if needed. We look forward to meeting new people, if time allows it. The NeighborhoodWe moved to North Wollongong 9 years ago, this being the fourth address we have had in this street. There is a reason for this, it really is the premier spot in North Wollongong. Super quiet, friendly, tranquil with everything Wollongong has to offer right on your door step. Walk to the beach, Stuart Park is our backyard and transport amenities close by. Great cafe's for any time of the day are just a 1 minute walk away, some with amazing views of the ocean and great food to compliment. Getting AroundThe free city shuttle bus has a stop just 200 metres away. North Wollongong train station is also an easy 10 minute walk. You can also reach Wollongong Central for shopping and sightseeing on foot in 10-15 minutes. Other Things to NotePlease no smoking at all. Not even on the balconies.

The SpaceIts only for students who are studying or traveling the world. Guest AccessLet me tell you a bit about the Student cove complex. It has 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers in each bathroom to be shared across 12 rooms. Student Cove is a similar concept to university accommodation where students have their own room which has bed, cupboard, desk, chair etc and each room is leased individually and you share common facilities including lounge/tv room, kitchen and bathrooms, large backyard with table tennis. Please note you are required to bring your own linen/blanket/pillow. Interaction with GuestsWe typically get a mix of local and international students in our intake and a mix of genders - we currently have people from Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australia. The NeighborhoodWe are near the beach and 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city and the big supermarket (woolworths) Getting Around3 minute walk to key bus line. Other Things to NoteThis is not a youth hostel where you will come to get drunk and party in, its a safe place for students to base themselves and enjoy Wollongong or study over the summer on your research project, do a placement at the hospital etc Also we do not provide towels or bed linen, only the pillow and mattress - residents are responsible for their own linen.

The SpaceSituated 70 mins from Sydney. Your room for a couple (queen bed) has its own entrance separate to the main house situated above. You have your own bathroom and a living area that opens out onto a communal garden. We don't provide breakfast however the flat has its own kitchen for you to cook up something yummy . The bed in the flat is a Queen Bed thus the room is suited for a couple. We would also consider a couple with a young child. We would recommend having your own car if staying with us. As the house is situated on a hill. There is a bus stop outside. The Wollongong 6 bus stops there a couple of times a day. We live upstairs and can help with any local knowledge needed. To ensure that you return home safely after a night out in Wollongong, there are a range of late night transport options available. The RMS manages the operation of Night Buses between Wollongong and Thirroul, and between Wollongong and Dapto (as well as other locations in NSW). This is another community Road Safety Initiative. As this is a B&B please be aware that the caretaker will enter the area during your stay to do light cleaning, to give information about the area and to discuss the accommodation being secure during your stay and upon check out. The NeighborhoodNi-kai is within easy, flat, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and train station. Getting AroundIt is 20min walk from Wollongong Station and 5 min walk from the free bus. Other Things to NoteIt is the top storey of the house. I live underneath. You can enter through the front or back.

The SpaceA quiet abode in quiet, leafy suburbia. Our one bedroom apartment easily caters for two adults. If you have a baby we can supply a portacot. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary utensils to cook up a storm. The living area has a small dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and stereo and two comfortable lounge chairs. The bathroom has a shower/half bath, vanity unit, toilet, washing machine and tub. Guest AccessIf you have wheels of the motor type it will be parked kerbside keeping our 1991 silver Camry company. You have access to your front door, which is actually down the side of the house, via our leafy side path. This path also leads you to the backyard with distant southerly views and laden orange trees (in season) as well as to the shared clothesline. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy people and happy to interact as much or as little as the guests would like. The NeighborhoodWe are on Mangerton Hill with views of Wollongong lighthouse, city and escarpment. The street is lined with jacaranda, cedar and bottle brush trees. It is a quiet street with lovely and engaging residents. It is a delight to listen to the birds in the trees of morning and the resident blue tongue lizard wanders past occasionally. Getting AroundWollongong train station is a 7 minute walk from the unit and 10 minute walk to Crown Street's great cafes and the Free Bus to the City, Beaches, Innovation Campus and University. A brisk 30 minute walk will have you on City Beach to soak up the sun and surf. Other Things to NoteThe Wollongong Hospital and many of the specialist medical practices are only a 10 minute walk away which saves the hassle of parking .

The SpaceThe room is very large and acts as a small apartment and kitchenette for basic meal preparation. It features: an ensuite bathroom, convection microwave, fridge, basic kitchen ware, linen, towels, queen bed, DTV, air conditioner for heating and cooling, laundry facility is down stairs for you to use (prices applied for longer stays than 3 nights). The balcony has beautiful cedar french doors that open up the entire room to the vista. The home is architecturally designed, full of charm and European characteristics. A minutes walk to Dalton Park for those attending sporting events. The Illawarra region is only one hour drive from Sydney yet seems a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful beaches everywhere, the escarpment allows for magnificent views for miles both north and south. Tourist attractions nearby include the Nan Tien Buddhist Temple, Jamberoo Water Park, Illawarra Fly, Symbio Wildlife Park and a drive across the Sea Cliff bridge is a must. The SpaceFully renovated Art Deco cottage with loads of post war austerity charm. A few kms from Wollongong city centre and Wollongong beach, with the train station and bus stop close by. Affectionately named 'Ocean House' when it was built in 1937, this art deco cottage has a very warm, relaxed atmosphere, completely renovated but with the feel of an era past. It has 2 living spaces, a six-seater dining room, bathroom off the laundry and 3 bedrooms. The rooms are painted with warm and cosy colours throughout, with polished floorboards. There is a cute flowery backyard with pergola and a bench seat to catch the ocean glimpses. Help yourself to anything growing in the garden at the time you are staying. There is gas heating in the living spaces for the cooler months. High speed wireless internet is available and there is lots of hot water! There are 3 bedrooms, one has double beds and the other two have a queen bed in each. And don't bring your towel, I will provide each guest with a big fluffy fresh one! The bus stop is almost at the front door, and Coniston train station a few minutes' walk away - Wollongong Central train station is only one stop away, and the many beaches are a hop, skip and a jump away. There is a 24-hour service station a few minutes' walk away for those emergency purchases, and during the day in the same location there is a bakery which sells coffee, a sandwich shop, the local post office, a hairdresser, the local doctor, the local pub and a little convenience store. The SpaceOur home is in a Beautiful quiet leafy area, with trees seen out of every window. Feels just like being in a tree house. Lots of stairs, so get ready to climb! Please NO SMOKING anywhere in or around our Thankyou. Guest AccessOne master bedroom with ensuite, and private courtyard. There is a single trundle bed under the queen bed. Childrens room with one single bed. One bedroom with a double bed and single bunk above. Bedroom four has a double bed accessible by ladder only. ( For safety reasons...Agile people only, and older children as it's very high) All beds made with quality cotton Sheets. Towels Provided. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful quiet surroundings, it is truly relaxing and peaceful. Interaction with GuestsWe will be easily contactable and are always willing to have a chat and help out where we can. We are usually nearby, but sometimes only able to be reached by phone. Our neighbours are very friendly and also able to help if need be. The NeighborhoodWe love how peaceful our home is, yet so conviniant to so much! You might see some deer, hear the possums on the roof or see a tawny frog mouth sitting in the trees...among other wildlife encounters. Or just enjoy a coffee whist taking in the greenery on one of the many little decks. Getting AroundThere are buses just around the corner and a short 1 min drive to a Westfields shopping centre ( Now called The Grove) We have a couple of bikes please ask if interested in using them. :) Check out the Premier bus service time tables. One bus stop just around the corner on Bellevue rd and another down the road on The Princes Highway for even more bus times and routes. The SpaceFig Studio is a completely private and self contained space, it is surrounded by trees feeling like you are in the bush but minutes away from beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is lovely and friendly, there are many trees and a great bush reserve out the back. It feels like you are in the bush, but you are so close to everything you need. Nature, Beaches, Shops, Uni, Hospitals, bus stops... Getting AroundGetting here is easy, about 1.15hr from Sydney airport by car. There is a bus stop around the corner on Bellevue rd and another down the road on the Princes highway. Check out the times table on the Premier buses website. Parking on the street. Other Things to NoteThe Studio is down steep steps, please hold the railing! Petrol station with real service on the corner. Popular Figtree Gormet Woodfired Pizza around the corner, Thai basil down the road. Westfields 1 min drive. Fantastic tourist spots only minutes away, just ask!

The Spacethis is a very cosy old fashioned camper restored to perfection. As you find out by your selves its situated next to National park on a private property half way up towards Mt Keira top lookpoint. It stands next to the wooden cottage with all the pleasures as well as electricity, water or cold beer.. Bathroom is either in the house or there is an outdoor shower.. In case of emergency there are lots of water down the hill on the beach as well as the public showers. The beach is 10 min. by car. Near by shops, post office as well as the Wollongong city centre.. Minimal length of stay in the apartment is 1 night, but for such a short stay the price rises by 20 - 40 %. ------------------------------------------------ For stays during high seasons prices rises by 20 - 90% depending on the length of stay. Chrismas and New Years Eve periods are subject to super high season prices which will be calculated individually to each inquiry. The SpaceOur comfortable visitors accommodation is a self contained 'granny flat' located in the backyard of the owner's home (a completely separate building to the house). Guest AccessThe unit has a queen bed, with linen supplied, and provides the utmost in comfort and support to ensure our guests have a restful night’s sleep. The unit also has a kitchenette - equipped with basic cooking appliances & utensils. We supply a continental breakfast and hope you enjoy dining at our unique Australiana table. Also provided is a four burner bbq for your sole use. A great way to spend an evening in our garden. In addition, our guest's have the use of a basic sound system, beach towels, hairdryer, tv, wi-fi, a selection of reading material and shared access to the garden and adjoining large parkland. A laundry is available in the same building on request. Interaction with GuestsWe love to meet new people and are very happy to answer any questions in regard to local day trips, restaurants and activities. The space is very private so you are able to decide how much contact you want with the host. We welcome mountain bikers and are very happy to advice/guide on local tracks. The NeighborhoodWollongong is about one hour south of Sydney in the beautiful Illawarra region - famous for it's beaches and escarpment. Keiraville is an inner suburb of the city of Wollongong situated in the foothills of Mount Keira. Keiraville is home to the main campus of the University of Wollongong. Another major landmark of Keiraville is the Wollongong Botanic Gardens which also houses The Wollongong Conservatorium of Music. Our local shopping village is an easy five minute walk and includes cafes, a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bottle shop, pharmacy and post office. The unit is located less than 2 km from the gorgeous Wollongong beaches and Wollongong's CBD. Getting AroundKeiraville is the perfect location for events at the university, the hospital or the city of Wollongong. Of great attraction is our easy access to the University of Wollongong. We are within a 10 minute walk or a four minute drive to the University. Nearby: *The North Wollongong train station is a short walk. *Keiraville is easy to find when driving - just take the university exit from the M1. *The free bus, which travels around Wollongong city, local beaches, the hospital and university campuses, is a popular and great way in which to explore our local area. The free bus stop is a 800 meter walk. *The GK Shuttle (a free UOW Gwynneville-Keiraville bus service) stop is a 400 meter walk. *In addition, a bus travelling into Wollongong city, which requires a paid fare, stops within 30 metres of our accommodation. You have the beauty of being central located to all the south coast and southern highlands and lookouts across the escarpment. we are 5 mins from Kembla grange race horse track, Dapto dog greyhound track the go-karting at Kembla grange, 10 mins from the centre of Wollongong, Wollongong win stadium for live bands football matches, great beaches, Gleniffer Brae house conservatorium of music and the botanical gardens for weddings, functions, art. We are 5 min from lake Illawarra there is a boat ramp fishing a skate park and bicycle tracks amongst the other bicycle tracks that run through the Illawarra area and great downhill and cycling along the escarpment with great views of the coast fishing swimming, surfing, diving Wollongong has it all. We have priced the booking at $300. Which equate's too $50 per head. Any additional guest will be charged also at $50 ahead per head a night. Guest AccessGuests will have access to our entire home pool yard etc, The outside patio entertainment area has just been renovated with full boutique blinds which enclose as to seal of from the elements like, rain and cold weather , with the patio heater on its very warm and cosy, with the 8 seater out door table that is on rollers can moved to accommodate any occasion comfortably. Occasionally we will need to access the shed . We have worked out our pricing at $50 a head for 6 people. There fore any guest after 6 there will be a sercharge of $50 a head per person. The NeighborhoodWe are separated from the main suburb and on the southern end of unanderra close access to the freeway, there is only 3 streets as you will see on the map so we only have local residential traffic, its a quiet low key area that is closely knit where everyone keeps to themselves, surrounded buy bushland and a large child friendly park with a nice swing set on the north end, kick a football play cricket ride a pushbike. Back to basics and old fashioned neighborhood . Getting AroundYes we have a bus stop opposite the swing set at the park, the train station is a 15 min walk. there is cab rank at wollworths and west leagues club. Directly from the Unanderra Berkeley kembla grange freeway on/off ramp under 5 mins from the house you have north to Wollongong Northern suburbs and the South Coast Other Things to NoteWe have been doing up grades on a consistant basis constantly improving the house for air (URL HIDDEN). We have installed security cameras for your safety and ours .we have internet through the televisions in each room giving you many movies to watch on SBS On demand . Upgrading the bathroom a new hot water system electronics etc just to name a few. If theres any suggestions to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know. There is no home phone, but there is internet, there is free wifi and guest will be given the code. We ask pattons not to download to much data as this will be an added expense . The pricing of the house is worked out at $300 as it accomidates 6 ppl 2 queen and one king bed Any additional ppl after that will be charged $50 a person.

Please note you are required to bring your own linen/blanket/pillow. Interaction with GuestsWe typically get a mix of local and international students in our intake and a mix of genders - we currently have people from Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australia.
