Our apartments are professionally managed, giving you a clean and comfortable environment. Every apartment is fully furnished and professionally cleaned between residents.Guest Access
You will have full access to the apartment and the amenities that the community offers. You and your guests must abide by all community rules, regulations, and policies at all times.Interaction with Guests
Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM. We also have an associate on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies. Contact information during your stay will be included in your House Manual (as described above).Other Things to Note
All of our apartments are Non-Smoking regardless if it is allowed on the community or not. There will be a $250 fee charged for any exceptions. Based on the Community Pet Policy, pets may be allowed for a non-refundable deposit of $300 House Rules oThe rate quoted for the apartment includes county, city, and state taxes where applicable. oYou are only permitted to use the apartment for the dates between check-in and check-out. Check-in time is no earlier than 4pm local time, and check-out time is no later than 12 noon local time. oGuests are required to follow the rules and regulations of the community in which they will be staying. Community rules and regulations are available from the property. oYou may not under any circumstances sublease, assign, or license your reservation to any other individual. oThe Community may require a background check prior to checking in for your reservation. If so, we will contact you separately for that information. Failure to pass the background check or to submit to such check will immediately result in the cancellation of your reservation. oYou shall notify us in the event of any maintenance issue with the apartment. By accepting any reservation from us, you grant us the right upon notice provided to you (whether posted on site or provided to you verbally) to enter the apartment to fix or maintain any aspect of the apartment, excluding your personal property. oYou shall ensure your guests adhere to all rules and regulations of the apartment community. Neither you nor your guests shall engage in any illegal activity on the premises of the apartment or community. oYou shall not take any action or act in such a way that places other residents or occupants of the community or properties nearby at risk of injury, death, or danger.
