The Space'Birch Hollow' is a sunny upstairs 'apartment' with an open floor plan, which has a deck out back with a wooded view to Curtis Pond (77 acres).
Can sleep four comfortably with queen bed in bedroom and a double futon in living room.
The kitchen is well-equipped.

There are a few acres of woods to enjoy, with trails to pond, and canoe, kayak, rowboat, and petal boat available for paddling. We also enjoy the land and use it to access the pond. Our paths may cross there! The NeighborhoodArea boasts a vibrant community.
Wonderful local store a mile down the road in Maple Corner, as well as home of the Whammy Bar offering live music Wed. - Sat., and delicious fare.
The Maple Corner Community Center is still using funds raised from 'the Men of Maple Corner' calendar to host activities such as the Fourth of July parade and party!
And a Mardi Gras winter celebration in February on Curtis Pond!
There are plenty of opportunities to explore the local area's many ponds, swimming, canoeing or kayaking, skiing right from your door, hiking, and biking, local walks, and local theatre, as well as Shao Shan Zen Buddhist Temple just down the road.
We are ten miles north of Montpelier, the state's capital, where there are many great restaurants, a local coop, and unique shops.
Hardwick, the 'town that food made', eleven miles to the north, provides other options for dining, as well as a local coop.
Stowe, Waitsfield, and Burlington, all an hour away, offer many further options for skiing, shopping, hiking, water sports, bike paths, and simply enjoying the beauty of Vermont.
