Our family lives in a 3 bedrooms semi detached house close to town center and 5 minutes walking to a wonderful park. The location is very convenient to walk either in town center and in a natural reserve area just outside the town center. The house includes a large kitchen and separate dining room. There is a large garden with BBQ area. We have a spare bicycles witch our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. There is a big supermarket close to the house and cafes and bar in town.

Wrexham is a busy market town. it is the gateway to North Wales and all that has to offer. We can be in Chester in twenty minutes - a direct and regular bus service stops right outside the property. We regularly walk our dogs on local beaches which are just over half an hour away. The stunning Denbighshire countryside is nearby offering outstanding views, places to visit and lots of outdoor activities. Private, gated parking is available in front of the coach house. Public transport is local and frequent. Nearest airports are Manchester and Liverpool. A one way taxi fare is around £40. Free wifi. Getting AroundWe are a little bit off the beaten track so don't have access to public transport but do have plenty of parking available. Other Things to NoteGreat location - 20 minutes from Chester and Llangollen, 40 minutes from Shrewsbury, less than an hour from Liverpool and Manchester Airports. Beautiful walking area with the Sandstone Trail, Llangollen, North Wales with its wonderful coastal path and even the Peak District all within 2 hours. Also mountain biking at nearby Llandegla. We can also provide secure storage for bicycles.

Pick-ups from stations/airports can be arranged in advance for a small extra cost. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, whether you're in the apartment or taking a stroll through the park. We are a short 20 minute walk from town and a 10 minute walk from the local shops. Getting AroundThe main bus route is just s short walk from our house, taking you to Chester or Wrexham centre and from there you can take a train or bus to several places around North Wales or North West England.

        The SpaceThis is a 4-bed family home, with sitting room, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom (half bath) and laundry area downstairs; and three double and a single bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. There is also a west-south-west facing garden with garden furniture etc. Guest AccessAs my guest you would have a private double bedroom, sole use of a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. I can accommodate a third member of your party in a separate room but they would share your bathroom. You would also share the downstairs rooms and the garden with me. In there I have Sky tv in both dining and sitting rooms, with Wi-Fi and DVD. You will have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. Interaction with GuestsI am here all the time. I have my bedroom and an en-suite bathroom and my cat has free range between downstairs and that room. I try to eat organic food where possible, so if you want breakfast and/or evening meal the charges would be higher than in other places. I have been called a good cook. I eat meat and fish, but I can also cook vegetarian and vegan meals if you want it. Contact me for prices, but think about £7 for breakfast and £20 for a 3-course evening meal. The NeighborhoodA quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of the town, with easy access to everything in the area, including World Heritage sites. Getting AroundDuring the day you can get to Wrexham General railway station in under 5 minutes, and to the Bus station in under 10. The A483 is close for access to the A55 for the North Wales coast and for Chester and the North-West of England. The Wrexham Industrial Estate is about 10 minutes drive, and there is also a regular bus within 600 yards (approx). Other Things to NoteThere is a railway behind the house. I only notice it once a day, when the 7pm wood train goes through! I have a cat called Boopuss (Kitty-Boo Zombie. My daughter named him .. !)

Chris has created a beautiful Zen like open space for everyone to explore and enjoy!! We are both relaxed and friendly and live in a nonjudgmental non intrusive way the kids are very warm friendly adults who come and go but reflect the same core values when they are around. Breakfast is available to you if you so wish! Do enjoy your stay here! Guest AccessOur home is comprised of two floors, We live upstairs and the downstairs is for you to use or share...Access is thru the front and extended to the garden where there are 2 single rooms, Whilst inside is a dorm like room with Bunk beds and a pullout couch. You;ll be given a set of keys for outside single accommodation. Kitchen can be used to make drinks at anytime, You may wish to warm up food and use cutlery. Also on offer is an Infrared Sauna in the Zen part of the Garden. The NeighborhoodThis neighborhood is fairly safe, close to the busy nightlife at weekends the town can be a little rough but we don't really see that side of Wrexham from our house so nothing to worry about unless you head into town.             The SpaceIf you are renting the whole house then the space works really well for a group or large family gathering. The kitchen is spacious and we have left it without a table in the kitchen to maximise the space. The dining room and lounge can be one large room as the double glass doors open enabling you all to be together. Guest AccessIf you rent the whole house you will be able to enjoy all areas. Outside there is a private garden area. The house is near to a playing field and play area for children with slide, swings and rope swing. Please note there is no access to the garage. Interaction with GuestsWe still live locally so unless we are away ourselves then we can be with you within about 5 mins to answer any queries or help you with anything that may not be working. The NeighborhoodGresford is well positioned to explore both North Wales and the North West. The village itself offers 5 pubs within a 2 mile radius with some of them offering food options. Depending upon your party some pubs are more suitable for families happy to advise. The village has a spar, bakery, newsagents, butchers, chinese, chip shop, hairdressers, petrol station, sandwich shop and tea room all within walking distance. There is a community centre literally a minutes walk allowing you to feed ducks, watch football or cricket or gently exercise on the trim trail. If you like to walk there is also a disused quarry which has now been reclaimed as a nature area, you can have a good walk here and the highest point offers fab views. The church is also not to be missed with ancient yew trees and listed as one of the seven wonders of Wales! Getting AroundWe can hold up to 4 cars on our drive ( depending upon size) and there is a near by car park which is a minute away which offers more space. If you don't fancy driving there is a main bus route which runs through the village from Chester to Wrexham. Buses tend to run every 10 mins during the day then every 30 mins later on. The last bus back from Chester is very popular with race goers when Chester Races are on. Wrexham and Chester also have train stations which allow you to explore further whether in to Liverpool for a day of shopping, Llangollen to enjoy the Eisteddfod or a trip down the north wales coast.
