The SpaceSet in a large semi-modern home on a 9 acre farm of alpacas and sheep, this accommodation has been a winner with international students for the past 8 years. Guests are treated as a part of the family, given a warm welcome and freedom to move around and enjoy this beautiful home and surroundings. A large and spacious meals area is a bonus and is the best feature of this accommodation. As it is on a farm, there is no public transport from the accommodation however, we can arrange a time to be dropped to and from the Melton Station or shopping precinct. The farm is located only 5 minutes from the the railway station and shopping precinct. A very comfortable V-line train runs on the hour during non-peek times and more often during peek times. Travel into the the City of Melbourne ( Southern Cross Station) takes just 40 minutes. Travel to historical City Ballarat to the west also just 40 minutes by train

Access to the farm is from the family room.
Access to two beautiful Labradors named "Duke" and " Diva". Interaction with GuestsThe most enjoyable part of hosting guests is being able to interact and the cultural exchange. This property has hosted students from Japan, China and Singapore and other international guests from America, England and Switzerland so far. Your host is available for support and to make you feel at home in this beautiful home. The NeighborhoodGuests always comment about how quiet it is on the farm. Seldom will you hear the sound of cars, motor-bikes, people talking, babies crying or children screaming. Perhaps the faint sound in the distance of a tractor or ride-on mower. It is more likely that you will hear the sound of birds and sheep.
Please note that the farm is a work in progress, therefore not all areas of the gardens are completed yet. Getting AroundAn Airport Shuttle Bus runs from Melbourne Airport to High Street Melton. There are many other restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and eateries also in Melton and really great shopping at "Woodgrove".
