FabABODE at Millbrook has a fabulous gourmet kitchen which is a delight to use, being equipped with great kitchen and tableware for you to enjoy.
The dining room table can comfortably accommodate 8 people .
Expansive decking around the house provides you with 2 other dining alternatives - a table for 6 on one deck or alternatively a large, rustic timber out-door table that will easily seat 12- both are perfect for outside dining, particularly when using the BBQ, on those beautiful summer evenings while admiring the gorgeous panoramic view.
If eating out is more your style, highly acclaimed restaurants are very nearby; Little Fish Restaurant is within walking distance, and nearby also is The Studio Restaurant and Gallery,Banyard and at Smiths Beach Resort , Lamonts restaurant, cafe and gourmet takeaway shop ( including wine)for those extra yummy items that you may need! Great for breakfast and good coffee too, or from the little shop any gourmet items that you may have forgotten!
Continuing along Caves Road you will find many more world class restaurants and wineries which contribute to making this region internationally notorious for high quality wine and food ( and beaches!).
fabABODE at Millbrook will comfortably accommodate 6 people ( maximum number) , in the 3 bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, with large stackable glass sliding doors opening onto decking, and beautiful views from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2 is smaller and has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and flyscreens on all doors and windows.
Spoilt for choice with activities will be your only issue while staying at fabABODE at Millbrook.
Should you go to one of Australia's best surfing beaches (less than 2 mins away) for a great surf, or leisurely stroll and swim and brunch, or perhaps go out to one of the many fine local restaurants or wineries for lunch?
Into Dunsborough for a good coffee, and some shopping for the BBQ ingredients so that you ( or someone else!) can cook in that great kitchen and then enjoy sitting on the deck?
Or perhaps a walk is more your thing, through the beautiful property of Millbrook, which historically was the original site for timber milling in the area, in the 1870s.
Even if you just sit on the comfortable outdoor lounge and start reading the book you have been meaning to start all year, you won't feel like you are missing out on all the great surrounding activities- the peace and tranquility of Millbrook will leave you feeling rejuvenated after your stay, wanting to return again for some more!
HAVE WORK TO DO? We have wireless internet access for you. Guest AccessWe have a pantry for you that is stocked with some basic provisions( ie stock, tea and coffee, jams,spices pepper and salt, flour etc) so you don't have to bring everything with you.
We also leave you a welcome basket of which includes some breakfast items to help with breakfast - a choice of breakfast cereals, milk, jam, tea and some treats!
We can offer you a linen package for $30/head for the duration of your stay which includes a bed made and ready for you with laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, teatowels, bathmat. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen.
We provide doonas and blankets. The NeighborhoodPeace and tranquillity, being in the country and away from the hustle and bustle of the city , the families of kangaroos and native birds in the garden, the spectacular pristine beaches nearby all contribute to making your stay with us a truly unique Australian rural holiday experience. Getting AroundYou will need a car.
There is a limited taxi service which you need to book in advance.If you want to do a winery tour there are many wine tasting tour companies that will collect you and take you.

Please note that usually we have a 3 night minimum stay policy but in Summer WA school holidays the minimum nights stay is 4.
Maximum of 6 occupants in the house only. No pets sorry. There is too much precious native wildlife around the house which we encourage and unfortunately will come off second best, with dogs particularly.
We provide toilet paper, hair shampoo, washing up liquid and sponges, teatowels.
We also offer a linen package for $30p/person for the duration of your stay which includes all the linen that is laundered between guests - ie sheets, doona covers, towels, pillowcases, teatowels, bathmat, handtowel. Alternatively guests are welcome to bring their own.
There is variable mobile phone coverage throughout the South -west region of WA and quality of coverage depends on your mobile phone and your location.We have intermittent coverage on our property but there is usually coverage from the top of the driveway. We are pleased to announce also since April 14, 2015 we have had WIFI at the house for your convenience.
We are open to longer term rental periods if you need a more permanent home rather than a short holiday, at a negotiable rate- please enquire!
