The SpaceUnique building on 134 acres in a great location central to the region, the perfect place to chill,relax,unwind. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use the kitchen and bbq facilities if they supply everything they need food wise/oil etc and leave the kitchen/bbq the same state of cleanliness they find it in:). There are free to watch dvds, walking/running trails( we border Yelverton National Forrest). Interaction with GuestsAs little or as much as guests want. I live in a separate building on the farm. The NeighborhoodWe are only 4 minutes drive from Aravina and Rivendell/Howling Wolves Wineries, 8 minutes from Wills Domain, 10 minutes from Gabriels Chocolate,12 minutes from Smiths Beach and Indijup Beaches. 15 minutes from Dunsborough town centre, 20-25 minutes to Busselton town centre and 35 minutes from Margaret River town centre. The SpaceThis is our family getaway which we wish to share. Serenvale can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The open plan dining room looks over thick native trees, a constant relaxation reminder. If this is too overwhelming, one can retreat to the library or billiards room. The property is untouched bushland with many kangaroos, kookaburras and owls to keep children and dogs entertained. Orchardists will enjoy the 'native orchid hunt challenge', bibliophiles will need an extra week and everyone else can play a board game. As a family getaway we have a lot to list. If you have a specific query don't hesitate to contact me! *5 night min for Dec/Jan Guest AccessGuests will have access to sports equipment, pool table, spa, BBQ, books and fireplace. The SpaceMAIN HOUSE has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a room with 2 singles) as well as 3 bathrooms. A large open plan fully equipt kitchen and dining leads into an extremely large lounge room that can seat 10 comfortably. The loungeroom is equipt with FOXTEL, DVD and Bluetooth stereo. The dining area has a 10 seater dining table enabling enough space for multiple families. The bedrooms are spacious with built in robes and reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans each opening onto a private deck with views of the wonderful surrounds. The outdoor entertaining area has a ten seat table, large hooded gas BBQ, overlooking a 15m x 5m lap pool and spa. BUNK ROOM has 3 single bunk beds (6 beds in total) as well as a lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and activity room. The Bunk Room has reverse cycle airconditioning, TV with Foxtel and Wii, pool table, and table tennis table. Outside the bunk room is a 50m football field complete with goals. If football does not interest some there is also a bitumized basketball and netball area. With everything you need at hand, beautiful views and even a private dam, there is no reason to leave the property except for the beautiful beaches, award winning wineries and restaurants, gourmet local food producers and boutique breweries so close by. Please note linen is NOT INCLUDED but can be provided for a cost per person. If you do not want linen provided, guests must bring their own sheets, doona covers, towels, and pillow slips. Guest AccessThe house is hidden behind beautiful bush as you drive along the 400 Olive Trees in the Grove and until you reach the house and football grounds. The house is made up of 2 separate buildings. Getting AroundYou must have a vehicle down south. If you have a bicycle, cycling to town would only take about 20 mins but it is a winding fast road so it is not recommend. There are a few winery tours you can book in which they drive you around and they are very enjoyable Other Things to NotePrices may vary depending on the season. Please contact for nightly rates. Getting AroundPublic transport is minimal. There are buses to Busselton from Dunsborough but you really need a car to get around. There is a taxi service in Dunsborough but this is also quite expensive. Owners happy to provide transport at extra cost. Other Things to NotePlease note we do not accept children under 18.               The SpaceThe cottage was our home for the first 9 years that we lived on the property. It is a space that holds many happy memories for us and we hope that our guest will feel the same way. The cottage is very spacious, large kitchen/dining area, lounge, bedroom and a combined bathroom/laundry with separate toilet. Guest AccessGuest have full use of the cottage space which has its own outdoor area. Guest are welcome to walk around the property and feed the chooks if they wish. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property so will generally be available to meet guest and show them around. We are happy to provide suggestions of places that we enjoy locally. The NeighborhoodBrushwood is a pretty valley with semi rural properties.Many residents and a few holiday homes.               The SpaceMoonwood Studio is a beautiful, rustic 2 bedroom cottage set amongst 30 acres of parklands and beautiful stands of marri bushland. It is very secluded and has lovely views over adjoining vineyards. It is on a bush property, so you will see kangaroos and other bush critters. It is only 5-10 minutes drive to some of the best wineries in the region. Just 5-10 mins to Smiths Beach. Wills Domain, Aravina, and Clairault wineries are very close by as is Gabriel chocolate factory. Windows and Aramia wineries are just a stones throw away. All these wineries have restaurants, but you will need to check for opening times. It is such a beautiful property with abundant bird life, lots of free area to walk around, views to enjoy both inside and out. Sorry but this property is for adults and/or babies only. There are two houses on this 30 acre property 200 metres apart. The cottage is completely private and secluded. The second house is a private residence so to preserve the peace and quiet of this property, unfortunately we do say, no visitors allowed without prior approval. Lounge/dining is air conditioned and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Wood burner to keep you cosy and warm in winter. There are two bedrooms, one with king, and the other with queen bed. Maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests. Cot also available for babies. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are fitted with 500 thread Egyptian cotton sheets for that little bit of luxury. BEDS ARE FITTED WITH ELECTRIC BLANKETS FOR WINTER WARMTH. There is one bathroom, with shower, but if you fancy a bath....there's a bath on the back verandah where you can indulge and enjoy the bush setting and birds. CEILIING FANS IN THE BEDROOMS The lounge area has a large reverse cycle air conditioner and will keep you cool during those really hot days.
