Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. E.g.: damage to property etc.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the agent in advance. (Children 1 year old & over included in number of guests)
All tenants checking into any of our properties and signing the terms & conditions MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD unless accompanied by an adult. ID must be provided where requested.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Functions can be negotiated with the owner. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments.
Good Neighbour Policy requires that all our guests respect & abide by all the community regulations/by laws. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property. Lost property will be held for 2 weeks from departure & if unclaimed items will be discarded. All costs associated with the return of items will be at your cost.
Arrival - check in is by appointment; a meeting with you at the property at a pre-arranged time where you will be introduced to the property & keys will handed over.
Late check in - outside business hours will require some additional organisation so please let me know if this will affect you.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests
Pet Policy pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner. Barking dogs is considered as noise disturbance to our neighbours and may result a request for the animal to be removed from the property. Leaving your pet unattended at the property for long periods of time is unacceptable.
Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture at any time; each property has its own house rules in relation to being allowed inside so consult the agent. In the event of damage to gardens or furniture the repair costs or additional cleaning charges will be passed onto the guest.
