There are three bedrooms one with queen bed and two other bedrooms one with one single bed and the other with two singer beds. The shared Lounge Room has a refrigerated air conditioner and gas heater. If you keep the outside doors closed this should heat or cool the rest of the house. The SpaceThis beautiful late Victorian B&B built in 1913 has all the charm of the bygone era with it's 12 foot pressed metal ceiling to the polished baltic pine floor boards and stained glass windows as you enter the 7 foot wide hall way with open plan living and dining and a separate lounge for the privacy of guest. The 3 bedrooms are large and spacious, two with king beds with a shared bathroom boasting a free standing tub for those who enjoy a good soak. The beautiful well established gardens surround the outdoor entertaining area that over looks the inground swimming pool just the place for a lazy weekend or a short break away with friends. With 3 pubs just a 5 minute stroll away, great food is close at hand and no need to drive. Numurkah also has an 18 hole golf course with TAB and poker machines. The area boasts of local winery Monichino, with cellar door sales and wine tastings of their award winning wines that's sure to please. Only half an hours drive to the Murray River great fishing or skiing is on offer for those who love their water sports. Chris and Deb will be there to welcome you to their home and see to all your needs so you can enjoy your stay with them at their Bed & Breakfast known as Earlston.This is our home and we still live here,we have a separate bedroom and en-suite.We can comfortably have 3 couples stay. The water at the front door is part of a Murray River Lagoon, which offers protection and safety for swimmers and children. Just 500m out is the main river where pristine, flat water can be found on any day, with straights perfect for skiing and wakeboarding. Guests have access to paddle boards, canoes, an inflated tube and the trampoline on the foreshore. The grassed area leads all the way to the water’s edge so perfect for that game of back yard cricket or just to lay back and watch the boating action. The entire glass facade at the rear of the property faces north and captures the beautiful view across the lagoon. A rear deck is ideal for relaxing or to enjoy the BBQ. There are 3 bathrooms and the main bathroom offers a separate bath and a separate toilet. This spacious holiday house is ideal for large groups and is big enough that four families can enjoy it. The ‘Homestead’ style of the property offers great social spaces, with all the doors opening out onto the verandah. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fan forced oven and hotplate, all crockery, utensils etc. The exterior of the home has a large undercover alfresco entertainment area and BBQ facilities. The home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have own ensuite bathroom and the other has main bathroom and separate toilet. 1st bedroom has king bed which has river views and the others both have queen size beds with garden views. 2 day minimum rental for weekends, 3 or 4 days minimum for long weekends, Easter or Melbourne Cup weekend & 1 week minimum for Dec - Jan school holidays. A cleaning fee of $150 per rental. A refundable bond of $1000 per rental is required also. Guest AccessThis well maintained, private home with all the mod cons and comfort (not typically used for rental) suitable for mature, responsible adults with a maximum of three couples or six adults. This property is not suitable for those who have no respect for other people or their property. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: All bookings commence at 2:00pm and finish at 10:00am unless other arrangements are made. CONDITIONS: Maximum of 6 adults allowed to stay at property overnight. No children (unless prior arrangements are made with the owner), NO pets allowed and definitely no smoking in the house. No caravans or tents allowed on the premises.
